First off.. the customer service at this store is really good. Nothing wrong with them. I saw some customer wait a few minutes for food because he dind't like something with that and the manager completey apologized and offered him a free coupon for next time. Good to me as problems happen all the time, its how they handle it that matters. I actually don't like this food that much because its just chicken. I feel like the dollar chicken sandwhich from mcdonalds or even jack in the box is on par. The only thing good about this place is they have a bunch of different sauces so you can "change" how the sandwhich tastes. Kind of whatever to me since a normal chicken sandwhich is like 3 bucks. So for a fast food chicken sandwhich, its expensive. But everyone else likes it. The food really doesnt taste bad. Its actually pretty good. Way too friendly and personable of staff for this place to constitute as a fast food chain! What other drive-thru and order-counter having establishment has employees that check on you routinely to make sure your meal and drink situation is all good? Way to show pride in the place in which you work. Only ever having been to Chick-Fil-A (in San Marcos) once before, I was apprehensive about my second try at the restaurant -this time eating breakfast! My friend and I went during a Mother's Day event they were having the day before Mother's Day for which we had RSVPed for online the night before. The corresponding email asked that we bring a printed copy of our invitation (for a FREE Mother's Day breakfast meal!) but neither my buddy nor I had functioning printers, only our phones with screen shots of our invites. SO NICE of them to accept us not having the printed invitations! SO NICE of them to provide us with free breakfast for being mommas! They deliver the food to your table, say what?! The food was YUMMY! Friend got the breakfast burrito, I got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, both of us got accompanying hash browns and a drink. S'GOOD! Several times we were visited by really likable staff members asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything else, which seemed so bizarre as we were at a table situated right next to the room housing a children's playground (you know, like the ones fast food joints usually have to keep the kiddos at bay) AND near a window facing the entrance of the drive-tru lane. This Chick-fil-A was overall pretty classy! I'd probably like to come back to try more of the menu out. Rotten well-known controversies aside, I really liked coming here! This review is a two part review. First part is from my daughters point of view and second is my own Daughter: this my favorite restaurant. I am 7 years old and I've been coming here since I was 2. I'm here 2-4 times a week and I try to make all the special events they have here. My favorite was the Father/Daughter date night. It was so cool! But I also really liked the Frozen night cause Elsa and Anna were here and I got to take a picture with them. Their chicken is awesome and I can play for hours in the play structure. I love chick-fil-A Parent: People... Really... Can a parent eat at the same place 2-4 times a week over the course of 5 years if the place weren't outstanding? Clean, staff is very nice, free refills and they come around to offer them. Your child's meal toy can be traded for ice cream at no charge. That Father/Daughter event my little girl mentioned? Let me tell you. They decorated, had waiters but more like butler style, meal included desert and then there was a horse drawn carriage ride around the parking lot. How many fast food joints do you know that do all of this....and it's cheaper than McD's but with much better quality food. They didn't invent the chicken sandwich but they did bring back the family feel with that chicken meal. Yeah I'm an A-lister here. And proud of it. read more

Can I just say that - visiting from Honlulu- these people know how to provide the friendliest service! All of the servers, young or older know how to be polite, kind, respectful and happy! All of the servers were ready to help when something happened- another guest spilled soda, instead of waiting to have someone tell them what to do- 3 servers were there ready to help out! 1 Mopped it up, 1 Asked if they could get a refill or a new cup, and the other was there if anything else happened. I was eager to see what the Polynesian was - and it is a sweet side sause closely related to a sweet and sour in a Chinese restruant (I didn't like it on frys- it would be ok on plain chicken). I stick to the chick-fil-a home sause or the house ranch as the best- imo. Fried chicken and the grilled are both juciey and tender! compared to McD there is no choice chick-fil-a is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. Price is a little high but that is based on MCD prices- for good food it is cheap. The food could be served in any Waikiki hotel and the guests would love it- it is that good. Great location too- If I had a 3 year old girl - I would let her play in the playground in the front of the store all day and eat there twice and just be happy. My siblings and their friends came with me to do a Man vs. Food Challenge here. We went on a Wednesday Night during "Nugget Happy Hour," which was All-You-Can-Eat Nuggets (8 per box), fries, and drink for $10.99. What a steal. I ended up almost breaking the store record (64 set earlier in the day) by eating 60. YES, 60 NUGGETS. The nuggets weren't what I expected. They were literally chicken breast chunks with flour and salt for a batter. They were too salty for my palate and they were almost overcooked for pretty much the whole night. The Polynesian sauce was OKAY, but it's not the same as the S&S Sauce at McDonald's. The fries were actually pretty good, but they need salt to taste. The drink selection needs to be bigger. Only 5 to choose from. The service here was great. And it was nice of them to come to our table to see if we needed more. They even delivered it to us each time, one by one! For the longest time, I avoided this chain because of its politics, but I have to admit that this is the best breaded chicken I have ever tasted. We ordered their spicy chicken deluxe, which was fantastic, and the chicken nuggets -- the best I have ever had, especially with their chic-fil-a sauce. Best attitudes around from the employees. My favorite is the whole wheat bagel with grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomatoe. I tend to trade my fries for fresh fruit. I ordered two ice cream cones, and whoever made them did so incorrectly and one completely fell out of the cone instantly at the table. About three bites into the second one, the ice cream fell out as well. I went to ask for a replacement and the tall blonde girl hands me the most passive aggressive ice cream I've ever seen. I love coming here with my kiddo. The food is fresh and yummy and the service is as good as it gets. Don't you hate going to other drive-thru's and get a messed up order? Here that's never been the case and if it was I know that they would drive to your house and deliver that missing fries or sandwich(my friend had to do it once.) This atmosphere is so kid friendly you can eat and watch as your kids play. Good place for fried chicken on a bun. The flavor of their chicken is really good. When I crave some fried chicken I usually go to Popeye's but when I just want something simple, I come here. Came in through the drive-thru sometime last week to see if the sandwiches were as good as they were 10 years ago [when my buddy use to drag me along and cash-in on coupons for free chow]. I got 2 deluxe sammiches - one spicy, one non. I also asked for a couple packets of ranch and ketchup. The sandwiches were utterly delicious and the service was on-point. I liked how the spicy chicken wasn't overly spicy and had a tolerable kick to it. The 'rabbit food' inside the sandwiches were noticeably fresh and very much complimented the well-proportioned & well-seasoned chicken breasteses. I could eat these chicken sammiches all day. Came here for the 'Frozen' event. Which the girls looked nothing like the characters. Got here right before 6PM. Had to wait in a line, still waiting (with 2 five year olds), 45 minutes later and still no picture. The system was flawed in how they passed out numbers. People got to go ahead of us that got here after. The owner/operator, Adam Hoffman said the website had a way to place reservations, which we cannot find anywhere. He allowed people with 'reservations' to go ahead. As an owner, I do not believe he handled the situation and event in the best way he could.
