My friend picked Stonefire because she has a rewards account and wanted to use it for a pizza promo and get her free birthday dessert. As soon as I saw the Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders sign, I knew what I was ordering! The cashier was new and did not seem very familiar with the menu. I asked for a regular salad and was initially told they only had Caesar, but when he read my order back, I asked what the other choices were for a side. I noticed a "garden salad" listed as a side and asked him to change it to what I originally wanted. My friend enjoyed her pizza, and I loved the Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders! She tried a piece without the honey and thought it was very spicy, so I would only recommend them if you enjoy some heat. They were delicious, and I cannot wait to eat the leftovers cold! ​I've been ordering from here for over 10 years, and the food has always been a staple for our family--especially the barbecue sauce. However, the recent recipe change is a huge disappointment. The new sauce is way too spicy and completely overwhelmed by black pepper, with none of the sweet, rich flavor it used to have. ​It's gotten to the point where my kids can't even eat it anymore. Dined here for the first time, although we've had Stonefire grill for takeout several times before! The guy that took our order at the front was very friendly and extremely kind. He had no name tag on but he left us in a good impression. We got a beeper and then we sat around anywhere we wanted. He later came by and served us our orders. We both got personal plates and an a la carte of the baby back ribs. The spread on the table looked so delicious and appetizing! The alfredo pasta was creamy and cooked well! The caesar salad was super tasty. We grabbed our own utensils from the counter and you can also get sauce toppings, napkins, and extra plates. I really was impressed by the organization here. Music was country-style. The soda machine area was also really clean. I like that there's also outdoor seating for a different vibe. We came here on a weekday night and it was nice and relaxing. She suggested the Family Feast for Four, which came with a large pizza, pesto pasta, two lemon garlic chicken breasts, a large salad, and 12 breadsticks -- everything was fresh, delicious, and more than enough food for the whole family. We came here for lunch. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available and it is handicap accessible. Their menu is extensive and surprisingly has a variety of items. I opted to enjoy their bbq Tri Tip sandwich, with fries and a fountain drink. The sandwich was so big I had to take some to-go haha but the meat was so tender and the bbq sauce was delicious. We also ordered their corn bread but I don't recommend the corn bread as it was in a casserole. It didn't explain that in the menu. It also didn't say that it comes with Maple butter and I am allergic to Maple so I'd just suggest maybe adding that to the menu on the counter. Overall, I recommend this spot is 100% worth it. Unfortunately my most recent visit to Stonefire wasn't as positive of an experience as my first one. We ordered the same thing we always do - the pesto pasta, caesar salad & cheesecake. The pasta came out less than warm so I had asked them to reheat and then we didn't see our food for around 10 minutes. I had to follow up and ask and I truly think they just forgot. When we got the plate back out, it was the same temperature so it was just a waste of time to ask for our food reheated. I would have been better off taking the food to go & heating it up in my microwave. The server offered free dessert to make up for it but we already had dessert, so I asked for 2 breadsticks, which was nice of them to give. We got the Tri Tip for 2, which comes with a side, a salad and breadsticks. Then we also went to order the Stimulus Package, which is either a tri tip or half chicken and a 2-topping pizza with a salad. Service for takeout has always been very efficient. The meat to me has always been pretty decent quality, and in short it tastes as good as the price you pay for. My friends and I agree with this statement. Our biggest favorites of the whole menu is surprisingly the sides. We really enjoy the caesar salad here because of the dressing and the crunch. Honestly I was quite surprised by how good everything was! The meat was cooked flavored perfectly, and yes the meat fell right off the bone for the ribs. They were both coated with light bbq and black pepper for both meats. We got the meal so it came with a side and 2 breadsticks each. I always love the mash potatoes, they're the best with garlic and somehow "burnt" edges, which is the best part! The coleslaw was super underwhelming and didn't taste like a traditional one. It tasted more like a cabbage salad with a vinegar base. So that kind of overlapped with the BBQ salad, so I wish I got a different side. This is an excellent restaurant to order from for gatherings. I hosted an early Christmas party this weekend for 10 people in ordered enough food for a small army. I placed the order online and it was quick and easy. I ordered three family meals for 6 which included chicken, tri-tip, baby back ribs, three different salads, mac & cheese, family, roasted