Last night I went to pick up some food for my family and when I arrived back home, I found that half of my order was missing. I arrived home with a bunch of fries, they forgot to put my sandwiches in my bags. If you do visit this specific location make sure you check your food before you leave. Very disappointed. read more

The enclosure for the kids to play is amazing. For 3 year olds and under. However sometimes older kids will be in there. Now I don't want to be the Christmas grinch kids of all ages just wanna have fun. However, safety is compromised when older kids play in the play area with 3 year olds and younger. Yes. Parents should still be watching their children safe enclosure or not. Which brings me to my point. They're not. I was watching my 3 year old when 5 little girls all went down the barrel slide at the same time and bottle necked at the bottom of the slide. They couldn't move. Literally. They were all stuck. One girl about 5 was literally upside down with a I'd say about 7 year olds leg wrapped around her neck. The upside down girl was screaming and crying at the top of her lungs. It's sound proof. I ran in took the girls leg off of the other girls throat who was turning red. Took her armed and pulled her out from underneath the girls pinning her down. Not on purpose. She was fine but scared. I stood for a few minutes and waited for her mother to notice. She did and ran in to get her daughter. She still had no idea what happened and phoo phooed me. Whatever. It was an accident. No ones fault. No one was a bad mother. Moral. Don't have a false sense of security just because your child is in a play enclosure. Watch them while your eating your delicious chicken. My family loves Chick-Fil-A for it's food and values, but to see the organization at such a time of chaos uncertainty- with the heavy amount of traffic they are getting, is down right impressive. I always come to this Chick-fil-A sometimes I go 3×4 times a week for some reason if you go out breakfast time and you order the minis the four pack meal either the biscuit or the bond that they use is dry hard and if you ask them to put more butter honey on it they totally soak it Then twice I've ordered there at two different times and out of the four minis one of the buns didn't have a minute I called and spoke to somebody very rude manager didn't give me her name she told me I had to come right back or I couldn't get it this is unacceptable if you're making a four pack of minis how can you forget not once but twice to different times to put the fourth Minnie in there at the bridge is open you're gonna know if there's a mini missing I won't be going to the Ontario location anymore. read more

