I need Eric Townsend to contact me. A few items of concern. I've been here multiple times. The drive thru experience is a bit awkward, waffle fries are in many instances wam and not fresh on my late evening trips, window staff not very bubbly. There are some positives too. I can go into more detail but that's not the point of this review. My point in writing this is that nobody gets it right all the time. Eric left a 1 star review for our restaurant and drilled my team. I would expect more professional conduct before blasting us. Chick-fila hasn't always been on point, but I don't fuel the fire and voice my disgust for the world to see. It's better to work directly at the store level to rectify the concerns. I'll certainly hold my team to a higher standard and I expect Chick-fil-A from this point forward to do the same as well. read more

Unfortunately, the flavor was not quite what I expected, as something in it seemed to overpower the key lime. Overall, while the service was excellent, the food quality was inconsistent, especially considering the prices. I hope the kitchen can make a few adjustments, because the staff clearly provides a level of service that deserves food to match.
