this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. my grandson had called in a pick up order so we drove through the drive-through line to pick it up. after telling them our name we didn't get the order for at least 25 minutes. There were two cars in front of me one at the window to grab their food and the other one behind him I was the third car to the window. The girl started coming down the drive-through giving everybody behind the two cars their food we got our food and so did four or five other cars. we still sat in that line for 10 to 15 more minutes while our food got cold and instead of asking the two cars ahead of me to go wait they just park them at the window, so nobody could get out. when I got to the window, I told the girl that this was ridiculous. We had to wait so long because the two cars in front of us. and that they should've had them move so that the four or five of us could leave with our hot food. she informed me that they had trouble when they got to the window all the more reason to move them. she offered to make me my food all over again well G just what I want to do is wait another 20 minutes for food no thank you never will I ever go back to this one ever. Service is great. The last time I came to this one, was last week. It was super busy for a Wednesday evening. The lines were wrapped around the building and through the parking lot. It looked like a maze. But Chick-fil-a staff were very professional and managed the lines efficiently. They had two lines for taking orders, that then merged into one line for the pickup. With the huge lines, I think I only waited about 15-20 minutes in the line. Not bad considering how many cars were ahead of me. I was craving their macaroni and cheese, because it seriously is the best when it comes to fast food mac. It's creamy and cheesy. The waffle fries are also a must in ketchup or ranch. The fries were fine but with the sandwich, i was so hungry coming from school that when I felt the initial texture i ignored it but as i bit more that texture wouldn't go away. I got scared and threw up the food. I went back and the manager heard me patiently and then pulled out the sandwich and looked at it to which point she said that it wasn't pink so it wasn't raw. I interrupted and told her that i knew it wasn't pink but it was still slimy and rubbery. I told her that i had ate half trying to give the benefit of doubt that maybe it was just me but then as i bit into it again I stopped bc there was no way halfway into it was still like that. I even told her that I was afraid I'd get sick. Now at the store I finished explaining that I come to this location often so I know how it's supposed to taste and she responds with "well what do you want us to do?" To which i told her that i just wanted another sandwich that wasn't raw. I wasn't trying to give any problems. Again, I go to this location all the time so why would I want problems here? She said okay and told me she'd get a fresh new batch and I waited about 3 minutes. Cool, great. I come home with the new food and 1. They didn't give me any chick fila or Buffalo sauce bc i left the opened ones in the first bag so screw me, right? And 2. MY SANDWICH IS STILL RAW. Chicken is NOT supposed to be rubbery or slimy if properly cooked! I took these pictures to show that it's still uncooked with that slime still tugging. PROPERLY COOKED CHICKEN DOES NOT DO THAT! I didn't go back a second time bc it embarrassing enough to have to go through the hassle and look like THAT customer. No one likes being extra for fun! This Chick-fil-A location is pretty much the worst one I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of them!). I've visited twice now - both times on my way up north from San Diego because it's in an area that always happens to be a good stopping point to get out of the car, stretch our legs and give our little one a break from the carseat. On our first visit, it was still breakfast time so we ordered two chicken breakfast biscuits and one without chicken for our baby. The chicken was super tough and barely warm, the breading soggy and the biscuits so dry they almost made me cough. The hashbrown/tots were literally dripping in oil. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing breakfast pitstop. Our second, most recent visit was this past week. We were headed home from up north and my husband asked what I wanted for lunch so I chose Chick-fil-A, not realizing the closest location was this same one. We decided to give it another go anyway - it had been a couple of months and was a different time of day and very likely a different team, and everyone deserves a second shot. My exchange with the employee in the drive-thru was borderline unfriendly on his part, which is the complete opposite of what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A employees: Him: **Welcome to Chick-fil-A spiel** Me: Hi, could I please get a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combo? Also, could you make the chicken well don--- Him: *cutting me off* Sorry. We can't do well done here. Me: Oh... okay no worries. You guys don't have a restroom inside I could use, do you? Him: No, sorry. Me: Okay. Do you know where the nearest one is? Him: Probably BevMo, that would be your best bet. (P.S. They made a mistake at the drive through, no big deal it happens, except they tried to make it seem I like I made a mistake when ordering in the app, even though I didn't even order on the app, just straight from drive through. Stood on line for way too long here today at around 3:30 p.m. There were a lot of people in front and in back of me, but the sole person at the register seemed oblivious and obviously was taking her time. At the precise moment that I finally got to the counter, a second person came to take my order; he may have been some type of manager. I complained about the long wait and the slowness of the woman, and he responded that he didn't think she was slow. The bottom line is: despite their pretenses at caring about the customer and offering excellent service, in reality they don't care about customer service, and they argue with customers who complain, instead of taking action and offering compensation of some sort. Let me just start by praising this establishment for the way they have updated their way they handle food orders during CoVid season. I love ordering through the app and picking up via curbside pickup because by the time I make my way to pick up the food I wait no longer than 5 mins and the food is ready. Also, the employees wear masks and gloves and carry each order in black buckets. It does seem they have more man power compared to before (pre-Covid) so that's always good. Side note, I did not see them sanitizing things in between people so can't comment on this. Food is yummy as before. No changes to same old taste.
