Yuck very disappointing I had a simple chicken fillet with bacon and cheese if they could have added more salt I don't know how. the reason they give you the sauces is the cover up the taste. Fresh healthy chicken fillet maybe not. The taste was artificial like it was created by man and just about as horrible as an artist in chicken sandwich I got a few months ago at McDonald's. That delectable treat ended up in the trashcan. Hello management, I would like to first say that I love coming to this chik fil as the food is good and most of the staff is professional and friendly. WHY THE 1-star review, you might ask well here we go. I've been coming to this location for quite some time and was use to being greeted with a smile , a friendly hello, a few laughs , and even a hug from some who I've established a good customer relationship with. The person working the dining area would always come by and ask how I was doing , offer to refill my drink, and even engage in laughing conversations with me but that all changed when I noticed that those Things changed , in reference to friendly conversation and a simple refill or taking my tray away for me. I then wrote a unhappy review in regards to this and simply started just going thru the drive thru only to get my meals. I was responded to by the owner operator who addressed the matter and promised that this was not the chik fil way and he would personally make sure things would change. I expressed concern that the person involved in my complaint would be displeased about it and treat things accordingly and was told that they don't know who writes the complaints or reviews and there shouldn't be any retribution as a result. Well, after 4-5 months of drive thru only service for me, against my better judgment Me and my wife decided to give the dining area another try and I was very dissatisfied as the exact same dining person now simply (doesn't speak to me, ask if I need a refill,doesn't take my tray away ) in fact they purposely avoid me by either walking in the back when I come in or suddenly making themselves busy while staying on the other side of the restaurant to avoid contact with me/us in any way. After we ate our food, we emptied our trays and walked to the front to get refills by the cashier since the dining room person didn't feel the need to check on us. This is fine on a personal level for me but not fine as far as professionalism is concerned. I am now being purposely ignored by this staffer all because of a review I wrote about the service they provided. I strongly feel that just because someone is reprimanded for bad service, they shouldn't be aloud to then retaliate by ignoring the customer and totally neglecting to provide the same friendly, respectful, and courteous service to that person as a result of the reprimand. Is this the chik fil way or the staffers way of business. This entire ordeal was strictly business but they have turned it into a personal thing and have decided that they are not going to provide any service to me/us (personally) as a direct result of my prior review that they got in trouble for. To the owner operator- you don't have to take my word for it , simply review the recording for 7-7-19 between 11:10 am and 11:45 am and see for yourself the exceptional service I received. I've been to this restaurant 4 times. Even though I'm not a huge fan if fast food. I love their salads. Great variety in choices for grilled or fried( which are tastier) chicken sandwiches. This is by far my least favorite Chick-fil-A, which I never thought I would have. The service still needs improvement and the cleanliness is always below standard. I stopped to get lunch with my son today and the front entrance when you first walk in is always dirty even now in the summer time, imagine when there was rain and snow. The other thing I noticed was someone used a dirty mop to mop the entire area. But no one seams to notice or care. I ate there today around 2pm, it was not busy but the employees rather stand around than ensure the place is clean and tidy. I was so excited when I first noticed the building going up during construction cause I know it was a Chick-fil-A, but quickly realized it would not be like the others in the surrounding area. This place was packed when I went for lunch, but they have great service, and work very efficiently. I sat down to eat too, but I was in and out in no more than 20 mins. Perfect because I only had one hour for lunch, and along with driving, I made it back with time to spare. read more

This is new to Owings Mills and people have been craving for Chick-fil-A for quite a while at this place. Drive Thru service is really good despite long lines. There is no doubt about the taste of the food as its Chick-fil-A. There is a small kids play area also which helps the adults to have food at leisure without any disturbance of kids nagging. read more

The service is always fast and friendly at this location. The chicken is always delicious and they have great shakes. My favorite is their peach limited edition. There are pieces of real peach throughout. The same goes with the strawberry. It is very affordable. The line us always long at the drive thru is always long but don't let that scare you. I used to like this location and go there frequently. It's a shame when Chick-fil-A don't care about their customers. The sign in the play area states shoes are to be removed and put in the shoe cabinet. It is sad when a parent don't comply but it's a tragedy when Chick-fil-A staff don't care and refused to do anything. It's a safety violation when kids don't remove their shoes. It's a Chick-Fil-A! As always you're going to get fresh, fast and tasty chicken with, what is usually a tough one in Owings Mills, friendly service. I'm not sure how Chick-Fil-A manages to always have friendly service or move their busy lunch rush so quickly, but they do it without fail. Show up when it's busy or when it is slow and get the best chicken sandwich and waffle fries in the fast food world. Horrible service and a absolute disgrace to the chickfila brand. Paul Xiong is the owner and he not only was unhelpful but argued with me over cheese being melted. My order was wrong and I simply wanted what I paid for. The manager grabbed the sandwich and slapped cold cheese on it. He threw my sandwich at me and walked away. I asked again for the correct order and wanted a new hot sandwich. Mr. Xiong refused to apologize for his erratic behavior and proceeded to get even louder when i asked him for corporates number.The health inspector should check on this location. Taking food that has been opened by a customer should never be taken back to food prep. I will never go back to this location and I warn all future customers that want a hot uncomplicated breakfast to go elsewhere. read more

I really like this location. The staff is nice and friendly. This store is always busy but they do a great job of executing so you do not wait too long for your order. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Also the have employees walking to each table asking how everything is and seeing if they can get you a refill or if you are done so they can clear your tray. 5 stars they deserve it. The managers at this location seem like they don't want to be bothered with customers concerns. I recently got food from this location. Went home bit into my sandwich & had pickles on my it. The chicken was also very stringy. I couldn't eat it. I specifically asked for no pickles. I then called this store, smoke to a manager. The manager said they have no control of the quality of the chicken. ANDDDDD whenever someone modifies an item they make sure it's a label on it. I told the manager the packaging had a label but it was still pickles on. I wanted to come back up there and get my food remade. But The manager wasn't very helpful. Chick Fil A is known to have the best customer service probably in the world. That's why I give them my business but mistakes happen. You can't be perfect 100% of the time.
