I think it's such an inconvenience to come to Chick-fil-a, order a sum amount of food and for an employee to say, "I don't have change for your $100 bill!" *with her eyes rolling* continuously. Leslie was demonstrating incompetence and ignorance when I told her if there is anyway she can check with any other staff members, if they might have any change, she asks the person behind her and says, "You don't have change for a $100 bill, right" I feel like asking that question will automatically prompt the team member to say no. Leslie left and promoted me to wait but as I looked back waiting for her (this was about a 5 min wait) she turns around to go help the next the customer in the drive through line. This to me was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, it was uncalled for her to do that to me. I went there today to sit down and enjoy lunch as a busy mobile medical professional and there were 2 cashiers, both female, one a bit older and white and one a bit younger and black. I was in line behind a black man. They were both open, but the white cashier directed the black man in front of me to be helped by the black female cashier, which I thought was interesting. When it was my turn, I began to walk towards the older white cashier and noticed that a white woman had lined up behind me. When I got up the the white cashier she told me that I would have to be helped by the black cashier (who had busied herself with restocking or something nearby) and proceeded to call the white woman from behind me to help her. I told her that I was confused about that behavior because I was next in line and I asked her why she did not help me but instead directed me toward her coworker (the black cashier). Just in time the manager just so happened to be walking by and when I explained to him what happened he looked at the white cashier who confirmed that I was telling the truth. When I asked him what now, he said "all I can do is tell you you heard her side of the story and she said that you are telling the truth and offer you an apology." Then he tried to hurry off to the back (Jose is his name). I tried explaining it in a way that he might understand a little bit differently by letting him know that his white cashier is directing the black people to be helped by the black cashier while she is going out of her way and pulling white people from the line to help them. I asked him if he understood that that is not ok and he just shoulder shrugged and walked off while the black woman and other staff members and the other patrons offered me apologies and I paid for my food and asked for it to go. We are decades beyond that kind of behavior and each time someone does it and even worse someone else accepts it, it sets us as a society back many years. read more

If I would have been able to give this so called establishment a 0 star rating I would. I arrived at 6:15 on Valentine's Day evening ecstatic for my 30 nugget heart shaped tray when the gentleman took my order, he did not inform me that the heart-shaped trays were no longer in stock. If I was made aware of this inconvenience beforehand, I would've ordered differently however when I received the order in a regular white 30 count box I was heavily disappointed in my local Chick-fil-A. What bothered me is that as I was leaving right at closing time [10 pm] there was an elderly woman employee who was outside struggling to empty the heavy overflowing large trash cans by herself while all the young kids were working inside and goofing around, and the manager walked right past her not offering to help or send anyone out to help her. We had a large order, multiple bags in one large bag, I asked about the sauces and they said it was in there I was pretty disappointed. My fiancé made a friendly joke about gas prices to the girl at the window. She rudely responded with our total. No sense of humor. Our chicken was cold to top it off. This was my first time going to the New location in Pittsburg. (Guest L2 114)Everyone was very nice and my order was taken correctly plus I was charged correctly. Which was around $62.50. But the fries were cold. We asked for no tomato on two but they still had the tomatoes. I could deal with that but the other meal they charged me for wasn't there. Didn't notice till I got home.l and they would be closed when I made it back. Tried calling twice for my refund and the phone just rings 25 times with no answering machine. We have eaten the menu at Chick-fil-A on the East Coast for years with good results - quick service and great food. BUT, this location is the worst I've ever had!! Waited 25 minutes for 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a small order of fries. Asked for Chick-fil-A sauce twice + extra sauce. Didn't get ANY SAUCE!
