Slacking...I love me some chick-fil-a but this location didn't get it done tonight. -Long wait -broken or being cleaned menu board outside, not visible. -half-full fry boxes and bottom of the barrel fries that were rock hard crumbles. -1 packet of salt for 3 orders of fries, which I guess was fine since they were inedible -2 napkins for 3 meals- I didn't eat my meal at all so it worked out. -now I am hangry and broke til pay day...great If it weren't for every other great experience I would never go back. read more

I contacted Corporate office twice. First time they didn't answer question. Now they say it's up to individual franchise to allow you to have peppers on the new breakfast platter. Sense I'm inquiry the Clerk/Cashier has taken my order, each time I asked for peppers on platter. "NO can't do" but it's my Pleasure. So result, last 3 visits manager bagged food and first 2 times I didn't get salsa. Then 3rd time didn't get hashbrowns. I love Chick-Fil-A we eat it all the time. But this particular restaurant is awful. My last 3 visits have been ridiculous I will not be coming back to that store ever. What you will find at that store is a manager who stands and plays on his phone for a good five minutes. Teenagers that are just standing around talking not doing their job. Food is good. We just went tonight. The line was very slow. When we finally got to the window, we waited a couple of minutes and then the lady at the window told us to pull around the front (into the always congested parking lot). No apologies for the delay, just "meet us at the front." There we waited a few more minutes and a different associate came out and gave us the bag and just said "drive through." Again, short and inconsiderate. If I wanted service like that, I'd go somewhere much cheaper. I'm not sure what the delay was about; we ordered nuggets and a two chicken sandwiches. One final thought: Chick-Fil-A has an app for rewards points, but you have to hand them your phone so they can scan the QR code in the drive through window. Every stay at home mom is in here with their babies and toddlers during lunch every single weekday. Stopped in for an early dinner last week. The employees were helpful across the board from opening doors and greeting the customers to ensuring all needs were met at the tables. This brand truly has set a standard for the fast food industry despite being franchised as I have yet to run into any issues, other than at airports where everything is never as good as off site. read more

Out of every chick fil a we've been to, this one has got to be the best. As soon as you walk in the door, you have about 3 or 4 smiling employees greeting you. I never feel rushed when placing an order and the whole place is always clean. Even after we've gotten our food, employees are approaching asking if we need anything else and even taking our trash away for us. This location is a little further than the market Street location, but we come here because we always have a much better experience! read more

I normally love this location, but lately the service seems to be going down hill as well as the quality of the food. I order a grilled chicken sandwich and it came out quite charred. I asked for an exchange. They brought me my replacement which was exponentially more charred with black bits on the lettuce and bread. Their excuse was it was from the grill. Yes, it was. I have worked in fast food in my teen years and I know if you do not scrape(clean) the grill it alters the foods appearance and quality. I do not want charred bits all over my food. I was asked again if I would like a replacement. Pass. I just want clean kitchen appliances to cook my food. Please do not be lazy about cleaning the kitchen. read more

If you can believe it, I have never before been to a Chick-filet-A . Till this one visit. I have to say,I really liked it a lot. Fresh real pieces of Chicken. lettuce and tomato. The only thing I would change is the bun. It is a bit of a junky bun. Maybe if they toasted it ,it would be a little better. If they changed the bun altogether it would be perfect! Fries were really good! Waffle fries, hot ,fresh, and lots of potato on them. For a drink I got lemonade,which was made with real lemons and just a small amount of sugar, so it was not over whelminly sweet. Really good, so happy I finally got to try it! We came here today after a very long walk. Chick Fil A is the place man. This is the king or should I say the Queen of fast food. I know they have all the political stuff going on, but let us just deal with the food at this moment. The chicken here is divine~ I mean really good! I love the fries , cut fresh from a potato and just fried. They are fat and just perfect waffle fries. They use real green lettuce, find that any where else. I even got a lemonade, which is made from real lemons, sugar and pure water. Of course they do have sauces and dips with good old High fructose corn syrup in it. But, you almost have to leave the country to find a place without it. The food is great! The staff is well mannered and friendly, and the price is good. I say that is all I need. Right O! Worst run chick fil a ive been to in the nation. My order was served to multiple other customers that ordered after me, as I stood in the pick up line asking where my 1 milkshake was. Approaching the register an employee who had just gotten off and was ordering and the employee working the register were flirting and took 10 minutes to complete an order while a line waited. This all after sitting in the drive through for 15 minute and not moving an inch and walking inside. When there are more people standing at the pick up counter than people eating in the whole restaurant and no new people ordering, you know there is a problem with operations somewhere. read more