One of my relatives either doesn't know my girls all that well or is a joker of sorts...he gifted them $120 worth of gift cards to Taco Bell, McDonald's, & Chick-fil-a. I figured the lesser of all those evils was Chick-fil-a... The kids running this location were so nice, attentive and helpful. I don't eat fast food all that often...maybe two or three times a year if that...so I was a total newbie and getting flustered ordering. I settled on the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo. I guess adding lettuce and tomato to any sandwich will upgrade it to deluxe... But at a price increase. The spicy sandwich was good...juicy, just the right amount of spice but I don't think I'd go out of my way to order it again. The waffle fries tasted bland...even after adding salt & pepper. Again nothing I'd crave. My middle child insisted on checking out the play place...my youngest wanted nothing to do with it. When I went in to the play place to grab my middle child I was overtaken by the smell of dirty feet...it's really no wonder why my youngest didn't want to hang out in there.... I went inside to see the new store after being remodeled and wanted to dine in. I went to place my order and the lady named Mayra didn't even ask me for my sauces and she put me as take out when I stated i wanted to dine in. Sadly she seemed like she didn't even want to be there and gave me some attitude when I was ordering, I get no one wants to be at work but when you are a leader I think you can at least put on a fake smile. When i went back to ask for sauce i waited for about 5-10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I was saddened that this made my first experience back really upsetting because I had high hopes for the new management, but I guess it's just the same. I waited for my food for 20 minutes when I only ordered 2 items. I understand there are some workers in training, but there needs to be better communication because these wait times are not it. While I was waiting there were about 3 people that came in from the drive thru saying their orders were messed up. It was very obvious that their system and leading was very messy and unorganized . I ordered a #1 with American cheese at the drive thru and when I got my sandwich the chicken was cooked to a dark brown crisp and my American cheese was so cold it made my bun cold too. So disappointing, this is not a reflection of the taste and service that I have experienced at other locations. I would return. There's still another car in front of me before I can pay for and receive my order. I typically don't have any problems with the wait time, but I'm on a time constraint headed to Orange County and assumed 20 minutes would suffice. Obviously not. The service in this place was just crazy top notch and the cashier Ariana was so helpful and just really really nice, thank you. The other thing that I did like seeing, was that when an order was given to the incorrect family, the mother brought it back to the counter it looked like the store threw the order away and that's a good thing because you have no clue what was tampered with, so nice job Chick-fil-A. I drive to the Inland Empire pretty often these days and often for lunch I'll drop by this area. I haven't had Chick-fil-A in so many years until recently... and I've been missing out on so much goodness for so long. Being a person that loves spicy food, I almost always will order something spicy. Here, I constantly and almost always will order their spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, paired with a diet soda and criss-cut fries. Not only that, but Chick-fil-A's house sauce ("Chick-fil-a sauce") is my most favorite to put on the fries and even on the burger! It tastes so amazing.. it's like a sweet honey mustard, but not mustard-y...it doesn't have that bitter taste. -I find that their chicken is tender and juicy, but still crispy on the outside. -The buns are perfect on it, lightly grilled and not smushed. -The fries are just like they are in Carl's Jr, crisp and lightly salted. -There are a number of sauces available, not just the house sauce. -There are the usual tastes like ranch, honey mustard, ketchup, etc. Though, there are also special ones like the house sauce and polynesian, which is also sweet, but also tangy. The cost of this meal was about $8, so it's a little pricier than other fast food joints, but the taste is definitely better than the others. I'd probably pick Chick-Fil-A over McDonald's, Jack, and Carl's. The environment was good as well, not too noisy and not too quiet. There is a kid's playhouse available as well, so kids are present. Customer service is really good. They are super friendly and open to tend to your needs. Sometimes they even go around the tables picking up your trash and offering mints. This location uniquely has a children's playground. It allows me to have a quiet moment while my 3 and 5 year old kids burn away their extra energy. The salads are delicious and there is the choice of a Splenda lemonade. I would love for them to use Stevia instead. That would be killer. read more

Chick-fil-A is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant. I love their classic chicken sandwich but more often get the grilled chicken sandwich which is also delicious. They have the best sweet tea outside of the south or my mom's kitchen. Their soft serve is so yummy, its hard to leave without getting one. This particular Chick-fil-A has a playground which is nice. The service here is somewhat lacking. Most Chick-fil-A's workers have a great attitude when serving you. I have yet to get someone who wasn't slightly rude though. This place is overall pretty great - their prices are a bit high compared to other fast food chains but for the experience, it seems so worth it! Located right next a in-n-out which means it difficult to decide between these two delicious restaurants. Inside is nothing but clean. Clean floors, white lights, and clean floors. I ordered the chicken tenders meal with a lemonade. Always order your meal with a lemonade because it's fresh & it sure tastes like it. If it's your first time here, I'd order the number 1 with chick-Fil-a sauce. It makes the burger so much better! The employees are so nice! Very friendly & every time I eat here, they ask if I want a refill or if everything is up to my standards, etc., you don't see this happen or rarely, especially for a fast food restaurant. There's just something about Chick-fil-A that you crave especially when their chicken is juicy. I love going to this place from time to time. It's not the closest one to my house but it has been a stop right after shopping at Ontario Mills sometimes. Of course the only bad thing is they aren't open on Sundays but it's how the business is. Staff are very friendly and usually they'd give you an extra sauce or two when you ask Best sauce to get is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce as it tastes like honey mustard. I've tried their regular Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Chicken fingers all of which haven't failed me yet. The chicken is always juicy and never dry. When they first opened up, they came to our nearby mothership and offered a whole sampling of everything on the menu from breakfast to dessert. Haven't forgotten that one. 2.
