We pulled in with a trailer while on a road trip and parked easily in the Lowe's parking lot and ordered on our phone. We had no idea how they would find us for drive up since we weren't in the designated pick up spots and due to covid we couldn't just walk inside. The service was excellent! They not only found us, but they took the time to make sure our order was right. And they were so fast at getting our order to us even though they were clearly getting hit by a big lunch rush. The location is bad. It's off of Perryville, which is nice, but the only entrance is shared with the Lowe's so unless you've got quick reflexes, you'll miss the entrance to Chick-Fil-A, especially if you are coming from Cherryvale. The employees are awesome. Kind, quick, receptive. Orders go out fast - very fast. The food is great - just make sure to tell them you want grilled chicken if that's what you want. read more

I never knew what the hype was w Chick-fil-A until we got one in our town. The staff is so nice and friendly. Honestly, never met a worker there who wasn't positive and helpful. Their food is fresh and well priced. Love their grilled chicken sandwich and breaded chicken nuggets. I've been going there for breakfast lately and it's wonderful. Greek Yogurt Parfait, fresh biscuits made each morning, hashbrown bowl. Such a treat. Also, if you like lemonade- they fresh squeeze the lemons each day. Fabulous. I don't mind that they aren't open on Sundays. It gives their fabulous employees a break. I recently downloaded their app and I get all kinds of free items weekly it seems. read more

Was in the neighborhood and needed a quick bite to eat, so I stopped by the drive thru at this location and was pleasantly surprised by the variations on the menu despite serving chicken as the only protein. My favorite items were their wraps and salads. My son loves their waffle fries. The food seemed fresh and was quite tasty for fast food. They also have a wide array of sauces, which was quite pleasing. The service though was phenomenal. This place has the sweetest staff. Super friendly and make sure you get everything you need. I plan on going back again when in the area to try their other menu items. I highly recommend! read more

This was our first time at Chick-fil-A with my princess the place was so crowded the workers were so nice so efficient it was really nice. food wise I didn't like the waffle fries personally little soggy but huge portion the little chicken nuggets were amazing great buffalo sauce great ranch one of the best tasting lemonade ever had in my little princess said that all the servers look like they're all cute today years old so but definitely eight out of 10 will be going back for sure read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They have amazing lemonade, but you have to get them to refill it, and it's a long wait in line just to get a refill. I realize it has only been open for 3 weeks but am not impressed. Being from Georgia myself and visited Chick-fil-a all over the country and the original in Hapeville; I feel this location needs some help. I ordered for eat in and 22 minutes later I got my food and it was in a bag. I indicated when food was brought to me it was eat in the server said they were out of trays. I looked behind the counter and there were 2 large stacks of trays. The restaurant itself is clean and new. I feel this location may need some remedial action to embody Chick-fil-a mission. On top of it, my food was even cold, the foil envelope can only keep it warm if the sandwich is warm. The waffle fries had the hash rounds in them and I didn't order hash rounds but waffle fries. read more

My visit with my family to this Chick-Fil-a was AMAZING. The food was really delicious and they had such creative options too! Superfood side was a fun surprise with great salads and grilled chicken...I actually felt healthy! On top of everything else, the manager found out we were on our way to a memorial service for our Grandpa and she picked up the check for our whole family. You know what...we found out today why Chick-fil-a is so successful- they actually CARE about people. We're going to turn around and share the love with somebody else! Great food! Excellent service! I'm hooked. The spicy chicken sandwich is actually spicy. Waffle fries are a nice departure from regular fries you find at other fast food restaurants. The lemonade is some of the best I've had. I always upgrade to a large because it's so good. I'm a sucker for good service and these guys are very well trained at being courteous. The only negative, I guess, would be that they are always packed, since it's so new. However I noticed they are not too busy after 8pm. read more

I had the #1 chicken deluxe meal and was pleasantly surprised to see they use real chicken breast and not pressed or processed. The waffle fries are really good and I am not a fan of waffle fries. We had more than one person walking around in the store asking if they could do anything for us. I am from the South, so I am accustomed to Chick-Fil-A & love their food. We were excited to find a Chick-Fil-A here in the Midwest so we stopped for lunch. The fries & nuggets were delicious & up to par with Chick-Fil-A's excellent quality. However my husband and I were highly disappointed with the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches we got. Both chicken breasts were significantly smaller than normal. We both agreed the bun was not nearly as tasty as it is usually. My chicken breast also tasted overcooked. We go to Chick-Fil-A multiple times a month back at home so we know how their sandwiches are supposed to taste, and the sandwiches at this store were mediocre & not the wonderful Chick-Fil-A quality we're used to! read more

When trying to place an order today for a small business of 9 individuals we were told this is not allowed. We spoke to the manager and she also denied our request to place an order. The manager tried directing us to their app in order to place the order but this was difficult since we had a large order and a representative was paying for our order. This business lost over $100 order because it was too inconvenient for them to take the time to write down our order. We will not be returning to this business and advise anyone with a large order to do the same. read more

So excited to have a Chic Fil A so close to home! Friends and I were waiting paitently for there opening. Considering I'm originally from Kennesaw,Ga it reminds me of my southern roots like a little taste of home. Original chicken sandwich is perfection and even there desserts and sweet tea are great. I've been to this location three times now hoping it would get better. I understand that it's starting up, but today's experience after it's been open for about a month has made me not want to go again, or at least for a very long time. I ordered the nugget meal and let's just say there was more fat than chicken in those nuggets. My fries were either too hard or too soggy, which didn't make sense at all. The one thing I actually really enjoy from this place is the lemonade, but today it tasted like water with a slice of lemon with extra sugar. Not good. Beware of this place, it might have its days, or maybe you should just watch out for who is on staff during the time you go, who knows. read more
