I ordered a salad & asked for one packet of dressing. When I got home & read my receipt, it said 2 creamy salsa and I have absolutely no dressing in my bag at all. Whats the point of coming to work & half doing your job, just stay home. Unfortunately everything in Miami is this way. read more

Went through the drive thru with my girlfriend today at around 1:40pm guy who took our order was rude and rushed us after every thing we ordered. He was saying things like "that's it?" "Is that all?" "So that's all?" I ordered a Deluxe chicken sandwich combo with no cheese. He gave me a regular chicken sandwich. No combo. He charged everything separately. And on top of that the nuggets were flat. I'm very impressed with this Chick-fil-A location, especially how fast and efficient the line of customers is handled with such superb care! A fair warning the drive-thru line can be quite lengthy. It's a great idea to park and just order inside since the line isn't too bad compared to the massive drive thru line. The food is just like every other chick-fil-a location :) The food comes out hot, fresh, and ready to go! If I'm going to have fast food around the 57th, then this is usually my go to location. I went to grab some food really quick it turned into 30 minutes and I never got my food. I placed a mobile drive-through pick up order. Like I always do once I got there it was in the line for 30 minutes waiting on my food they told me to cancel it placed the order again and then get back in line. The service is horrible no one spoke English that made things worst. This my last time going there but it may not matter. read more

So as i finished placing my order i wanted to pay cash, which then i was advised to pay another employee in a green vest. As i waited patiently for this employee, when the employee arrived at my window i handed him $40, the cost was $25.56 and he kept asking me in a very intense tone and repeatedly x4, you dont want your change right? As i was shook to hear this i just looked blankly at him and said i guess not... apparently you guys aren't paying your employee enough to be bumming off almost $15. This incident occurred around @1:00 pm August 30th. They didn't even give me a receipt after asking for it multiple times. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food spots. You will never have a bad experience here at this location, employees are very polite and friendly. Food is always fresh and the fries here are amazing. If you have read prior reviews I have done on other Chick-fil-A locations, you should know I positively love their food. I came here as I have eaten at this location before back when I lived in Hialeah and I have never had a bad experience/meal there. And of course once again it reminded why I love eating here. Why is that? Simple it is well done especially considering it is fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are the best chicken sandwiches...I had of course their spicy chicken sandwich with bacon.... tender, juicy, hot and that's just the chicken...add bacon and I'm hooked. Love their fries...always hot...how many other fast food locations give you tasteless or room temp fries? And of course I love their iced coffees... Chick fil A is the ish! This one on 57th has a drill sergeant lady manager that makes sure those kids operate like a 5 star steakhouse. They are soooo fast! The drive thru can be 15 cars deep and you will be out of there in ten mins. I recommend the drive thru over going inside. read more

I am appalled. I ordered my salad, on the app and when I arrived to this location I rang the bell as instructed. I literately waited 25 minutes to receive my order. People in line were getting their stuff before mine and no one was even monitoring the online order area. Incredibly disorganized on their part. My things didn't even have to be cooked or anything which makes the lengthy amount of time unacceptable. It wasn't even super packed, just no one to attend to pickup orders. read more

I think chick-fil-a is one of the best fast food places around! Their nuggets are so delicious, their salads on point and their service is incomparable! I love getting their breakfast chick-n-minis, which is basically their nuggets on a sweet glazed bread with hash browns and coffee. Their drivers take forever don't order the food for delivery unless you want to wait 2 hours for it or maybe you will never receive the order like it just happened to me and their customer service suck and managers have a really bad attitude. It's fast food but OMG amazing! A buddy from work and I go here every couple weeks for lunch since its close to the office. We're always amazed when we're inside at how many people are there eating... Unlike other FF chains, we're greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed. The place is always clean and the menu has something for everyone....as long as you want chicken that is. Sandwiches, strips, nuggets or salads its chicken served up any style. Grilled, spicy, crunchy whatever suits your fancy. The hardest part of eating here is finding an open table. Your food is prepared to order. I went with a crunchy chicken sandwich with cheese. I tried ordering it with a slice of raw onion to which the young man replied "it comes with pickles", lol, okay that's close. Made it a combo with waffles fries and a bottle water. Not a bad deal for $7 and change. If you're in a hurry hit the drive thru. They're fast and efficient with someone assisting taking orders on a tablet, including yesterday in the rain. This is a great restaurant and no wonder business is booming, the service is great and the food is quite tasty! read more

For the most part, i am really good about avoiding fast food. I know its bad for you, and i know there's steroids and pesticides and magical whale hormones in the food, etc... But don't think for one second I don't love me some Chick-Fil-A. This brand new location is a well oiled fast food machine. The staff is friendly (i was greeted like 15 times within 30 minutes) and very helpful. The food came out in less then 60 seconds, literally!! Also, they were giving out free chicken nuggets because it was their grand opening week, SCORE! I'm not going to get to into the delectable crispyness of their nuggets, or the potato goodness of their waffle fries, but for a fast food restaurant, this place is about as good as it gets on the East coast. I drove in line and everyone looked at me crazy , nobody came up to take the order so this young funny gentleman came and had the patience to take our order , when we drive up all the employees were talking to us sarcastic , Caleb and Albert looking at us with attitude, aparently I was moved up enough and they both had a nasty attitude to move up and talked to me like I'm slow or have some type of special needs. That's not how employees should be in a work place , when they saw I was upset Albert did come and correct his attitude which is appreciated, but the way they treated multiple customers in my view was not necessary . This place is not too far from my place and the service is great. For example, there was one time I was with the lil one and I was busy handling things for her that on the way out i forgot my wallet. So when i arrived to the drive thru window after ordering our food, I requested they cancel the order. The young lady asked me why and embarrassed I explained what happened, she responded with "its OK you can com back and pay". I was really surprised and took the food home, ate it, and grabbed my wallet to drive back and pay them. I decided to get down, so i didn't have to wait the line. After explaining who i was, she was really surprised I actually came back to pay them. They offered me and the lil one dessert for the nice gesture. I might of bored some of you with that story, but I wanted to share their act of kindness. Don't believe every place would do something like that or trust a stranger to return as i did. They gave me the wrong size shake and flavor and proceeded to tell me to park "VIP" where I waited parked with no assistance. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places ever. I love everything they stand for and usually get amazing service and food. My boyfriend actually knows the manager here and we've been coming here for years, slowly but surely this restaurant is failing. Usually drive thru is in and out, but today the line was short and still took us forever to get out of the line. The girl taking the orders was not giving that chickfila attitude we all know and love, and didn't even offer any sauces. I guess I shouldn't have expected more from a fast food place. Food was good, except for putting sandwiches in wrong boxes and putting pickles on them when specifically asking for no pickles. Hopefully they get better employees soon who understand the idea behind chickfila friendliness. read more

Food is great. Most of employees are customer oriented, however there's a few that need to be retrained immediately.
