My boyfriend was shocked when I told him I'd never tried Chick-fil-A before, and so the next time we were at the mall and hungry he insisted we go there. He suggested the plain chicken sandwich with the waffle fries, and I was skeptical. The sandwich is just chicken and pickles on bread. But it was very good! The chicken is a piece of chicken instead of a lump of processed chicken pieces. It was hot and juicy and well seasoned. The pickles added a great flavor, and I was glad he talked me out of spending another dollar for lettuce, tomato, and cheese. They serve this sandwich so plainly because they know it's awesome just like it is. The fries were not crispy enough for my liking, though. Just plain fries, IMO. The young gentleman who took my order was VERY nice! Like, sweetly/awkwardly nice. He even informed me that they offer one free refill on their drinks! And speaking of drinks, their lemonade is very good. I really hate dining at the mall, but this was worth it. read more

I typically don't review the national chains as people generally know what to expect, but Chick-fil-A stands out as being best-of-breed in the chicken sandwich category and they deliver on that repeatedly. Every time I have had a sandwich here, whether a spicy chicken sandwich, a breakfast chicken biscuit, or their original chicken sandwich, the chicken has been full of flavor, hot & juicy, and perfectly cooked. Waffle fries here are also always perfect: never burned, never soggy. Service here is also excellent. The staff are polite, courteous, and when you have to wait a few minutes for your food they'll bring it to your table so you can go sit down. read more

Despite being a mall location, I've found the staff here to be very courteous and prompt, not to mention they even make it a point to proactively check on already served customers for refills & sauce. two thumbs down I got the 4 peice chicken with fries/drink combo and also 4 piece chicken strip. $14.08 a little steep in my mind. 4 pc chicken 1320 mg of sodium!!!! (I looked it up on their website because they tasted EXTREMELY salty) fries 180 mg BOTH WERE SERVED TO ME LUKE WARM. this place is nothing special at all. speed isnt everything folks. Let me count the ways . . . your amazingly consistent menu, the books (books!) as prizes in the children's combos, and the Chick-fi-A sauce so delicious I could eat it with a spoon, to name a few. We were so pleased that there was one New Hampshire and made sure we stopped in. As with every trip to a Chick-fil-A, we walked away with a smile and full bellies. The food took a few minutes to be prepared--not unreasonably long by any means, but the cashier gave us a voucher for a free chicken sandwich and a sincere apology. on the date of 6/9/2020 me and my friend went through the drive through. the lady in the booth at about 1:15 was very unpleasant and rude. she never even said my pleasure. i was very upset by how rude. however the boy who brought out food was very nice and he had very nice hair so he made my trip worth it. i love chick fil a. but that lady was so rude. we only gave this review a 5 star because chick fil a is my love and that boy was so very nice. read more

It's Chick-fil-A so of course it's great! Only downside is that it is in a mall, and the mall is kind of depressing. The food court is currently going through reconstruction so it's particularly dim at the moment. But, if all you care about is getting Chick-fil-A in the northeast then the ambiance shouldn't stop you! read more

We visited this chain for the first time last weekend. We had passed by this chain multiple times before in our travels and everyone seemed to praise their chicken. We had the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich and the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. I loved the grilled chicken in the Chargrilled sandwich as it was juicy with just the right amount of flavor. The bun on the Deluxe sandwich could be improved though as it fell apart while we were eating it. We both finished the entire meal in under 10 minutes and wondered why we were hungry for more as sandwiches of that size would normally fill us. read more

As far as fast food is concerned the waffle fries are outstanding and the chicken nugget and sandwich(fried) is great too. They managed to mess my order up twice... I went through the drive thru. I ordered a #1 Plain. The girl who took my order said "plain as in just the sandwich?" and I told her no as in I want the sandwich with nothing on it and yes I want the meal. She even confirmed I wanted the sandwich with no pickles on it. After everything was understood (so I thought) I pulled around to the window. They handed me my meal and I left. I returned back to work and went to eat my dinner only to discover my plain chicken sandwich was a box of nuggets! I then had to take more time out of my lunch break to go back. I went inside this time and the woman at the register had no personality and when I explained I was given a box of nuggets instead of a plain sandwich she took my bag of food and handed it to a gentleman by the kitchen area without even extending an apology. The man handed me a bag after and apologized and said there was a chicken sandwich in there. I am happy I double checked and asked him if it was plain, because sure enough this was not communicated to him and they had to make me yet another sandwich. Needless to say my lunch break was pretty much over by the time I got this straightened out. From now on I think I will just fight for a parking spot at the Mall and go to that one as they have yet to give me a bad experience. read more

Catering was of excellent quality and new management very friendly. As one of the few chick fil a locations in New England they could slack off but the pheasant mall store does not do so at all. Great service, great food, would recommend to anyone. read more

Friendly service, Great food, extremely clean and a fantastic children's playroom. I was extremely impressed with everything, as a college football fan I have seen a ton of chic fil a commercials, yet since there aren't too many in New England I have never been. The food was incredible, I had a spicy chicken sandwich meal, my wife a cob salad and the kids got nuggets. We were all very pleased with our meals and the service....it came out so fast!! Nuggets are good and ice coffee is too. No complaints. Staff isn't overly friendly, but no different than any other mall food court store.
