Chick-Fil-A 4908 s power rd January 08, 2024 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Portion size: 5/5 Visit description: Pick-Up order, Came to Chick, to get my favorite chicken sandwich for breakfast. Food: I got 1 Chicken biscuit along with a 4pc mini chicken meal with small hash brown and apple juice for Val. Service: Customer service was great especially for how busy it was during the breakfast rush, food was ready for pickup and the food quality was top tier, very fresh food along with condiments in bag that were requested. All the food seemed prepared to order breakfast cost $12 for me and my daughter.

Market Street location crumbly biscuits falling

I'm posting this to Power Road with 5 stars BECAUSE I GOT THIS AT THE MARKET STREET LOCATION. You won't get a biscuit falling apart at Power Road. I took a chance today and figured maybe after ALL THE REVIEWS IVE DONE AT MARKET STREET maybe they will listen to their customers. THEY DONT. Crumbly biscuits falling apart in your hand not enjoyable to eat. Somebody slap me if I ever go to Market Street again. EVER.

Chick-fil-A 4908 S Power Rd Mesa, AZ 85212 March 18, 2023 Saturday - 2:30 PM for lunch 4 Adults Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 3 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Just picked up our family at the Phoenix-Mesa Airport. They were starving and they love Chik-fil-A, and they do not have one near them. Atmosphere - Typical fast food, but add the long line to wait to reach the cashier. Even with three registers going. I do like that they have one line to reach the three of them. You do not have to a chance of getting stuck behind the slow one. This location had a kid zone and it was open. I have to say this is probably one of the cleanest restaurants I ever visited. Food - #4 just the sandwich with large fries. Not to be confused with the #6 at Wendy's. Both serve a spicy chicken sandwich. My wife says I confuse them by just ordering the sandwich by number and not the meal. The menu board does say meal or sandwich. Clearly I did the cashier probably asked four times if I wanted drink even hearing my wife commenting. She did ask if I wanted pickles with the sandwich, I said yes, those were the saddest pickles I ever saw. One should have never left the pickle factory. I love the waffle fries, and the temp was not there. Really the sandwich was not that hot, and really that spicy. Service - Fast and friendly. As I said before the cleanest restaurant I have probably seen. They were out there cleaning and cleaning. Because just the sweeping and busing the tables, they have sanitizer wipes on the table. Future - Probably this location or another with my North Dakota family.

It's been a while since we stopped at Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. My issue came when I forgot to scan my app for points. The manager said I'd have to do all sorts of things to get my points onto my app. The app needs work. Other apps allow you to scan your receipts if you forget to do it. I left frustrated, it was going to be my first time using the app and now I may just delete it

There's nothing g worse than getting home and not finding your cooking in the bag. Curbside delivery parking is always a mess here too.

I love chick fil a I used to eat here all the time! Now that I am dieting it's an "every once and while treat", that's why I am so disappointed. I try and be extremely understanding about busy places making little mistakes, but today is the 3rd time this location has gotten my order wrong! I was halfway back when my coworker realized they had forgotten his sandwich. I turn around to go grab the sandwich they had forgotten, just to get to work and see they had given me the wrong sandwich! It was very disappointing. read more

Eat more Chicken?! My favorite saying lately!! Absolutely love this location on Power Road. Clean, convenient, and has to be the friendliest location I have been to in awhile. Everyone loves Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwiches (and they are pretty damn good) but the service here is friendly and the place is just damn spotless clean. The men's can even has some kind of dried flower arrangement, is this a fast food joint or a sushi bar? Don't rely on the stupid google map for directions, this place is actually south of 202 at E. Ray Road. I never trust that idiotic GPS stuff anyway. read more

I was raised in the south and have been eating Chick-Fil-A since before I could talk. My favorite fast food place without a doubt!!!! Food quality is good, employees always seem to love their job and if you eat inside you get table side service! What's not to love? I have never had anything that wasn't good a CFA and they have some of the best milkshakes EVER!!! I highly recommend their summer special Banana Pudding filled with little bites of Nilla Wafers! Super friendly location that is kept clean and food is always fresh and the play area will keep my almost 2 year old and 8 1/2 year old content!! For fast food, it is truly "As good as it gets!" for fast food. There you go Chick-Fil-A, you can have my 5 stars! read more

We always come to this Chick-fil-A and it never fails something always goes wrong. I asked for no tomato extra lettuce extra pickle every time most the time the tomatoes are on there and there's like two pickles. I don't even ask for much just a little extra veggies and no tomato. People are always nice but if you can only get my order right I would love it. Only issue I have today is the lettuce you gave me is brown and wilted. You should probably care a little bit more about how you serve your produce if you are going to promote that it's always fresh.. read more

