For a fast food place, it gets 4 stars. Excellent quality in their food. I love their chicken nuggets. No fast food place can compare, 100% chicken. You will never look at a chicken nugget the same at McDonald's. Try all of the sauces, they have quite a few. My favorite is the Polynesian sauce. For a healthier alternative, try the wraps. Grilled chicken with lettuce, tomatoes and a small amount of cheese, you pick a sauce this comes on the side so you can add as much or little as you like. I suggest the Southwestern, a bit spicy but flavorful. I believe they have 3 types of sauce. You must have the fries! The fries are the best. Always fresh and crispy with the right amount of salt. We don't have Chich-fil-A in Las Vegas, so this was a must stop on my recent visit to the area. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the place was, not normal for fast food. The staff is extremely friendly, they address you by name are are very polite and friendly in a genuine manner! Sauces and Ketchup are neatly laid out (and the Ketchup is 3 packets worth!). I decided to go with the original chicken with the original sauce. It was excellent, best fast food chicken sandwich I have ever had. Very tender, crisp (but not dry) and the fries were awesome too. During our meal, a staff member came by to take my drink for a refill, something which you DO NOT see at normal fast food joints. I wish more places treated their customers like Chich-fil-A does, I mean it doesn't cost a company extra to hire people who smile or are nice to you. Came here at about 9:15 earlier this evening (9/15/14) and I really enjoyed my 12 piece nuggets. They were delicious.. However, my smushy bland Cole slaw was not as yummy. I ate it knowing it was the side I ordered but looking back on it I should have just exchanged it for something appetizing. I was most alarmed by the appearance of the lemonade in the visible dispenser behind the counter. It looked chunky and stagnant.... The machine looked as though it had been turned off for hours. When I went to order myself a Large Lemonade, I questioned the cashier about the quality and integrity of that batch of lemonade. No definite response was given as to why a product available until closing at 10pm looked so expired and neglected. Judging from the lemonade and my mushy coleslaw.... The employees of all the Chick-Fil-A establishments we visit are always top notch. The food is always consistant, with the regular breaded sandwich being awesome, and the grilled chicken being a good diet food for my wife and myself. I get the need for it, it's a popular place for lunch, and I understand the staffing shortages limiting inside service. But at least have someone outside helping direct the drive through line. The ladies standing outside to take your order are incredibly rude and don't use proper etiquette that I've been accustomed to at other chick-fil-a's. This review is regarding a drive thru experience on 4/15/20 in the afternoon. There are two lines, one that goes around through the regular drive thru and one inside the small parking lot. I went into the parking lot line ordered my food and waited. Got to the front of the line and received half my order by the girl bringing out people's food. I informed her I was missing a salad and she said she was missing one more bag. She proceeded to bring out food for the 3 cars behind me. All 3 cars behind me got their food before me and left. Another girl approached my car and asked if I was still waiting for anything. I informed her I had been waiting for a salad and why it was taking so long, she went back inside came back out and said it'd be out shortly. Kept waiting, still no salad. I then asked a manager who was walking by why it was still taking this long when other cars behind me had received their orders and left. Provided no explanation but said he'd check on my salad. Finally brings it out. Took 3 different people to bring out one salad while I waited and others received their orders in full and left. Please implement a better system of bringing people's orders out instead of at random and making people wait a ridiculous amount of time for a simple order. read more

Food is great. Husband and I ate inside . After we finished eating, I order food for carry out for our kids. Girl taking order repeated my order 3 times and finally had it correct. After I received my order, I checked it to make sure the chicken sandwiches was correct . Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and went back to a different person and stated again exactly what I wanted - 2 deluxe with no pickles and one w/o cheese plus 1 chicken sandwich with cheese only . I like Chick-fil-A in general, but this location is stellar! They have all kinds of fun promotions and events. Their facebook gives out these quirky phrases to say on Fridays and then you come in and say it and get something complimentary. The staff here is extremely professional and polite for a fast food place (isn't that a breath of fresh air?!) I love saying thank you as many times as possible during a transaction just to hear their infamous response "my pleasure." In fact, it's kind of fun to try to out thank them, but so far, I haven't succeeded because they keep giving me a "my pleasure" right back. We just happened to be in the area and decided to eat here since there is no chick-fil-A close to home. It was different as this location is a stand alone restaurant. All the other locations have been in shopping malls. This location has a drive through. Thought it was kind of funny that a chicken location is next door to an In-N-Out burger. Got the breaded chicken sandwich. It was good that you didn't need a sauce with it but I got some to try. Got the Polynesian sauce which was good. The waffle fries were different. There are also more healthier options also on the menu. Didn't notice until we left that this location had free wi-fi. If we are in this area again, we'll definitely will be back again. read more

I was debating on whether or not I should leave a review but it's been a couple of days and I figured more people should be aware of how skimpy this location is. I placed an order through door dash on 02/27/19. My order was the 12 piece chicken nuggets with a LARGE fries. I was so disappointed when I saw how much they gave me for the fries, I honestly thought it was a joke. If I'm paying extra for a large fries I expect to get the amount and quality it's supposed to have. Which clearly wasn't the case. I don't put the fault on doordash since the bag was sealed with stickers when it arrived. 2 stars because they got the rest of the order right. But still, I definitely feel cheated for what I paid for. I think I'll stick to the location in Rancho. They're way better and have better service! read more

The server brought our food to the table, bought extra napkins and asked if we needed any additional condiments. As soon as I put my last chicken nugget in my mouth, the server was right there to take my tray away....woah!!!!! As my other 2 lunch counterparts were finishing up the server was nearby and ready to get those trays right off the table! Yikes, this guy is on his job! Best freaking customer service ever! I went to pick up some food for my husband and went to the drive threw lane but my baby woke up in the middle of it so I had to go park and just order inside. Once I ordered I sat down to breastfeed my daughter while we waited & not only did a worker come and bring me my food she asked that when I was done she could help me to my car if I needed it (I had brought in my daughter in her car seat). I've been finding new tricks every day with carrying my baby so I didn't need her help but that relief of knowing if I couldn't someone would help me The food was also BOMB per usual. I usually never eat here, but after being bored with the usual offerings, I decided to give this place a shot. Very clean place, and helpful staff. I had the chicken bites and waffle fry combo, and I felt while it was ok, it was just that, OK. The chicken was very tiny sized bites with a light breading coating, the meat was decently seasoned imo. The waffle fries while light and crispy, tasted a tad underdone in the middle and made the meal quite lackluster. None of the sauces really hit the target for me either.
