I can summarize my review of this Chick-Fil-A's drive through in five words. "They forgot the fries. Again." Today, I could make that, "They forgot the fries and the spoon for the soup. Again." Look, I get you're busy. Everyone is busy. But this was at 2:00 PM when it wasn't THAT busy, and the receipt you handed me says "Fries LG." There are like five items on the receipt, and you can't double-check it? Yes, you could ask me why *I* didn't double check it after it was handed to me, but A) I'm busy too, and I don't have time to double check your work (customers in NO line of business should be expected to double check work they're paying money for), and B) there are cars behind me in the drive through who would like me to move so they can get their food too. This has happened so frequently now that it's gone from annoying to frustrating, and it's now come out on the other side to comical. I honestly can't see myself coming back to this location again. This franchise knows what they are doing. want fast food? Go here. The food is nearly always hot and fresh. The grease is always clean, so the chicken and fries don't taste funny or "off". They get the order right nearly 100% of the time! They are fast, fast FAST! When they know a rush is going to start, they staff the drive-thru with order takers outside, to keep the line moving. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and polite. They even offered my dog a dog-treat at the drive-thru window! Last week they were honoring armed services with a moon-bounce for the kids, well- wishing signs and window paint of armed services branches, and special offers. They are closed on Sunday, if you're into Sundays being a special day. You can't go wrong at this location! read more

Not my favorite location but it does the job. Food is always fresh and staff is pleasant. There were a couple times I ran in 5-10 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me without rushing! If you have the mystery word on wednesday mornings, you get a free breakfast item!!! I've gone to this Chic-fil-a a lot of times, and I'd say 90% of the time I wait in the drive through for probably 10-15 minutes on average. The food is always on point, but why on earth does it take so long? Maybe it's a NOVA thing, but Chic-fil-a's in other states I've both been to and lived in have had light speed service compared to this location. Step it up guys. read more

Chic fil a waffle fries and their playplace are my top two reasons for coming out with my little one however this chic fil a has consistently been a let down. Third time coming here and last but really upset when I asked for a fruit cup without apples (they aren't unpeeled) and was given half a fruit cup. Their reasoning was because I asked for no apples doesn't mean I get more fruit.....last time I checked apples don't take up half a fruit cup. I love Chick-fil-A restaurants! It's hard to favor one branch over the others. They all share same standards of cleanliness, quality of food, and warm hospitality of the staff. I go to this restaurant at least once a week! The staff is friendly and helpful. All the moms I know love this Chic-fil-a because it's clean, the kids love it, and you really feel the neighborhood atmosphere. There have been a few mistakes in the drive through, but I won't count it against them because we are all human. read more

Not sure why but this location is all too often a hot mess. Frequent wrong orders and short staffing suggest there's a top down management problem. The worker bee employees all are doing their best though. If given a choice I'll always head to the Manassas location where the service is 10x better. read more

This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A in the world. EVERY time I go here in the morning, it taking longer and longer to get my food. They really need to step up their game! The food is ok but the management is terrible at this location, because I've called and complained and nothing gets done about it! While you can almost never go wrong with Chick-Fil-a anywhere, this particular location is my least favorite. On my latest visit, the staff seemed inattentive, and service was extremely slow despite it not being the lunch or dinner rush. It's also not the cleanest location I've been to. Everybody at this Chick-fil-A is very nice, however, the drive-through is the most ridiculously long line I have ever had to wait in. Every. Single. Time! I personally love Chick-fil-A but after coming to this one it really put me off. When I first started coming to this location I immediately noticed that the service was very slow, when taking orders inside there would be 1-2 people taking orders and when waiting for your food you'd think you were actually at a sit down restaurant. Then when I went through the drive through the people taking orders would wait until the last person who ordered got there food and left before even taking your order. After ordering my food I went to ask for some Chick-fil-A sauce and they gave me two, and when asking for a few more because I got food for my family they denied me of anymore than two. After this I never went back again and now I only go to the one in Gainesville, the people there are quick and will actually give you enough sauce. Overall DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A! read more

I come here because it is the best chicken around. This one was no different than the other Chick-fil-A's that I've eaten at. But the service was phenomenal. The manager was there coaching his employees about friendliness. He was a living example of his teaching. Great guy and a great staff make this the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! read more

Not only is the food and service always top notch, but Mike, the owner, gives back and is more community-focused than any other place I've seen. The place is also spotless and everything is in order with a high attention to detail. Condiments are always restocked, food is delivered to you, refills are offered by employees. I went to Chick Fil A today for lunch with my Mom today at the Bristow location. The entire lunch crew today at Chick Fil A did such a great job! My Mom and I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles the meal. The first sandwich came out and it was super spicy. My Mom and I both tasted it and agreed that it was spicy. We asked for a new one. No questions asked we got a new one. They even gave us a new sandwich and a extra fry! :) That is really good customer service! I opened the new sandwich and it had pickles on it. I didn't want pickles on it. We had to ask for another. Again no questions asked. Then, we got the right sandwich and I am a very happy customer! :) I am special needs and they didn't know this so I really appreciate the lunch crew giving me new sandwiches until I got the right one! The lunch crew going that far to make sure that my sandwich was correct literally made my day entire day. A minute later another employee started to yell at the manager, the manager who is Pregnant started to insult one of them. This Chik-fil-a needs to learn from the Gainesville Chik-fil-a about operating a drive-through. The line was around the building. They should've had staff taking orders/payment in line to expedite the process. I was greated by Benjamin (Operations Trainee). He was very nice and made sure our order was ready when we got to the window. We will go again but if they do not have additional staff working the drive-through, we will go elsewhere. Also, why does the General Manager get his own parking spot? It should be left for customers. I did like seeing the employee of the month parking space. read more