Chick fil a is normally pretty good wherever you go however I've been disappointed by this location on more than 1 occasion. Today I went to get breakfast there after class and arrived at 10:15 (breakfast stops serving 10:30) and I was waiting in the drive through line that had at least 20-30 cars. It was extended out of the designated drive-thru line all the way to Sweet Tomatoes. I ended up pulling out of line because I had waited 7 minutes and only moved forward 3 car lengths. I figured I'd go inside to get breakfast because there was no chance I'd get to the drive thru ordering intercom by 10:30. So I parked and went inside at 10:23 and the line was equally busy inside. There was at least 8 people ahead of me. They finally opened up a 3rd cashier to make the line move quicker. I get to the cashier and ask for a chicken biscuit and she says "sorry we stop serving breakfast at 10:30" so I pull out my phone and check the time and it had just turned 10:31.... I explained that I had arrived well before 10:30 but they were busy and taking so long to take orders that I'd spend 16 minutes waiting to order... lol but seriously a fricken joke. However I maintained my politeness, then left. I wasn't about to cause a scene like Adam Sandler does in the movie Big Daddy when the same scenario happens to him at McDonalds. I am only docking 2 stars because it's not her fault, it's company policy to stop at 10;30 however you'd think the employees would be a little more accommodating knowing how busy the lines were. read more

Good fresh chicken. Recommend the chicken sandwich. Cookies are also surprisingly good and soft. They sometimes get crowded so try and get here before dinner rush. Only negative of this place is they are closed on Sundays. Other than that, they are for sure a go to a place for a good chicken sandwich. Went to chick and did a Mobil order. We sat there for 25 min before we got our order? I guess we should have taken the hint when all the Mobil order spaces were empty that this was a bad idea. The worst part is that when we got our order it was wrong. So we had to wait even longer. But for all the time lost and the food being cold I am happy to announce that I did received a "sorry". (Yes this is sarcasm) So if you go and use the Mobil order and have to wait 25 minutes and get your cold food and have it wrong and then wait some more for food that is already overpriced be happy in the knowledge that you will receive a shrug from the employee with a "sorry". Sooooo worth it! (Again, sarcasm) Worst customer service I have ever come across. That is saying something because I was just at the DMV. Go at your own risk, with the knowledge that the management doesn't give a shit. read more

Slow service, We call in orders to go every week for our company. Each week the service gets slower and slower. We were told 10 minutes for pick up, I waited for 25 minutes are getting to the location to pick up our order. After waiting in a long line to let them know I was there I had to move to a different cashier because they do all the pick up orders. Disorganized is an understatement of this facility. read more

Josh has his business card right there which makes you think that he CARES but he really doesn't. It's been FOUR days since I left feedback through the chick fil a site and contacted the number on the card and I have NOT heard anything from him. This restaurant just flat out does not CARE. I was shocked that a Chick Fil A could be that bad in service but it's out there. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this store at ALL cost. You'll NOT regret this decision. Chick Fil A corporate is AMAZING and they really do CARE. read more

I've been here four or five times, it's exactly what you have come to expect, it's tasty chicken and of course it is their pleasure. I haven't had them mess up my order yet, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I just can't give a restaurant 5/5 that isn't open on Sunday when I'm craving their breakfast, it always is on a Sunday. I know it's not this particular stores fault, its corporate policy but come on man I want some chicken biscuits it's 2017! read more

How come every time I go to this location they screw up my order? I like the staff they are friendly but it's very flustering when I come home to the wrong food. There is always something wrong with my order. One time no fries, last time no dressings for my salads and this time a completely wrong sandwich. I understand when your busy but you weren't. Chick Fil A is always great, but I must admit this location is superb. We went for lunch on a busy Saturday. The line went quickly due to employees working at every register and we got our food in no time! There were tons of employees working, cleaning, delivering food, and giving out refills as well. If I have a choice to go to this location or San Tan, I would DEFINITELY choose this location! read more

I live about 8 miles from this location. The only location closest to me. I went and got dinner there getting my daughter a Mac n cheese only to come home and see that it wasn't there. Not the first time location has done this and usually I check but my little one was hungry and cranky. I called the location and they said "sorry I will send rewards. What's your name?" I open my rewards and they gave me the Mac n cheese only?! Like yea I already paid for it of course you should reward me that?! But what about a free meal or something for the mistake and my baby not having her food? Poor service I'm sorry. My first yelp and I'm tired of these places not giving you what you pay for! read more

