I love Chick-fil-A food, but ever since this store got remodeled and only offering drive thru service, visiting this place has become a nightmare. I come here at least once a week because my girls insist in it, even though I try to convince them otherwise. There has no been one time since the remodel that they have gotten my order correct. Something is always missing, except one time that I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got home to find seven REGULAR chicken sandwiches in my order. I am always missing food, sauces, or utensils. I think the only reason this store has a half star over the Hialeah store is because at least everyone at this store speaks English. If by some weird misfortune you've never tried chick-fil-A, please find your way to your nearest location immediately. Forget all the other fast food joints, this place is by far the best . Oh and you're likely to wait a bit to have your food served , but it's all part of the experience. Just like any other place you go to , if there's no wait, it's probably not worth it anyway, right? The chicken nuggets were very great but the staffs attitude at least in the drive thru was very unpleasant. The blonde hair didn't even smile, her face was cranky and not happy, she forgot our straw for the lemonade, forgot all the sauces and we didn't know until we left, and didn't say have a blessed day or anything afterwards. Pick up dinner for the family, but was not completely satisfy .. thought the drive thru line was wrapped around the building the pace was pretty steady . I had to make a yelp account just to write this seriously! The worker, Daliana, was soo nice! She overheard us talking about how our food was taking long to arrive and even on her own break, she asked us for our receipt and went over and prepared the food herself and passed it to us! Usually the service here is great BUT the drive through staff have very unpleasant attitudes. They speak Spanish and make jokes while taking your order and I even had an employee yawn into the drive through speakers while while i was placing an order ... very rude. I speak Spanish myself but there's a time and place for everything. It took me 5 visits to type this because I wanted to give them the benefit of correcting the last mistakes but enough is enough. The girl at the drive thru window gave my milk shake to the car in front that the lady had to give it back and I get home and the grill nuggets combo I ordered was not in the bag. This has to be the worst Chick Fil A in America. They close early on random holidays (Labor Day, Fourth of July), without notice. I haven't had Chick Fil-A since I used to live in Texas and there was one down the street from my house. So when I found out that there was one not to far from my job, you can imagine my excitement. I love Chick Fil-A!! They're grilled chicken sandwiches are fantastic and they have WAFFLE FRIES!!! That's right, I said outwardly fries! I'm not sure if they sprinkling Angel Dust on them instead of salt but they are so much better than regular fries.