This is toddler heaven. For about $20, I can feed a family of four with chicken that can be identified as actual chicken and not particle-chicken. The staff at this location is young, courteous, and friendly. It's highly family oriented at this location, you can pretty much bank on traffic in the play area every evening. The facilities are kept reasonably clean; there's going to be a bit of a greasy feel sometimes no matter how much you do when there's 18 deep fryers going all day. It seems like the fries are always a wee bit underdone, so we just get fruit which is better for us anyhow. The chicken is always blistering hot, with the meat juicy and delicious. Trading in the Veggie Tales cds in the kids' meal for a tiny ice cream cone is a no brainer every time. The only drawback to this Chick Fil A are the parents who don't monitor their children's activity in the play area. I tend to end up being mother hen, demanding 11 year olds stop climbing on the outside of the equipment so that they don't fall and squash a 2 year old below. Overall, this place has saved me from making dinner once every couple weeks quite admirably. read more

We have been to this Chic fil A before. It's always just been ok service. We pull up this time and we order lunch and the girl at the window said they don't serve lunch until 10:30 am. It was 10:26 lol! Anyway, we have never had an issue getting lunch items in the morning, even if we have to wait. Seemed weird. We decided to go somewhere else. With sandwiches under 400 calories, and stellar service, there is everything to love about Chick-fil-a. This location is very clean and the employees are very kind. We have even had employees come by and ask how our meal was or offer to refill our drinks. My favorites are the original sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich , the waffle fries and the fruit. I understand the breakfast bagel sandwich is the worst item on the menu with regard to fat and calories. It is so yummy, but I stay away from this place for breakfast. They also have a variety of items for dessert. There is a play room for the kiddies with tables to eat near them. So much so that if there happens to be a mistake made here or there (rarely happens), I don't mind at all. They are just so helpful and happy! It's a popular hang out for parents and kids in need of tiring out, so we've been enough times with other parent friends to see just how much the employees here care. They're quick to clean up any messes, and I love how they go around and check on everyone. The floor managers are always my favorites. Some kids in my acquaintance were going through a rough time and became upset during one of our visits, and a floor manager rushed over with little stuffed cows to give them, and they couldn't stop smiling after that. It was such a sweet gesture that it made me tear up a bit. Even now thinking back to that day! If ever I'm craving Chick-fil-A, I always make sure to come here! :) read more

I work very close to this location, and so I have the opportunity to come a lot. I always feel much better about my day when I come. After a long day at work, I can come and get the spicy chicken strips and almost cry because of how delicious they are. I don't have a lot of extra money to spend, but when I do, I always come to this location and get some chicken. I can always count on a wonderful employee to compliment my hair or to cheer me up. The playground is enclosed (with only one way in or out:) and secure so the kids can play, scream, without the whole restaurant having to hear! Terrible customer service from this store. Ordered through DoorDash and was shorted a chicken filet. I called the store manager to let them know. They were not apologetic and offered to do nothing to remedy the situation. Instead, they told me to take it up with DoorDash. I said that was ridiculous, as DoorDash did not get the money for the chicken, nor were they responsible for packing the bag. All DoorDash did was deliver sealed bags packed by Chick-fil-A. When you order from Chick-fil-A, it is because you are expecting to eat what? Chicken. It is the sole purpose that anyone goes there. It wasn't like they forgot a side of fries or something.
