Here I am at another Chick-fil-A. It seems brand new location so things are in training process, team members are still learning process. I mean the confidence is there but in terms of fast process like Corona (Hidden Valley Location) you can't beat that, but anyways cashier didn't ask for member reward app scanned. Few things did not make sense such as an individual handing you the food from drive-thru to your car, duty supervisor crossing in front of your car. This place need few experience people, but again only 50 reviews explain this is place is brand new. In terms of food and beverage, no complaints from it. Good dine-in experience! I'm a frequent Chik customer at various locations and was satisfied here. Minus one star because I was surprised to find that they were out of both cookies and brownies- though at 9:30 pm definitely deserves the benefit of the doubt. Inside the restaurant is also dirtier than other Chik-Fil-As, but still cleaner than the average fast food place and also incredibly busy. Fries were very well made and regular sandwich was good. Finally a chick fil a near UCR, approximately an 8 minute drive from campus. Ordered two chick fil a deluxes and they were tasty and up to par. The staff was very friendly and one of them even came up and got me a refill for my drink. Theres plenty of seating in this chick fil a compared to the other two outside of riverside. read more

I want to start off by saying I love this chain . I have never had an issue until tuesday 2/28 I ordered a spicy chicken meal to go. I got home and proceeded to eat my sandwich however when I bit into it I pulled a piece of plastic out my mouth from the sandwich. This chick-fila-a is one of the biggest ones I've been too. It was busy but they were so organized and got my food made pretty quickly. I enjoyed that it was so clean from the organized condiments table to all the finning area being every well maintained. I want to shout out Matt, he was so friendly. He was checking on all the customers that were in the dinning area making sure we had everything we needed. He was offering refills and was doing an awesome job with customer engagement. I was under the impression that all CFA's were trained and operated under the same model as MOST are incredible as a whole. It appears that the operator at this location does NOT value customer service nor satisfaction, and he or she certainly does not have a conscience about robbing their patrons. The fries are always half full, and can we talk about the Ice Dream?! I mean, if I'm paying this much ($2.45) for a Large Ice Dream Cup, you better fill it up like the other locations! This location consistently only fills the cup to halfway and the center is hollow. Very disappointing. I work just down the street and once in a while place an order here to pick up on my lunch. It's usually busy since it's peak lunch time for a lot of people, I completely understand. I also worked in food service for 6 years, I know how hectic it gets. But today the service I received was just bad. I walked up to the pickup area, confirmation ready on my phone, they asked for my name and when they couldn't immediately locate my order she asked if it was possibly under a different name, which I said no to. A second girl came up and asked for my name and went and looked in her computer system... and then she went right back to what she was doing beforehand without saying anything to me at all. No confirmation that they had or hadn't found the order. They proceeded to ignore me for well over 5 minutes, until another guy came up and asked if I had been helped. When I started explaining one of the original girls interjected, grabbed my food and said "it's right here" as though it had been sitting there the entire time. I'm 6 feet tall and was the only person standing there waiting for a pickup the ENTIRE time and they both tried to act like they didn't know I had still been standing there. We also made eye contact several times in that over 5 minutes. I get being busy, I'm fine with needing some more time to get my order ready, but there was no reason and no excuse to just not communicate with me at all and act like I didn't exist. read more

If anyone has a kid who is a picky eater they will understand. This is one of few places I can get my kiddo to eat at and have to practically force him to eat. We usually get the kids combo and a frosted lemonade. Sometimes I get the nuggets and other times I get the strips. I really enjoy the chikfila sauce or the sweet Polynesian. The nuggets are good and the grilled ones have some seasoning on them that isn't bad. The lines are very long but for us it tends to move fast. They usually have a ton of workers walking up and down the drive thru. The food had been very consistent and haven't had any issues with it. My only complaint is I wish the kids meal had an 8 nugget piece. The nuggets can be small sometimes and 8 would make up for the ones that are too small to count as one. The frosted lemonade is always refreshing on hot days. Overall, I coMe here about once a week or every 2 weeks. read more

Just moved to Riverside from moreno Valley and I have to say thar this location is nothing like the one on Day st. Not sure who's running this location but this store isn't living up to the reputation. The main issue is 4 times in a row something has been missing from my order. Had to get back in line for my sauces and straws and when you bring it to the attention of the employee that you have missing items sometimes they give you attitude. Never had missing items on the Day st location and the people were always professional, fast and polite. I might have to start driving farther to get the service that I'm paying for. read more

If you want to be greeted by people that look like they'd rather kill themselves then say 'hello', come here! I am a big Chick Fil A fan and we love to go there to treat ourselves. I usually choose this company over any other fast food because of the customer service. You can tell the organization usually trains their employees to please customers. That is why I am so amazed at how poor the customer service is at the chick fil a on Central in Riverside. This is the worst one I have ever visited. Today our entire lunch order was wrong, and then when we asked the manager, Kirsten, to make it right at the window, she rolled her eyes and was rude to us. She tried to say that we ordered what was in the bag, which we did not. Both she and the young man in the line, taking the order, were rude with no manners and horrible responses to us correcting their mistakes.
