Every time I eat here, I am not disappointed.... Wait yes I am: they don't always have PEACH shakes. I could drink peach shakes every day, twice a day. With my #1 of course. The only problem is that this restaurant is closed Sunday. I wish it wasn't, as I have driven many times on Sunday excited about my soon to be meal only to end up being disappointed and stuck going to McDonald's. Terrible customer service! I ordered chicken strips and some sauces at the drive thru. When I drove up to the window, the girl there was busy giggling and laughing on the job with three other workers instead of saying hello. When she handed me my bag I immediately checked it and there were NO sauces. I then told her I hadn't received any sauces and instead she gave me attitude about how I need to check the bottom of the bag. Seriously? I just checked that entire bag and there was nothing except my chicken. I had to repeat my request for sauces and finally she gave me 2 packets but with an annoyed look. I thought because of the long line my order would take forever. But I was wrong, great fast service and warm food.

This is the first time I've ever gone to a chick-fil-a and I am extremely happy, not only with the server who goes around listening and fulfilling her customers requests but with the manager who is trying to keep his establishment immaculate and who is pleasantly friendly and seems to really enjoy his job. I usually wouldn't review fast food chains but this place left a good mark in my book. I've been here quite a few times since I heard about it and I have to say its delicious. The sandwiches are all good and the sauces too. I personally like the polynesian sauce. All the workers are quite polite which I find pretty surprising for a fast food place. The restroom is also CLEAN and not vandalized which is also surprising for a fast food place! But I would stay away from the chicken nuggets. They're small, dry and just don't taste good. I stopped in today on a whim. We don't have Chuck-fil-a where I live but I remember loving it as a kid. It was crazy busy but the staff was on it. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for my order and one of the employees even walked part of my order to my car so I didn't make two trips (I didn't even ask! Sooo nice!). The new three lane drive thru system is the worst. I feel like they held a competition as to who can come up with the dumbest idea and this one won. They are trying to avoid really long lines, which is usual at this location, but they just made the wait time ridiculous. Not for the existing actual drive thru, but for all of the unlucky ones that get directed to the two make shift drive thru lines in the parking lot. The first time I went through it I noticed how long it was taking to get the food and I asked an employee and they assured that it was the same wait time as actual drive thru. So today when I was directed to the make shift line again I decided to check the time. I had seen the car that entered the actual drive thru after me and kept an eye on it. When I saw that car receive their food and leave I started to count how long it took for me to get my food. I waited 20 minutes (18 minutes to be exact but I'm rounding up for dramatic effect) after a car that entered the drive thru AFTER me to get my food. They are obviously prioritizing their actual drive thru. I did not take it out on the employees as someone who has worked fast food before, I understand that it's out of their control. They probably think this idea is just as dumb. Not to mention it was over 100 degrees and they have so many employees out their going back and forth between cars. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go into the make shift lines. You will be waiting a lot longer if you do. read more

A few weeks ago I came to this location and was blown away with the girl at the drive thru speaker. I had been having kind of a rough day so I was just not feeling it and I pulled up the the speaker box and I get greeted with, "hi! My name is Sabrina and it is a beautiful day here at chic-fil-a! How can I help you?". I was blown away! She instantly brightened my day and I have to say she is winning at life and her job! She was so upbeat and so nice and it was so refreshing! I am thoroughly impressed by her and she deserves a raise for excellent customer service! I have never been disappointed at this location and I will continue to come here. I feel like the chicken is undercooked & the food is NEVER fresh. I had never come here on a sat maybe that was the problem? We drove by around 2:40 pm which i would think isnt a busy time. They were very busy and unorganized. We waited forever for our food. We constantly visit their corona location (during lunch time and have seen way more cars there at the time and they handle great). Here not so much. Chick-fil-A has my heart! This specific location is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the food is always on point like a freshly sharpened pencil! The fries are by far my absolute favorite. I usually like Chick-fil-A, but this location is horrible. They have the rudest staff, and the managers are anything but professional. I went in recently during lunch time. While I was standing in line I heard one of their employees say, "Great, more F-word costumers." This day they messed up my order multiply times. Their owner seemed stuck up and self absorbed. Instead of helping me, have my issue resolved he would rather be lazy and sit at a table playing on his phone.
