The restaurant was clean, service was great, and the food was great, but I made a big mistake sitting next to the booth of 4 employees. Their voices were so loud I could hear them still after I turned my headphones at full volume. Their numbers grew from 4 to 9 by the time I finished my meal which I hurried as fast as I could because of the crowds noise, one was standing by the booth I was at. Maybe I should've invited her to sit down. This was not a good experience at all. I gave 2 stars for the good food, service, and cleanliness. The dining experience ruined the visit. read more

This Chick-fil-A was fine until i got my meal in the drive through. All I ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich and specifically asked for one single Chick-fil-A sauce. After being told that I would have this sauce in my bag, I was again asked by a SECOND attendant later down the line to CONFIRM that I wanted specifically ONLY one Chick-fil-A sauce and not more. I said no only one please thank you! And then I get my sandwhich from the window and drive off, only to find that I would have to suffer through a thunderstorm of heat without the relief of any sauce to accompany it. This is a shame on the company of chicken fillets and a shame on the industry in general. Shut it down. America needs more taco stands and less of this corporate anarchy. read more

The first time I had Chick-Fil-A in my life was at this exact location. AWESOME MOMENT that I'll NEVER FORGET!! Since then, I LOVE Chick-Fil-A!! I've ate here twice and the only reason I deduct 1 star is the second time I ate here I expected the same goodness I had the first time but something wasn't quite right...oh yes, my food wasn't HOT! Bad customer service. I didn't want to bother going up there since there was already a lot of people waiting in line and I was hungry. Oh well, kinda sucks. Anyway, watch out for bums and druggies...a couple once approached my friends and I here asking for $50 bucks because they were "homeless and recently laid off"...PSH YEAH RIGHT! The girl was wearing a frickin Coach purse. My roommate is a little neive and TOO nice and she offered to buy them food. They said "we don't want to waste your money, so we'll just share 1 meal"...UM...WHAT, YOU THINK $50 isn't "WASTING MONEY!!" F- OFF druggies!! Leave us in peace to eat Chick-Fil-A...by the way, this happened on my FIRST TIME EVER eating Chick-Fil-A. Like I said, I'll NEVER forget that day. I've never had a bad service at CFA until today. I made an order through their app 20 minutes before going through their drive thru. Not only did the person taking my order not understand that I used the app to make my order (she also had a snarky attitude) but when I pulled up to the window she had to call the manager who told me to park and they'll bring out my order. I was like okay that's reasonable, I parked and was thinking this won't be that long I only ordered a original chicken sandwich and 8 piece nuggets. Not only did I sit in my car for 25 minutes waiting but I was fasting all day (cause it's Ramadan). I wanted to break my fast with some delicious CFA, but I'll never be returning to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Nine times out of ten they will get your order wrong. They forget entrees, sides, condiments, ice cream. Once at curbside I was given an entirely wrong order. Its very rare when the order is completely correct. I've been going here a year trying to give them a fair chance but no more. Always a nice place to bring my kids at the end of the day for a good meal that my whole family is happy with! The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful and always takes amazing care of their customers. It is very clean, I always see them cleaning tables almost immediately after guests leave. The play area is small but gets the job done of burning my 5 year olds energy. And I love that there are always a good amount of kids there for him to play with. They do events all the time for families even if I haven't gotten the chance to get to one yet I think it's really unique. I've never had a bad experience here. read more

There is nothing more satisfying than a good chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a cold coke on a hectic day, a day out or just a quick and easy meal. I love this place. Despite the crowds the staff is super friendly, the service is quick and the food is always fresh and good. I promise you will be enjoying your self in every bite. Best of all it's 100% real chicken breast. unlike many chain fast food restaurants were its not. I got here all the time and never had an issue. I and my gf were in our car and made our order. Another car near us yelled something and the workers thought they were with us but they weren't. They told us they will refund our money and kick us out of line & can't server us. I don't understand why am I getting kicked out of line for someone else. Just because our car was lowered along with the other car they thought we were together. read more

I came here on our way to Orlando. We chose to come to chick fil a because of the kids. I ordered a large side superfood salad. Idk how this place has 5 stars because the attitudes of the employee I spoke with was very snarky. I order this salad all the time and they literally gave me the skimpiest portion ever. When I went to the front to ask if this was really it, I was told well it's in a different container so it's spread out more. So basically I got a small size portion in a large container and just paid extra for the container. I obviously didn't pay extra for the food because it wasn't there. I'm upset because I worked at chick fil a and know how you are supposed to treat customers. I'm not looking for a hand out but when I'm paying money I want what I pay for. I would love to give this place 5 stars because everything was on par. This just really made my whole experience unpleasant and all I could think about was how disappointed I was. We moved from NYC to Florida in 2005, until then we never heard of Chick-Fil-A so we tested it out not too long after we got into town & did not like it to be honest. FFWD to 2011 when we buy a house in the area and my 3 year old keeps asking to go here b/c of the play place. We finally caved and are thrilled our little guy knew what he was talking about! This location is fantastic, from the front to the back and the top to the bottom. I've even seen the Owner/Operator clearing tables and cleaning trays. The young adults at the counter are always on their game. The drive thru is quick and accurate. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and all around great at their job. You get the same service whether there are 15 or 50 people in the place. When you have a 3 year old and are always on the run, consistency is required and when it comes with a smile and "how are you today?" it keeps you coming back. read more

It's a fast food place so not much to be said about the food. They are all the same. But the kids play place is smelly & has a film of greasy stuff all over it. The bathrooms need to be cleaned twice as often & if u go during lunch rush u r lucky to get a seat. They just re did the inside but did nothing to the kids play area. What a shame read more

You're getting 4 stars because I don't think anyone has ever changed out the Sprite or Sahara Mist cartridge so it's always just carbonated butthole water. The foods good and the employees are always polite and a general pleasure to speak to. It's painful when I forget you're closed on Sunday though. Zuccsbees is a MAJOR let down when I have the Chick on my mind.. Keep on keepin on and pls hire someone to change that Sprite out. My favorite breakfast hands down is Chick-fil-a breakfast burritos. I have eaten @ every Chick-fil-a in a 50 mile radius and this one is the worst! It never looks the same, is the same size, and the portion control is all over the map. Also the play area is exceptionally gross for this franchise. Which sux because I love this place.
