Always such a pleasure stepping inside this restaurant . The staff is always so attentive and welcoming . Anytime it is busy they seem to really get your food to you so quickly. Manager Taylor should receive some managerial training. I was in the drive through for 30 minutes today. This location is ALWAYS slow but I asked about it today. She walked away in the middle of our conversation and went inside. She claimed I was yelling at her and she didn't have to take that. I can assure you as a retired professional I was not and told her that I did have to speak louder though because she walked away. She stated she was short handed and I replied it's slow at this location all the time. The Town Ctr and Mandarin locations moved twice the amount of people in half the time and it makes no sense. I feel my time is important too and I should be able to inquire about a 30 minute wait in a "fast food" line with this kind of attitude in response to my question. The employees are ready to help you with anything from making a decision with your meal options to holding the door open for you. This is not your regular Chick-Fil-A. I still remember stopping here while driving through Florida and wondering why a finely dressed man would be taking orders along with 2-3 others in regular garb. After asking him just that in plain words, he happily explained that he was the owner, which only provoked more questions: Wait, what? Why would the owner of a fast food establishment work alongside his staff? He quit his well paying job and deciding to own a Chick-fil-A so he could spend more time with his family, which is pretty bold, definitely risky, and completely admirable. The service of the entire staff was excellent, but to have the owner himself take my order, bring it to my table, and take my trash was unlike anything I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I can only get this restaurant three stars right now. I am solely disappointed in the way they have gotten too busy for the pants. The line for drive-thru is crazy long there's no parking in the lot - you have park at Home Depot and walk, which is super dangerous. All three times that I ordered from there it took 20 minutes to get my mobile order. With that being said they didn't put any of the sauces in the bag for it either. The first time I went through the drive-thru and I was in line for at least 35 minutes just to pick up breakfast. That was also done through mobile order. I figured the second time I would go inside and it took 25 minutes to get my order. My friend that ordered at the counter got hers well before I got mine. That made me upset because I ordered mine in the car on the way to the restaurant. So I figured the third time I would order it when we left the house for both of us so that we could get our food at the same time I got to the restaurant it had been 20 minutes and they still didn't have my order ready. The other thing that kind of threw me off was I was standing under the sign where it says pick up mobile order and I was asked if I was there to pick up a mobile order. There's no difference space for mobile orders to pick up and just people at the counter to pick up. There needs to be something that separates it. They might need to build another Chick-fil-A North or South Town if they can't handle the business at this location. I will leave with this, the staff is completely friendly and despite the busyness they haven't slept on that. I did use the restroom while I was there and it was pretty decent but the wall under my table was disgusting. I did bring it to a manager's attention so I hope that it gets taken care of. read more

Weekly visit Wednesday or Thursday. Kid likes the play area. Drive thru and inside has lines during lunch hours. They are always well staffed and keep the line moving. Food always hot and fresh. They bring your food to the table and follow up with you to make sure everything good and/or to offer refills. The tables are immediately cleaned when someone gets up and leaves. The customer service is superior. Once, I was standing on the side waiting for a refill and employee that was sitting down eating lunch came over to refill. I told her no but she insisted. I made sure her manager knew right away, what she did. They bless you to death. Cashier telling you is good enough for me. I was disappointed in the chicken wrap 90% of it was lettuce. I used to never have issues.... but the remodel and the new way the drive thru works is HORRIBLE. It took me 25 minutes to go through the drive thru, to have little teenagers in my face, staring awkwardly into my car while I try to order without seeing the full menu, but a tiny half ass menu that the teens hold, kids walking back n forth yelling the wrong names into cars....literally thy tried to give me wrong orders three times, it was just chaos. I visited this outlet of Chic Filet on Veterans Day, just past , at the urging of a checkout person at the Home Depot behind the restaurant. She mentioned my Veterans hat and hyped the benefits for veterans at restaurants all over town. I picked Chic filet, one of my two favorite fast food places in town. I placed an order and asked for the Veterans discount and produced my VA card (disabled Vet). I was advised that CF only honored discounts for active duty members in uniform. I paid, went to the pick-up stop and asked for the manager. One met me, heard me out and said I should have received a credit of half my bill and said she would fix it. She went back inside. I was told to pull forward and wait, which I did until I was told to pull away, which I did. I received no adjustment or refund of part of my bill and upon arrival home I found that the bag contained an order of fries I had not ordered, and I noted the added charge of about $1.75 for the fries. I called to speak to the owner/manager/operator whose name appeared on my receipt. He took my third call, apologized and went to great length to explain how he insured his entire staff was thuroughly trained to recognize and extend discounts to Vets, Police, and all first responders. Thousands of dollars a year, he said. He had no excuse, except for the size of his staff, for the failure of any of his staff to be aware of the discount due curbside ordering Veterans, not only on this day, but every day. He did advised that there were no pre-opening instructions to crew on Veterans Day nor postings relating to any different treatment of patronizing Veterans to honor them for their service on Veterans Day. Nor was he aware of why I, who he had no way of knowing had been a frequent patron of this outlet, and who never leaves the house without a Veteran hat, had never been favored with any type of discount on the occasion of any prior visits. That despite a staff that always appear to be otherwise very well trained, always courteous and attentive but they just don't seem to be able to differentiate between a Veteran and someone in a cow suit. I accepted his apology but declined his offer of the return of the rebate due a Veteran and the overcharge for the unordered item, on one condition, as follows: Since he was in the restaurant, I asked him to pick out the next veteran through, uniform or not, and give him/her the credit I was due against his/her order, (if the now available Veterans Day discount did not cover their check) and provide me with a copy of the receipt showing that credit. I had planned no further follow up, including a return visit, but enough time has passed for a copy of a receipt to have reached me. Unless I am mistaken my contact information was left with someone that identified himself as a manager on my first call. I did give the owner the order # which appeared on my receipt which also contained notation of the overcharged item and my credit card info. Name, local bank, etc. This isn' t a complaint about food quality, nor sanitation, nor employee courtesy. All have been first rate on every prior visit. There was a problem. Neither the curbside wait staff, the pick-up door manager, nor the phone responding manager were knowledgeable enough to cure, despite the extensive training I was assured every employee receives. The Owner/Operator said a lot of nice things but the bottom line is that there has been no showing that anything was done. What would you do? It was only $10.00 or $12.00 bucks, to a Veteran, on Veterans Day! By a pair of claimed Vet owners no less! read more
