Sadly the cars that are asked to pull forward don't pull up enough to let the cars behind them get out and thus your stuck in drive thru waiting for them to move. I have unfortunately been to this location 3 times and each time is worse than the last. I purchased a lemonade and TRIED to use a coupon for a complimentary sandwich that I received from a survey. The young lady at the drive through said they would scan my coupon at the front and swiped my card. She neglected to tell me she was charging me for a sandwich. Once I approach the window, I try to hand them my coupon and they say it's already been taken care of.. it was NOT. I specifically wanted to use the coupon because I did not have enough in my account to cover the charge, now my account is overdrawn and I'm irritated that this location continues to fail to follow the chick fil a standard. Yeaaa usually their service is really good but whoever was working tonight was not on par. Something was wrong with THEIR card reader. The nice young lady went to her manager to find out what the issue was but the manager decided to just dismiss me and say if I had cash that'll work. I had already waited long at this point so I decided to wait on the manager to come to my car and figure the issue. The manager came out. Ran my card and suddenly it went through just fine. After about 25-30 total of being there they brought my food out. No consideration or compensation for time lost or the fact that it was Their card reader that was the problem. Not to mention almost dismissing me without getting any food what so ever. Pretty upsetting. I've been going to this chick fil a for years. Terrible service I had an online mobile order, patiently waiting for any employee to help me and they're all acting like I don't exist. Even standing behind 2 employees just chatting and having one make eye contact with me multiple times. I didn't feel like going in and sitting down for lunch at Chick-Fil-A today, so I just went through the drive-thru. I ordered the chicken wrap Meal which comes with french fries. I wasn't expecting them to be the crinkle-cut cool style that they are. I was expecting just ordinary french fries. They are quite delicious and light and we're not greasy. I wasn't too impressed with the chicken wrap. It is served cold so it makes you think it's pre-wrapped refrigerated and just waiting to be purchased. It is also a little dry as compared to something that may be warmed up and making the chicken juicy. I did however like how quick and efficient they are in the drive thru. They had two separate people taking hand orders before you even get to order it at the screen. It makes it everything go so much more quickly. read more

They are the worst in the drive thru!!! Check your bag every single time you go thru because they live to screw you over! If it's not the meal they screw up it's the sauce. You know, you hear stories about the kindness displayed at Chick-fil-A! Today I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing it! Today was my son's birthday and I asked him what he wanted to eat, his response: "chicken nuggets and French fries!" So naturally that means Chick-fil-A! We go, place our order and take our seat. Micaela was our server checking in on us from time to time and at one point I mentioned today is his birthday. She came back a little while later with a little stuffed cow saying that it was for his birthday! It was a simple gesture, but it meant SO much!!!!!
