I ordered 2 chick fil A chicken sandwiches, 2 medium waffle fries & grilled chicken sandwich @10:30am sharp on chick fil A app in their parking lot, so I could walk in there & get my order right away. To my surprised I received my order @10:50am. There was only one or two people ordering and 3 people waiting for their app orders upon entering. Not super busy but it was kind of hectic between the employees & the kitchen staff. I heard kitchen staff telling something in Spanish to staff at the counter or vise versa. To me it was something out of ordinary to see something like this at this location which I've been coming here regularly ever since this location opened, but I was like "yeah stuff happens". I came home and I and my husband started eating then he found out that one of 2 chick fil A sandwich was Spicy one. He has zero tolerance when it comes to spicy foods. I'm a Doordash driver. If you don't know anything about how we're paid, we don't get hourly pay. We're paid per delivery, and it's generally about $5-6. This location abuses us drivers. Chick-fil-A has partnered with Doordash for delivery, but this location is an independently operated franchise, and they do not follow Chick-fil-A's corporate policy for us. Instead of treating us like their normal pickup customers, and having the orders ready and waiting, they won't start making the order until we get there and check in with them, which costs us money from our already miniscule earnings. Worse, literally every time I've been there, I've been admonished to go wait in line behind all the walk-in customers to check in, rather than to come to the pickup window. Despite the fact that their pickup customers can simply walk in, find their food bagged and waiting on a shelf at the pickup window, tagged with their name. Doordash has pre-paid for these orders, they should be treated the same as other pickup orders. A big component of our pay is a peak lunch/dinner bonus we make per delivery, but if we decline an order we lose our bonus for the whole period. Today I had to decline an order from this location and it literally took $4 out of my pocket, because I lost the $2 bonus I was going to get from the two orders I'd already delivered. On top of that, if we do allow this business to abuse us this way, we risk getting negative reviews from our customers because the delivery takes so long, and generally our customers are unaware of the fact that this is out of our control. And if our customer ratings drop below a certain threshold (Varies by region, but generally around 4.5 out of 5) we get deactivated and can no longer drive for Doordash. So the policies of this location's owner are actually threatening the livelihoods of honest drivers who just want to make a living. Please consider not ordering from this location through Doordash--both for the sake of the drivers and because your order will be almost guaranteed to be late--and letting the owner/operator know what you think of his policy. read more

Super friendly Chick-fil-a. We came on a rainy but busy Wednesday at lunch time. About 75% of all the tables were full, drive-thru line was packed but when we ordered our food, they served our food in less than 5 minutes! Their staff was all very cheerful, working hard and providing excellent services! There was also gentleman escorting people from and to their cars with an umbrella so they wouldn't get wet. He did it with a smile as well, not because he "had to," despite it being his job. When we left, we were also asked if we wanted to be escorted but we didn't mind walking in a little rain. They also don't have military discount for military members but they do have military appreciation days throughout the year. This chick-fil-A always has amazing food, I personally switch it up between the chicken sandwich and spicy sandwich as well as the Cobb salad and they are all so good. In addition, the breakfast is also so good. The biscuit and minis are so good especially coupled with honey. I've never had an issue at this location from food to the employees. They always treat me with the outmost respect and are always speedy (in a good way). Definitely recommend ordering ahead online for pickup or curbside since the drive thru is usually long or going inside may even be quicker!
