Nothing beats a Chick-fil-A chicken burger *sobs* My family came here with our children. Staff is always sweet at any of these restaurants, but the young college student did a nice job at answering all of my son's questions despite the lines. My son asked about specific ingredients, and all questions the employee didn't know- he referred to his management and came back with the right information for my son. She has repeatedly gotten my order wrong or left out items including hash browns and sandwiches on 3 different accounts. When confronted she gets defensive and rude blaming the customers. Half the time she doesn't wear her name tag. She has little to no customer service and does not represent Or even meet Chick Fil A's standards of customer service. I have been coming here a few times a week for years and never have been treated so rudely. Be weary if you see AJ working the front.m taking orders. I had a bad experience with this establishment this morning. I was picking up a delivery and the gentleman who worked at the establishment told me the order wasn't ready. Upon waiting for this order a Hispanic guy who I assume was the manager of some sort started apologizing to these other Hispanic guys and handing them what I assume was gift cards or discount cards I don't know for them waiting for so long. After still waiting I decided to start looking at all these orders on the table and I seen the one that was for me. I immediately tell the gentleman who was helping me, that's the bag right there it's been there the entire time. So upon leaving I didn't get any apology from the guy who gave out these cards for patiently waiting, whatever they were and lastly I end up getting a $65 ticket because I was waiting on someone's order who wasn't paying attention which was sitting there the entire time. So not only did the persons order sat there probably getting cold from waiting but I also lost money because I got a ticket waiting on him. just disappointing they've revamped this place and the customer service seems slower. read more

There is nothing new that I can be say about Chick-Fil-A. Much like many other of its locations, this locations provides great food and a clean environment. This particular location is located close to USC's main campus, so it was get packed very fast. Be mindful of that. The staff here was friendly, in spite of working at a fast tempo. They were efficient, and made sure we were taken care of. There were tons of people here that day, either taking summer classes at USC, or coming in after visiting the neighboring museums. Located next to USC this Chick-Fil-A is conveniently located but can get pretty packed during lunch. No worries since they churn out Chicken with such great efficiency. Seating is quite limited, so if you wanna sit I would recommend jumping on any table that opens up. The staff is very attentive and do a a great job checking on you even though this is a fast food establishment. Besides that, I don't know what else to say. Get the Spicy Deluxe, you won't regret it. Okay Chik-Fil-A. Dropped in here because all these cows keep telling me to eat more chicken. I thought to myself, these cows are literally everywhere. Sure, I might have had a better sandwich at double the cost, but for the taste, quality and VALUE, Chick-Fil-A is always the winner. My faves here are the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries. I'm a big fan of the sauces here. This is quite possibly the worst Chick Fil A in America. I have been to many chick fil a locations and I frequent this one (since it is the only one even remotely close by to me) but let me be frank is saying that Chick Fil A location has serious managerial problems. The staff always seem frazzled, it is always crowded, you are always guaranteed to be missing an item (like an entire sandwich), and the average wait time is about 15-20 minutes. And never have I EVER heard a "my pleasure" while coming here. I am writing this review as a heads up to the location that this Chick Fil A is seriously underperforming. I have had plenty of rude encounters with lazy or just disrespectful employees. And they often actively avoid making eye contact so that they don't have to assist you at all. But like I said, this is the only chick fil a within a ten-mile-radius of where I live so if you do come here, make sure you have plenty of time & patience. also they never fill the fries containers up all the way, the fries are usually cold, you have to fight them for sauces, you have to fight them extra hard for honey packets during breakfast (the workers will swear up and down they don't have honey and instead give you honey mustard), and okay I'm done. read more

Woot first time eating at a Chick-fil-A! Finally, after hearing so many things about it. We stopped by because it's like right across the street from the Science Museum. I went here tonight to grab food before they closed (pulled up at 10:56pm) and there were quite a few people still waiting on their food. I got in line & a couple came in behind me to get in line as well. Immediately when they entered into the door a young man (African American w/ blonde hair, about 5'11) said to his coworker "We need to lock these doors bro!". I understand that it is closing time, but I found it extremely rude that he would say that as loud as he did. After that, I ordered my food and as I was waiting, a different gentleman behind the counter started calling out names of orders. After he realized that the people were not there, he began throwing the food into the trash vigorously and cursing loudly. The same gentlemen I mentioned earlier went into a bag of food that was unclaimed, and took a cookie from the bag and started eating it at the cash register. After this, I received my food and left. A few minutes later, I realized my order was wrong and I went back to get the food I ordered. When I went back into the restaurant, I said "excuse me" to get the cashiers attention and he immediately walked away from me. I got the attention of another cashier and they said that they couldn't fix my order and instead offered me a refund as service recovery. All in all, I didn't appreciate the dismissive behavior and carelessness from the staff. I understand that it was closing time, but there is NO REASON for the staff to behave like this in front of their customers. And had they been more careful packing orders, they could've prevented the business from losing revenue. I'll never be back. And I don't recommend you patronize this location either. read more

Chick-fil-A is the best place to go for fried chicken sandwiches or nuggets. My favorite is the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with a side order of chicken nuggets if I'm feeling really hungry. The waffle fries are also incredible. Make sure to try them with the chick-fil-a sauce. My second favorite sauce is the ranch. The service is also always good. Who doesn't love chick-fil-A?! This was a childhood favorite of mine that has grown into an adult favorite. I absolutely love their chicken, it's so moist and oh so juicy. The flavors of the lightly breaded coating are always on point. My fave things to get here are either the deluxe chicken sandwich or the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, I like to sub the bun for the whole wheat one with no butter, there is a small charge for this. I also love their waffle fries, they never seem too greasy. This location now has their sauces up front, and you can just let them know which ones you want. My fave sauces are the chick-fil-a and buffalo. This place can get very busy during lunch time. read more
