It's always great food, but the problem is when you order for delivery. This isn't the first time they've forgotten the sauce, the sauce takes the food from good to great. When you're living in a hotel for work and have food delivered, getting the order correct should be mandatory. It's Chick-fil-a, they never mess up when you're at the restaurant, why do they constantly mess up the deliveries? I've never had a bad experience at a chick fil a in my life. It's always so fast, and that's the point of fast food right? Well on Friday, February 15, I was coming home from a long drive and my friend and I decided to stop at this location. It was a Friday night so I knew it would be busy. We decided to go through the drive thru line, big mistake, we sat in the same spot for over 30 minutes. At that point, I decided it would be better if we went inside. As we enter, none of the employees are working. There's a long line inside and only two people working at the cash register at least 5 employees were just standing around. Whoever was the manager for the night didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. As we are waiting in line all of the cash registers close. We waited 20 minutes, and the manager is just standing laughing with his employees unaware of what is going on. About 10 minutes later, we finally get our order in, it was super fast, and it was warm. But I hope chick fil a sees this and talks to whomever was the manager. As someone that works at a restaurant I understand how bad management can ruin a business. When we were leaving, the manager was sitting down at a table with other employees just talking and laughing. The store was a mess if there's down time while you are at work you should be cleaning or checking on people to see how their experience was. The manager wasn't doing anything. Chick-fil-A is just amazing. This location's customer service is nothing short of any other location (the only other's I've been to are Corona off of Hidden Valley and the one in Murrieta by Applebee's). I can say the line here is probably way longer than In-N'-Out's next door! I have only ever gone through the drive through at this location and I must say that the line always looks so discouraging. However, they have employees standing outside to take your order by your car. They even take your paying if you're paying with a card. The employees I've interacted with have always been really friendly and appear to be in a good mood. As mentioned, the customer service is excellent. Whenever I receive my food at the window, it's nice and hot with the correct sauce I asked for and exactly what I ordered. I have never had trouble with receiving the wrong things or anything like that. They are also generous with the sauce and will give you more if you ask for it. This location has it going on. I have been craving this for a while now and let me start by saying the food is 5 star. The spicy chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite when it comes to fast food. The menu is very very limited right now due to Covid so that was a bit disappointing. When you go to the drive through the lines are insanely long. They also share a parking lot with in n out and it's very confusing as to which is which. All and all I think I spent about 20 minutes in line. I was traveling from orange county(where the service is phenomenal all the time) and stopped by in the morning to prepare for my lunch. When I ask for grilled nuggets, i was told it would take 10 mins or so. I was ok with it and waited ok the curve. After 7-8 mins I went inside to check up on it. First it took me few mins until someone actually paid attention to me. After, it seemed like my order was either skipped or forgotten. After they spoke to kitchen, the girl who took my order cam back and said 3 more mins and she left for her shift. Now, I was a bit irritated because it took already costed me 15 mins at this point. Another staff who was helping on the side asked whether I want my money back. I said if I waited this long and it would take only 3 more mins i will wait. She pulled up the cashier and asked whether i paid cash or card. I said card but I'm willing to wait another 3 mins if it would come out in 3 mins. She said, "I can give you cash back."... I was getting angry at this point because she just ignored me twice and started giving me attitude...I said "I will wait another 3 mins and see." No apology. No comment. Just walked away. This location is very close to the freeway exit, and next door is In & Out Burger. Very close to the Ontario Mill, which I think both of this fast food offer better food than anything offer in the outlet. Their chicken nuggets tasted very different than the McDonald version, a lot smaller but you an clearly see the white meat unlike McDonald version. The dipping they got is prettyful but you has to getting them from the counter. The same goes with the fountain drinks. The waffle fries is the real selling for me here, their large version is still less than 2 bucks. The fries has good texture and is great with dipping sauce. I love chic filla but this location has disappointed me too often. I asked for my spicy chicken grilled and the response is we don't do that and it can't be done. Which is funny because just a few blocks away is another chic filla and They don't seem to ever struggle with that order. Then the girl spoke with her manager and the response was "it can't be done." I know it takes additional time which may be an inconvenience for you but you don't have to lie. I guess speed is priority instead of satisfying customers. I settled for it the normal way. I did ask for it extra spicy but that seemed to be an issue as well so I settled. To top it all off I get soggy bread because lettuce was to wet and cold waffle fries with no salt!