I usually have never been the person who checks their orders, especially at Chick Fil-A. Unfortunately, that will no longer be the case at this location. One time they didn't give us our fry orders and realized it once I got home. I called the store and the manager answered. I understand how customers can be so I nicely asked if we could get those refunded or go back to get our missing fries. The manager started arguing and insisted that she personally put the fries in the bag, she sounded annoyed. I didn't argue with her and just left it at that. She promised to load reward points to our account, but that never happened. On another occasion they gave us the wrong item and forgot another item. I should of known since that wasn't the first time. I didn't call the second time, as last time management didn't treat me that great over the phone. Please DOUBLE CHECK your orders at this location. read more

The paneer was firm and the masala had a good texture and depth of flavor. The house spice level wasn't really spicy at all for this dish, but I wanted a baseline. Some Indian places start on the high end and only get painful from there. That's not the case here; I'll definitely go Hot next time. My food disappeared nearly as fast as it showed up... I will be back, even if just for some Shack Naan to snack on.

Raising Cane's Chicken, In-n-Out, Jack in the Box, Wendy's, Carl's Jr. , Rubios, Dominoes, McDonald's, yes I even suggested McDonald's over this Popeye's.

Many of their options like the green salad, bulgogi, marinated ribs, and vegetables were not nearly as sweet as I often find them in other KBBQ joints, which was a great change. The service is great. I didn't feel waited on, I felt like I was just generally seen. There's a doorbell if you need something quickly. Otherwise all staff were super friendly and anticipated our needs with grill changes which was nice. The atmosphere is great. It's small and casual but very comfortable and upscale at the same time. It feels very relaxed while maintaining a high standard. The music is great (for us), all kinds of EDM at a good volume. And no TVs, which is actually nice - it let us focus on the vibes, the food, and each other. Many other parties were laughing and having a good time. We spent about 130 between the two of us, having ordered an XL combo and an extra side (chicken buldak - I couldn't eat the noodles but the chicken was bomb). Of course, had to wait for the hype to die down before checking it out. Once there, the server explained the process - basically you just place all your orders through the iPad that's on the table. Very convenient to scroll through the different categories and everything has pics to help you decide what to order. Once you have your selections in your cart, you just send your order to the kitchen. You can do this for multiple rounds, basically just small to medium sized orders until you feel like you're at a good stopping point. The first thing to select is the broths. You can choose 2 broths or 4 broths. For our group size, the server recommended 2 broths so everything can heat up and cook quickly. We got the tom yum soup and the three delicacies soup base (seafood, mushrooms, jujubes). We also got an assortment of meats, veggies, etc. The tom yum soup was by far our favorite. The other one was too bland. Honestly I didn't know what all meats we ordered, just that they were delicious. Some other highlights were: pork dumplings, potato noodles, etc. We also got the signature dancing noodle, which I thought was purely for show, but the noodle itself was really great - super chewy. Haidilao is great for groups, especially so you can try a little bit of everything. It's not exactly cheap, but it's for the experience and meats are naturally on the more expensive end. Our total per person ended up being around $50. If your group orders more high end option, it could easily skew closer to $75. Had a great time here, would come back!!

The ingredients were fine, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The broths lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for, and overall the meal felt more focused on presentation and service than creating memorable flavors. And even then, the service wasn't great. I frequently had to flag down the waitress for a refill or help. If you're looking for a first hot pot experience, celebrating with kids, or want the novelty of the noodle show, you may enjoy it. But if you're already familiar with hot pot and are coming primarily for the food, you may find it hard to justify the price. For us, the experience was memorable (and only because it was our first time trying this place). The meal itself definitely wasn't.

While dining in with my family on a very windy day, the employees were setting up outside for one of their many events. While we were eating my husband and I looked out into the parking lot to see their giant red tent blowing across the parking lot. Unfortunately my car was in it's path and caused $2,400 worth of damage! As if the fact that the incident happened at all wasn't bad enough, I have yet to receive any kind of apology from the company (even from the owner, Philip Thomas when I spoke to him to get the insurance info) and now my property damage claim STILL has not been settled and the adjuster is telling me she's waiting for the management to send her a diagram of the parking lot (that should take all of 2 seconds thanks to Google earth) and an interview with an employee who witnessed it. Obviously chick-fil-a is not being cooperative with the insurance company and I'm the one getting screwed in the process. I am unbelievably disappointed because I really loved taking the kids their because it has always been a nice clean place with a nice relaxing family friendly atmosphere. Not any more! read more
