The food was good however I am disappointed that my chocolate milkshake didn't even contain enough chocolate for the drink to be brown. When I was handed the chocolate shake that I've been craving all day, I had to ask the employee "Is this chocolate?" He said "Yeah, but it doesn't really look like it." First time ever to location 1336, 105 CBL Dr. St. Augustine, Fl. 32086 OMG Totally AWESOME, what staff we encounter were so nice, polite, place was spotless and Jason the manager he took our order. What manager does this. He was the nicest man I have met in a very long time here in Florida. He was so soft spoken, so polite, very kind. My daughter is special needs he made sure I had everything I needed for her meal he was "Totally Awesome". Whataburger needs to be so thankful they have him as their manager representing their company. And on the other side, he wife is one helluva lucky lady because he is a keeper. Today is 12/26/24. We are at the "closed" location with many other cars at the drive thru. We are able to order at the window for lunch. Our server was very nice. I have never been to a Whataburger so this will be interesting. My friends rave about it. The ambiance is casual. We had 2 cheese burgers and one large fries. Also trying one choc chip cookie for a little later. My daughter loves them and we don't have them in Miami. I thought they were just okay. The fries are great though...crisp on the outside and soft in the center. Indoors is not open. Just the drive thru. read more

It took a long time for the city of St. Augustine to get its first Whataburger, so I'm glad this location is well-run and clean with such a friendly staff. We come in sometimes for taquitos, a late-night staple of my youth in Texas after going to a concert or bar. Now we get them for breakfast as the menu intended. The burgers are always delicious -- don't forget to add the Jalapeños. Large windows on two sides of the dining area make this one of the nicer fast food places to eat in, especially in the morning. read more

The food is good very similar to McDs, a lot less greasy, the service was on point the staff was friendly, got the order right and very nice. It's a cute restaurant with seating indoors only. We had our dog with us so we had to eat in our car. They do have a drive through. We had two double burger meals and a chicken sandwich meal and onion rings and it cost $47. read more

Another WHATABURGER location, another disappointing experience - I give up, I was hoping this burger would live up to the hype but after trying this burger restaurant four different times at four different locations after today's experience I finally get it, this burger joint is not anything close to what I like. A cold dry thin patty on a smashed over-size bun filled with large chunks of brown bib lettuce, large irregular chopped onions, flavorless tomatoes drowned in mustard with great pickles served with cold fries times two with drinks for $26 - I was beyond disappointed. We arrived just after the lunch hour when the staff was in the dining room in cleaning mode and happened to start two feet from our table just as our food arrived in a half empty restaurant - one guy was slopping dirty water on the floor with a dirty mop, one guy was smashing the garbage with his foot while standing inside the trash can thigh deep and no one was busing the dirty tables. I admit I was hesitant to give WHATABURGER another opportunity to convince me all my other experiences were flukes and turn me into a fan but again another epic failure - where is the manager, where is the training, where is the quality control? I can't believe these guys made an investment of this magnitude and under perform on so many levels, in my opinion all other burger options are better than this. What-a-burger is a Texas staple, and while visiting Florida I had to stop here. The service was friendly and quick, the food was excellent (I enjoyed the Patty Melt with fries and a vanilla shake), and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend if you're in the area. read more

First time eating Whataburger. Ate while we were traveling. Food and service were excellent!

My softball team and I came in to eat after playing there was a large group of us and the workers did a great job and getting our food quickly and correctly. On top of that the staff was extremely polite and great to speak with. If I'm ever in St. Augustine again I will come back to this what a burger. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite with my grand daughter . I was first impressed by the cleanliness of the Cobblestone Village location. It was very well maintained. Our meal was delivered to the table and our burgers were delicious. I was very surprised to find that they were better than many full service restaurant burgers. Kids Floating around the places is just I don't know what yeah they're slinging some food out the window and give you some crap for 15 bucks but really it's crap. It's Open!! They opened on Monday March 18th. It was packed and the line of cars in the drive through was crazy. The staff was very nice and it didn't take very long to receive my order. There is not a Whataburger anywhere near where I now live in Ohio, so it is quite a treat to get one at this new location. I ordered the single Whataburger with extra lettuce and tomato. It is a substantial burger, just has I remembered. The bun is perfect and light, and the burger has great flavor. And the best part... they are open 24 hours a day! read more

one time I went to Whataburger after a long day of school, i was starving. All wanted was a double cheese Whataburger meal with lettuces tomatoes pickles onions ketchup and mayo. once i ordered i waited patiently for my food then a whole hour passes and i still haven't got my food, so i go up to the worker asking where my food is and the worker says we didn't get that order. The worker kept telling me that u need to reorder but i already paid, i didn't have my receipt but i showed my apple payment of my phone but she still made me pay again for the food i already paid for. so as i wait for my food again for 20 mins I am pissed. Then, i finally get my food and the order is completely wrong all it is a burger with cheese and ketchup with nothing on it. wow i waited an hour and 20 minutes for my a bland burger that wasn't even good. read more

I can't think of one negative comment to say. The food was great along with the employees. One of the employees came over to clean the table and apologized for it being dirty. Staff were friendly, but did not enjoy the food. Burgers was cold and dry. Fries were ok and came out hot.

Dry brown patty with lettuce tomato and warm damp bun. Dry and tasteless. Cold fries. Just awful.

The issue with this location is the staff bad manager , was told to pull forward after placing order, 5 cars got thier food while we waited , the guy bring out deliveries came up to our window and asked what we had ordered after waiting 20 mins and said they lost we got a refund after listening to 5mins of excuses, we have been to other locations and never had these issues .... will never go back and advise all our friends to avoid this location. read more
