Came at around 11am, not crazy busy. Food came out quick and fresh. Service is alway A+ here when I go, my pleasure! Everything was amazing. The sandwich patty was so juicy and hot that I nearly burnt my mouth. I wouldn't want it any other way.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A location I've been to! The staff were all very nice and friendly, but my salad was the worst I've ever had from Chick-fil-A. There were so many old and brown lettuce pieces, and a lot of the beans were undercooked as well. There was a lot of the salad I could not eat. I would not recommend this location.

I visited this location on 01-27-26 around 3 PM and ordered a pretty simple/small order (total of 3 sandwiches w/no add-ons and a medium fries) at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the pickup window the employees handing out the food were more concerned with their personal conversation than with making sure our order was correct. They were friendly, but that is about it. As we begun to eat our food we noticed NONE of the sauces were in the bag. The receipt which is slapped on the bag also said there should have been sauce, so it was no fault of the order/taker who was standing in the driver thru. I then had to drive back to the location, get down, and request the sauces I should've received the first time. Unfortunately I can say this has happened before on prior occasions at this Chick-Fil-A location.

Always good. I tried the BBQ bacon chicken sandwich today. Real good! The best service in the industry. My Pleasure! Clean restrooms, great staff, and ample parking. See my YouTube channel Coolest Life.

As one of few, if NOT only, Chick-fil-A's in the Santa Cruz/ Monterey Bay Area it DOES NOT fail to deliver on the same quality service and the same quality food that you'd expect from one of its other restaurants. The drive thru line at this location gets long during peak hours, but it goes by really fast because their efficiency is impeccable, you'll find yourself at the front ordering in no time! Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places I got the #3 deluxe spicy chicken sandwich combo. I love their chicken, very spicy and crunchy! Awesome whether it's; grilled, spicy or a regular chicken sandwich - you will enjoy the quality of meat. To understand my point of view try opening the next chicken sandwich that you purchase elsewhere and look at the chicken volume, and then take note of the quality of meat. Now keep that in short-term memory and have one of Chick-fil-A sandwiches - there will be NO comparison. In conclusion; just like any other Chick-fil-A you should expect the same high quality service, food and high quality staff. Also remember to ask them for their special sauce, or you will be missing out if you don't get it.

Immaculately clean for a fast food restaurant, was surprised to find out they have an indoor play place for kids which was awesome and clean and safe! The people working were actively checking on customers, wiping down tables and taking out trash, refilling drinks and just going above and beyond. Great team working here and will definitely be coming back!

Came by here the other day and grab some Chick-fil-A for breakfast. I was pretty hungry and felt like some chicken tenders and potato wedges. The service was great and it looks like this location does predominantly catering because there weren't too many people inside, but they had a ton of catering stuff going.

Was craving a chicken sandwich on the way home from a business trip. Found them on Google maps. Was expecting a massive line but not as crowed here during off hours ( 230pm weekday) as I've experienced at other locations. Still though they had 4 people helping the line move along as well as a kind of expeditor at the main drive through window literally handing me my order. Was in line maybe 10mins before getting back on the road (with my sandwiches exactly as I ordered ). Chick-Fil-A knows how to move along a drive thru line ! And the folks here executed that plan as well as can be expected. It's the only Chick-Fil-A in Salinas, so when I'm in the area (likely very soon) and I'm craving a crispy chicken sandwich this is my choice for sure!

I chose this restaurant because i have a love of sandwiches , primarily in my area of Salinas... some other places that have been around for a very long time so read my review with that in mind please... As much as i enjoy giving 5 stars reviews to promote new and older businesses local! i must be very honest. I ordered a turkey sandwich with garlic pesto sauce, added extra meat and it came with cheese and lettuce tomatoes. i love sourdough a lot... my bread was very difficult to even bite into literally. I have to say the meat was minimal a thin slice of cheese and i could barely see the added avacado we added. i was hungry the size of sandwich as or looked big 8 inch. i as handed my sandwich and hubby says i hope you enjoy as it was $25 for the sandwich so i knew before i unwrapped it! I'm sorry, but i probably would have to give a 2 for the sauce taste of a hint of garlic pesto sauce is green usually and overall this sandwich was just A lot of "bread" not worth $25 i feel it could of been better ! for the extras we added and barely saw any of it period. In my opinion people making sandwiches either didn't weigh the amount of meats out in sandwiches and don't understand the extra and how much it costed. The presentation of sandwich was very professional. but not worth $25 at all. I hope management sees this review because i was hoping this would have been my new place for a good sandwich. the menu has so many selections. but unfortunately i can't see chancing spending $50 for two sandwich meals also side note: i didn't order full meal either no chips of drink. please give quality and quantity new time to avoid un happy customers. thanks anyways, i hope this place improves for future customers and maybe one day i'll try again?! just a lot of $$ for very little food and mostly bread and way to hard to eat... regards, Corina

Super comforting and filling without weighing me down. The shrimp spring rolls were another highlight rolled tightly with fresh herbs, crisp veggies, and just the right amount of shrimp. Our food came out quickly even as the restaurant started to get busy. Ambiance was bright and welcoming, with nice modern lighting features at the entrance that gave the place a lively, yet relaxed feel. It's clearly a popular spot, since it filled up quickly after we arrived.
