They will mess up your order every single time. One of the worst chickfila locations I've ever been to truly. Writing this as this is the 3rd time in a row multiple things are incorrect in our order. How that is even possible when we literally ordered two meals is insane. The cashier at the front of the drive thru didn't know we ordered two meals which we clearly said. So we waited. Then after opening they gave us the wrong sandwich. The drink was wrong as well. However much you are paying these people, it should be halved. read more

Terrible food quality. My first order was cold and wrong, so I went back to ask for new hot food and they gave me cold food again. I have never been to a chick fil a with poor quality food. The bread buns were hard and squishy, the chicken looked like it was pieced together to make a sandwich, it was hard and cold and disgusting. Proceed with caution at this location. check your food before you leave the drive thru. Chick-fil-A is always a solid option if you are craving Chicken! The main problem with this location is that it is too busy for its size! At lunch and dinner time , this location is BeYOND BUSY (even for curbside). Be prepared to wait in the drive thru or even curbside. Once you receive your order , it will be accurate and hot - it's just always a pain to wait ! You can't go wrong with the nuggets meal or the Chicken Sandwich! And please do not forget the waffle fries! Of course , there is a dipping sauce for everyone!! Friendly service - accurate Chick-fil-A faire - but be prepared to wait. Walked in to pick up an order for a friend, and I waited for 40 minutes before I was asked about my order. I didn't want to be a bother and knew it was the lunch rush so I was ok with waiting, it was a large order anyways. But I get asked and am told the order isn't showing up. It turns out that the order had been taken neither by me or my friend. The manager made it seem like I was trying to pull a fast one and get a free meal. I had proof of a receipt and even had said friend come to try and sort this out. Even after all of this the manager was steadfast in the fact that it wasn't our order. The same manager then tried to make it seem like I did something wrong by waiting for so long. They in the end made our food and then forgot the drinks. Will not be returning. By far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I commute from San Diego to LA weekly for work, and was excited to find a Chick-fil-A right off the exit on my route. At 4:30 pm, the line took forever- there weren't even that many cars but the ordering process was very slow (over 15 minutes)... and then, my order was wrong! Unsweet tea instead of sweet and a chicken sandwich instead of Mac & cheese. I am giving 2 stars because the service was at least friendly & the French fries were good. I have gone to different Chick-fil-A's all over Southern California, and this one is the slowest one ever! I came here for lunch with my kids and my mom for dine in, and we ordered two orders of nuggets, a medium fry and a grilled wrap. Totally a normal order. It took Over 40 minutes for us to receive the food. This is the totally unlike Chick-fil-A because usually they are fast and efficient. After a while, my kids started to ask what was taking so long and say they were hungry so I went up to the counter to ask and there was a guy standing there, who had also been waiting a long time for his salad. They told me that they were still waiting for the grilled wrap to be made. I asked them if I could have the rest of the food so my kids could start eating and they gave it to me. Then about six minutes later, they finally came to the table with the grilled wrap. There was no apology or anything. I understand that they were busy and it was lunchtime on a weekend but every other time I have been to Chick-fil-A even when they are super busy, the food always comes out efficiently, and they are always really nice. 3 stars overall, but 5 stars for the employee Luke (12/16/23 around 10:30am) who was really the only person that was very helpful. Not sure if there is just poor management/short staffing or both, but we ordered ahead to pick up our order and were only able to pick up breakfast via drive thru & the line was loooooong! Inside of the restaurant was closed, but after speaking to Luke, he said we should be able to get our breakfast items that we ordered 30 min prior even though it was already after 10:30. The employee at the drive thru at that time told my husband (who waited in the drive thru just in case) said that we wouldn't be able to get our breakfast items even though we already paid for them and if we still wanted them, we'd have to wait an additional 15 min?? I've been meaning to write a review for this location for some time now - and am surprised by the handful of lesser-than reviews. Yes, the drive through lines are long and I've sat for about 30 mins during dinner time. HOWEVER, I appreciate their process & service - while recognizing I'm there during rush hour. Every single time I've come to this location, their service & manners have been unparalleled. I've thought to myself - either they hire really well or they train really well. Most likely a combination of both. These young adults work hard to be positive, upbeat & make sure they get everyone's orders correct while dealing with long lines of hungry patrons. I've made corrections to my order and asked for extra things previously and they always respond with enthusiasm. When I go to a fast food location, I typically expect to not have great customer service because that's just how it is. Not here! Thank you to this staff and management for taking customer service seriously. read more

My husband and I waited nearly 40 minutes for our food. Their system is flawed: 1) 2 people taking orders in two lines 2) when lines merge into one there is someone there to verify your order 3) someone else verifies your order near the menu board 4) you verify the name for your order and receive your food items. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR UTENSILS (forks, spoons, straws and napkins) as they are not provided like you would assume. Absolutely disappointed with the treatment and service I received from this establishment. To begin with, the restrooms are revolting. When I walked into the restroom, I was disappointed to see paper towels all over the place, the smell was putrid, and overall overwhelming. Secondly, the service I received from the staff was barbaric. They are rude to individuals of Hispanic descent. I wasn't able to catch their names, but I was able to snap a picture of the adolescent who took my order. Third, the wait time was unbelievable. I waited 20+ minutes for my single entree. Based on the other reviews for this establishment, the long wait time is common. It is absolutely preposterous for me, as a customer to be expected to wait 20+ minutes at a FAST FOOD restaurant for a single entree. They also forgot to add utensils to meal :) This is by far the worst experience I have had at a chick-fil-a. Employees and managers should be ashamed to be running such an establishment. My trips to this Chick-Fil-A location are really hit or miss. If you take a chance to dine inside and Mark is working, it's a definite miss. Another terrible experience here. I came for the breakfast and while it took the young gentleman about 5 min to help the person in front of me the breakfast had closed by one minute, and wouldn't let me order breakfast.
