Ordered one of the two main options chicken nuggets (No Strips) and the tab was over $32. As we passed the menu board I noticed they have removed the pricing from all menu items! What's up with this? The absolute slowest Chik fil A in the chain! It has been this way for years and obviously no one cares. Tuesday morning at breakfast they were out of biscuits. They sell biscuits for breakfast. Yet they don't bother to bake any. They told me to park "out front". 10 minutes later the manager had trouble finding he in front of the door because that's not where you park! Yet the instructions were "in front". But that's just the last time. Every visit is the same. Wait forever. Unfortunately it's near our condo. This Chick Fil A is ran horribly. If you're going to have two lanes, make sure one of the lanes isn't sitting there the whole time! I ordered before 5 people in the other lane and for some reason I can't even get up to get my order because our lane wasn't moving for 7 mins. If you're going to give me my order when I'm all the way in the back because I still haven't moved, then make sure I can at least get out of the lane and not just sit there for no reason! I actually created an account just to talk about the terrible service I received from their manager, Eric. Very rude and condescending, didn't even act like he cared that my order was wrong. I understand that sometimes you give the bag to the wrong person, but at least listen and make some sort of attempt to fix the issue. Unacceptable! The absolute worst CFA we have ever been to. My nephew is obsessed with the mini chicken biscuits so that is the only reason we went back. The drive through workers cut you off rudely with "is that all" as you are ordering even if you are still talking. They have messed up our order 2 times even with reading it back each time between items being ordered. Brought the food out to our car and was questioning if it was our order because the guy in the drive through was to lazy to put Robert on our ticket and put Rob instead. My husband is African American and was the only person to get questioned if this was actually our order while other cars were right next to us getting their orders with no questioning what so ever. They have a large selection of dressings, & I usually get both balsamics. It is difficult to find the driveway & get in/out due to very busy intersection which is under construction. Terrible customer service, went through the drive thru got three meals for my family asked for the sauces each person wanted talked, the employee taking our order recommended honey roasted barbecue sauce so I was going to try that, got to the window where three employees were just talking (one was a mixed lady dressed in a black/red uniform I would guess a manager the rest were all in red uniforms) got our food handed to us, looked in the bag, no sauces. Sat there waiting for us to notice that we were moving while looking straight at us. Finally had to say "ma'm we didn't get any of our sauces" got handed two mayo and one ketchup for THREE people. Asked again saying "we need more we have three adult meals?" Then realizing I didn't get my sauce so I said " can I please have the honey roasted barbecue sauce I ordered" then the manager responds with " Chick-fil-A does not have a honey roasted barbecue sauce" - with a nasty attitude.
