Ordered large fries, 12 pc. nuggets and a drink, $8 & change, got a sandwich, sm. Fry & drink. Returned a few days later, told manager on duty of the error, his answer was to bad, people come in all the time and lie about their order. I guess if they were better at satisfying the customer with the correct order, they would not have that problem. Not the way Truitt Cathy would have handled this. I've been going to this CFA my entire life, it used to be the best chick fil a but recently it's been getting worse and worse. Every time I go I order a large fry and every time I receive it it is only half full, why am I not even receiving a medium amount when I pay for a LARGE. The food is half as good as it used to be, and I always have to ask for my sauces twice. They ask what sauces I want when I order, then I finally get up to the window to receive my food, and the sauces are either not there, not correct, or sometimes dirty. There are about four people in front of me and at 10:32 the cashier told me they weren't serving breakfast anymore even though it was still up on the menu board. It really pissed me off so I left. Super disappointed. Came through the drive through where the girl who took my order was so nice (that's where the one star comes from). I get my dr.pepper and it tastes like carbonated water so I drive back and go inside to get a new one. I stand there with no other customers with 6 employees and not one helps me. Then someone who seemed to be the manager, Tall white guy with short hair, asks me what he can do for me. Then ignores me and starts talking about where he is from with another customer who just walked up to complain. Ignores me for 5 min. I tell him my soda doesn't have any flavoring in it. He pours me another and asks if it's better and I say it's better but it's not great it's still not right. He then proceeds to just walk away? After I complained. Not so much of a pleasure. Constantly forgetting simple parts of the order when going through the drive-thru. But the overall most important part... the food was A LOT better at this location before closing for remodeling. Bring the old kitchen staff back... please. The seasoning on the chicken is like it's not even there & the fries are almost always either undercooked or taste UNSALTED. Came in for lunch today and the drive thru was slammed so I decided to just eat in. They were even busier inside. This Chick-Fil-A is excellent with very kind and customer-oriented staff. I work on an ambulance and came by 1 hour prior to closing. As the dining hall had already closed we were unable to get food because the ambulance doesn't fit in the drive-thru. A staff member was outside cleaning when she noticed our dismay and went inside to find someone that could come outside and take our order. Most of our order was wrong, & the person who served us used excuses. There was no lettuce, tomato, etc on the sandwiches & said we needed to ''specify'' when I've been to countless of these before. I've tried the food previously, and i'm not an addict like some people. 'just ok' was my opinion. THEN THEY WENT AND DID IT.... they mailed a coupon for a free frozen lemonade. I went after a workout just to try it - not expecting much since I'm not really a lemonade drinker - and it was totally delicious! I'm hooked! Frozen with an ice cream in it and super sweet. I just love these. Now i'm in trouble.... I want one all the time. Staff is always courteous. It is always crowded inside around the front with a lot of workers talking to teach other - not always about work, and the last cashier wasn't focusing on my money - so that could be better.
