The service at this store at one time (2017)was excellent . I have no clue what has happened ti this store, but it is AWFUL now (Mar 2018). I enjoy chick fil a. They have decent food and pretty good service. I Didn't care for the frosted lemonade- it was made correctly from my knowledge but I expected it to be refreshing (like regular lemonade), I didn't really want a sour milkshake. On top of that I really don't like how they make their staff cover up piercings with Band-Aids; It looks tacky. Frequently visit this location while staying in Santa Rosa Beach. Typically it is a very good experience. Food is always fresh, drinks are cold, staff is friendly and helpful. This last time (June 2018) we stopped in for lunch and the service had taken a fall. Impatient, unhappy and a little rude. Just not usual Chick-fil-A service. Food was still good. Probably the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to and I have eaten at quite a few. The young crew was more interested in each other rather than the customer which is unlike any other Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. My food was brought to my table incomplete. I had to go back up front to get my Spicy Chicken Deluxe and despite making eye contact with several employees I was never asked if I need help. I finally saw the guy that brought out my food and said "hey guy, you forgot my sandwich" he tried to pull one off the line but his coworker snatched and said it was for her order. I finally got my sandwich with cold unmelted cheese. Note the restaurant had 5 seated tables at the time. Clearly they need some additional standard Chick-Fil-A training and a stronger manager and leader to manage their clueless youth. read more

OMG! Came here at 6:50 before leaving after vacation. It was dead, there was no one here. Obviously it's beautiful and new. Customer service always amazing. The food? Worst I've ever had at a CFA and I've never had anything bad here. I got 2 Chicken Biscuits Meals and 2 orders or Chicken Mini's. First of all it was all COLD! Then when I opened the biscuit it was very white on top not the usual brown crust, but I thought it was just undercooked. NOPE, it was funny looking like all "groovy" or something on top. Took a bite of the hardest brick of a biscuit I've ever had! Yuck, I had to spit it out and throw it all away. It was cold, hard and nasty, yesterday's food. After looking at it, I believe that "groovy" look on top was it being wrapped up all night and stored. Don't go early. I obviously couldn't go back as we are gone on down the road. I threw away $20 worth of food. They should be ashamed!!! Management you better take care of this. Wish I could've gone back to show them. Oh, thought the chicken mini's would be better, negative. Not your typical Cick Fil A service and attention to detail. Ordered on mobile and then proceeded to drive thru line. After waitin 5 minutes the still had not moved. I went inside to pick up my order and while the app said it was, I waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The food wasn't ready even though I place the order 15 min before so it would be ready when I arrived. If it would have been McDonalds I would have expected it, but the stores I have been to set such a high bar it is easy to get let down. read more

I work across HWY 98 in the Silver Sands Outlets and come to this Chickfila often for my breaks. On several occasions they have forgotten to put either salad dressings, sauces, or utensils in my bag. Since I only have so much time for my break, I'm usually in a hurry and just assume everything I need is in the bag. I recommend to anyone who goes to this location to thoroughly check their bag before they leave the building/drive-thru. It's very frustrating to get back to work and not have what I need. read more

First off, the drive thru couldn't repeat my simple order to save their life. Second, the bag I was handed did not have the correct order in it. I had to park and go back inside to get my own creamer for the coffee. The food tasted old and when I delivered the coffee to my wife she said it tasted bitter and threw it away. I have never seen a chic fila this terrible in all my life. We normally g out of our way to eat chic fila, but in the future I will drive out of my way to go right past this location. Very disappointed in this particular Chick-fil-A restaurant. My family was in Destin five days, and we ate here 3 of the 5 days. Because we are used to receiving a consistently great product (D'Iberville, MS & Gulfport, MS), we kept coming back. Bad move on our part. We came in a couple nights ago and the employees were rude, gave us attitude for asking for honey mustard, and rolled her eyes when I was at the other side of the counter raising my hand for my order. Every single table was filthy with grease and crumbs and we had to clean it ourselves, the bathroom was covered in water and trash on the floor. The employee who walked in and went to the bathroom didn't even wash her hands on the way out! 5 stars - their staff is highly respectful, polite and on top of things! I was amazed at how polite the staff was for just a simple order through the drive thru! The young gentleman that helped me was extremely assertive (Haden I believe his name) - ensuring to say yes ma'am no ma'am to everything! So polite! Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. I give a "benefit of the doubt" almost to a fault when experiencing bad food or service. I did this very same thing with this particular location when it was still newly opened. However, my patience reached it's end today after yet another order they got wrong. Seriously, probably about the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever seen in regards to getting your order filled correctly. I get it is fast food but other Chick-fil-A locations don't have near the issues as this location. Seriously, half dozen or more times we didn't get the drink we ordered, the correct size side/drink, the correct side item, etc. and it happens regardless tourist season or not. We are locals that are never going back until we hear they have it together. And if we do return we will be the customers going through our order at the window/counter. read more
