This location is by far the best CFA I've ever been to! I frequent CFA & the food is 10/10 every time! The quality is always consistent and everything is fresh to taste. The line moves very quick for how busy it can get during lunch/dinner hours. The breakfast here is also great. Obviously CFA is known for their kind employees but, at least during the summer, these employees were great when taking orders outside. Regardless of how hot and miserable Orlando can be during summer months, the employees were never rude or stand-offish. I've been to other locations in various states and not only does the quality vary at times, but is sometimes undercooked & is a common issue. I am pretty anal about meats/poultry being cooked adequately, to the point where I will usually check every bite to see if it's cooked enough. I've stopped doing that when eating at this CFA as every meal I've had, whether it's nuggets, sandwiches, or wraps has been above average. Since no Chick-fil-A in Hawaii, whenever we pass one on the mainland, we have to stop. Mother's Day weekend and this mall was crazy nutso! The line to chick was also nuts. This is a good location for Chick-fil-A and always satisfies. Located at the food court at the millennia mall. This area is wide open, spacious, and Covid friendly. Really nice relaxing, etheral music in the background and people not right up on your grill. Food is quite tasty. Even at the crazy Millenia Mall, Chick Fil A still manages to keep its reputation as the place with great food and service with a smile. We were helped by the nicest girl named Barbara. Usually at CFA, the service is good but the smiles and great attitudes have a hint of fake ness in my eyes, but Barbara was different. She was fantastic and talked and laughed along with us and made the quick two minute transaction pleasurable. The food came out pretty fast afterward, which was impressive to me because there was an insane line and ton of people waiting around for food. The food was great as always though. Chips! This place was beyond my wildest dreams haha first Chick-fil-A experience was as lit as they come. Service - perfect, value for money - splendid, atmosphere - charming, but my goodness does it get me excited to talk about the food! I ordered the chicken burger meal with a strawberry shake and it was seriously the most breathtaking combo ever! The chicken was extraordinarily crispy and genuine (similar to KFC burgers back in Aus), the fries were soooo special and the shake was unbelievably top notch. Super crowded. We went a couple days after the holiday. The absolute busiest I have ever seen but they handled it and it was running as smooth as it possibly could. There were about eight registers going at the same time in a separate line for pick up. You got your drink as soon as you order then you just waiting for your food and or number to be called. My little one stood there about 10 minutes in line and a Nother 10 minutes waiting for her food. Every Friday this month they have a special deal, today was a free chick fil a sandwich! I treated myself to fries and a milkshake as well. Everything was as delicious as usual, tasting fresh and flavorful, always consistent! The customer service here is great, in the past they've had a few employees who weren't too great, but over time it seems they have made sure to have employees who are eager to help and make your eating experience great. What's great about this location is that even though it's in a mall food court, they've made it feel as original and inviting as a stand alone location.
