This chick fil a has two lines for drive thru ordering but then merges to one once you're done placing your order. I usually order mine through the mobile app to keep the line moving. I wish they had a separate drive thru line for mobile orders. However, the line does go by quickly so waiting isn't ever an issue. I've never had an issue of them forgetting my food. Drove through and picked up early dinner for my four kids in between activities/sports today. Not only was our entire order cold, but it was missing one fry order and two sauces we'd requested. The three chicken sandwiches, 5-count nuggets and 2 fries (supposed to be 3) were hard and luke warm at best. Gross. Oh, and we started eating while driving out of the parking lot, so it certainly didn't have time to become cold once we'd received it. When I called the store to calmly tell them my frustrations the kid laughed at me and said "it's impossible your order was cold". I'm sorry, what?! I took the time to call and figure out how to proceed during my busy schedule and I'm met with a boy laughing at me and being totally rude. First of All, I want to start with the disrespectful service and work environment presented at this location. The lack of emathy the managers have for their coworkers is absolutly not okay. Avoid at all cost! Sat in drive through line for 10 minutes. They only had one person taking orders and she was struggling. After ten minutes they sent. Second person out to help but he walked passed the 5 people in front of us and opened a second line allowing people to go ahead of us. The second person did 8 cars before we even got up to order. We are currently still in line and it's been 35 minutes and not moving. If I wasn't stuck in line I would have left a long time ago. I went in to speak to the manager and he looked like he had no clue or understating of what was going on. And said he sent someone out to help. We came here for the drive thru for a quick spicy grilled chicken sandwich combo. It should be quick and easy. It was NOT. The two order takers with tablets weren't communicating well and they didn't know who had orders in and who didn't. They almost missed me but I demanded the second order taker take my order in the drive thru. The food was prepared fairly quickly and the window service was very friendly and nice. Great job. However my grilled spicy chicken sandwich was Luke warm with unmelted cold cheese. It felt like the bun was stale and cold. I've had chicken sandwiches from dozens of chick fila restaurants and they have been just fine. This one felt almost dangerous to eat. I ended up eating the great waffle fries and yummy lemonade. Where do I start, I love chick fil a, BUT this location was just not giving your normal Chick fil a. I ordered the egg white grill for breakfast because it's my favorite and when I received it the cheese was barley melted, the egg white was not white. It was yellow, and the chicken was barely warm. I didn't end up eating it. It just tasted funny and I don't know. Cold chicken is not the best. I usually go to Chick-fil-A when I'm on a time crunch because it always comes out fairly quick. I would say there's probably three maybe four cars ahead of me and I waited a long time to receive my order. The employees seemed very, very upset or just not like they wanted to be there that day. The employees there seem happy and excited to serve their customers. And the food was on point. Maybe I got lucky? Pretty decent CFA. I have definitely been to better tho (I'm from the south and they're nicer out there). There was one lady and I think her name was Hannah too l, she was just kinda rude to me and my friends, she was stand off ish and there wasn't a reason for it. Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru in the morning and my order was partially wrong and missing item. Also we waited a awhile in the line due to the fact who ever was at the window was chatting it up for awhile with the car in front of us petting a dog even though they had already handed off the food. When we got in there was no cars behind us but since they talked for awhile a whole line had formed and the people behind us were upset as well. I had no problem going inside to change it. The issue I did have was the attitude that the workers gave me. I handed my order off to one of the guys working and he kinda laughed and gave it off to another worker.