vegetables, Stonefire, beans, cilantro lime rice, and a pizza. On the date and time I was scheduled to pick up my order, I rolled right up and parked in the designated area for pick up. Once I received the text that my order was ready, I went to the counter and half of my order was packaged up and ready to go. The other half took an additional 10 minutes. My order was quite large and came in four large bags and a pizza box. Fortunately, an employee, Deju, assisted me with carrying them to my vehicle. When I got home, everything was warm and nicely packaged. All I had to do was placed them on the counter with some serving utensils. Everyone loved the food! Delicious food made from scratch in a homey place. It's a place where we order and pay first then get a table. I like that the tips are split across all the staff. My favorites are the tri tip, chicken, Ceasar salad, and mashed potatoes. I get the pepper tri tip to rare and it's flavorful and tender. The chicken is a twice cooked chicken. Cooked low and slow to make it super juicy and tender. Then once we order it, they add the crispy char on the outside. It's so good! The salad has fresh lettuce and the star is the salad is the dressing. The mashed potatoes have a bit of cheese, garlic, green onions, and crunchy bits. The place is huge with lots of tables of different sizes. Great for large family gatherings. Also the portions are generous and the price is low. As much as I love eating at the restaurant, their pick up is super convenient. I can order in advance on their website and schedule a pick up. It's close to my home. I usually go to West Hills location. I don't like this location because they hide their $13 deal. You have to ask for it. It's a much better deal than the $10 lunch deal. Much bigger and get more. I just don't like that they hide the menu and they don't tell you about it. At west hills it's out in the open for everyone to see and the menu display is much nicer at west hills. I try not to go to this one, only cone here when it's convenient for others. I ordered the chopped tri tip salad. The Tri tip was very nervy and dried out. Won't be ordering that again at this location. I never had that problem at west hills. read more

This used to be a great place to eat at in the valley back in the early 2000s. I haven't been in a while and had the stimulus package plus a individual meal. It was very good. We got the lemon garlic chicken, pepperoni and sausage pizza, pesto pasta, Caesar salad, and mashed potatoes. Standouts are the Caesar salad (thé dressing is quite incredible), the chicken and the pizza. The pasta was good, but could've used a little bit more salt. Ranch and BBQ was very yummy. You order at the counter when you enter which I liked and cups available for the fountain drinks as well as alcohol. Every time my wife and I come down to the Valley, a visit to Stonefire is a must. Affordable, quality meals. Being affordable means that service can be lacking st times. Tables are not cleaned, food may take a while, but that's ok. Staff are friendly, but always busy. The tri tip is always good and tender. We also love the pesto pasta. We saw them pick everything up from the kitchen and off the grill. Our order consists of whole ribs, 2 whole tri tip and half chicken, 2 garlic mashed potatoes, 2 Caesars salad and breadsticks. Our whole ribs along with the 2 orders of tri tip were medium well and chicken was cooked well done. All the meats along with the chicken were grilled perfectly. They were tender and flavorful. The barbecue sauce was on point. Not too sweet and had a kick too it. Goes perfectly well with the Caesar Salad and fresh, soft garlic breadsticks. Whenever we have cravings for Stonefire Grill we just order online for store pick up. The workers we come across with are always pleasant and helpful. We placed a catering order for a group of about 15 people with a total over a couple hundred dollars and arrived early for the scheduled pickup time. The order was not ready when we arrived and we still waited more than twenty minutes past the assigned time, which delayed our event. Alberto tried to help during the situation and Alberto offered some free desserts and a gift card at the time and mentioned he would speak with management and call us the next morning. That call never came. I reached back out the following afternoon and was told again that someone would look into it and get back to us, but no response followed. When I spoke with Eunice later, she offered a partial refund and said she would send an email confirmation, which was never received. It has now been over a week and the refund processed does not match what was discussed, and there has still been no clear communication or confirmation sent. Overall this was disorganized, poorly managed, and handled with repeated broken promises. For a catering order of this size and cost, the lack of reliability and accountability was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Do better read more

The other was waiting for a lemon. The guys coffee was cold by the time the creamer came and I watched the person wait for 20 minutes for lemons. He sat down our food, came in a reasonable pace however, the tri-tip in our barbecue chopped salad was so well done and chewy.
