Slowest chick-fil-a ever. Food was fine but the service took over 30 minutes during lunch rush. Unacceptable.

The reason I gave 3 stars because their service wasn't good. I had two promo code and they scanned it but I didn't see any discount in the total price. I knew it after I paid it and saw the receipt. I told the staff who took my order and he just shakes his head and said didn't know what happened and said "I scanned your promo code and thats price you paid". He was so rude. So I asked the manager and two managers came and I had to explain it two times. They even calculated one by one because they didn't believe me. This was my first time using promo code ever in chick-fil-a. After long wait, the manager came and apologize that the promo code wasn't applied in my transaction. He offered me to get another two burger for free and I said no because I already have 3 burgers. After wait a while again, then the manager said that they can refund it with card. I said okay and he said can't do it because my transaction was cash. Then he finally refunded it cash. I left without eating of my burgers because had to wait 30minutes for this incident. read more

Slow and very unfriendly service. Not at all what I expect from a Chick-Fil-A! 1st visit, waited over 30 min in the drive through. 2nd visit, older lady "Brittany" was rude and did not get my order correct. Also, the Frosted Coffee we ordered was pathetic.... almost completely melted and no whipped topping. read more

I am currently stuck in this drive through line. I have been here for 35 minutes. When I got to the restaurant, I had every intention of ordering breakfast for my family but because I have had to sit in the hell that is this drive through, breakfast is no longer available. The staff is not helpful and rude. I love chick fil a but will not be back to this location. They just can't seem to get it together. read more

The only negative experience I've ever had concerning a Chick Fil A is forgetting that they're closed on Sundays. Fantastic service at this location especially considering how difficult it must be to manage the crazy long lunch hour lines. The employees here really put their best effort forward and I appreciate it. Chick Fil A seems to somehow consistently employ some of the most kind, thoughtful, and genuine human beings I've ever had the pleasure of encountering and this location is no exception. And the food is pretty great too. read more

This place is falling off especially with their customer service almost felt like I went through a McDonald's drive through today! The girl was so unenthusiastic and very dry she sounded like she was ready to walk off the job. So much attitude in her voice. I was very shocked and taken back by this. I haven't been in a while but I was craving it and decided to come today. I was okay with the long car line wait because I am used to it because it actually moves fast. However the young lady that asked me what I wanted and sounded the way she did was not what I was expecting. I don't know where they starting getting these new people from but they definitely need to learn better customer service skills. I'm simply over this location. I know now that there are other options of food so I'll just go other places at this point. The chicken sandwich I had grilled but tasted frozen almost. I am just not happy with ChicFilA this evening. I don't go to eat there as much as I used to ~ it's fast food. I was just really craving it and nothing but it would taste the same. Anywho, it was around 9:00 when I went in (I order no pickle) I try to be mindful that is why I go in. I ordered 1 ChicFilA meal (no pickle), Sprite no ice and 2 sandwiches no pickle. ChicFilA doesn't close until 10, so I wasn't coming in at the last minute. So I ordered and the kid who took my order cashed it out even though I told him that I had a ChicFilA App so I could get my points. I asked if I could get them even though he checked me out, he told me that I was too late. I didn't complain, I was nice. After I ordered I was waiting for my order, it wasn't busy at all. I'm waiting and waiting then I look at my receipt and I checked out at 9:05, and it's now 9:24. I was upset because people who came in after me had their food and are gone. The manager was standing there and I said "Can you tell me why I am still waiting and others after me have already gone?" He told me that because I had ordered the sandwiches with no pickles I would have to wait. I showed him my receipt and explained I had been waiting for 15 minutes; he looked me in the eye and told me that it had been 14 minutes and he agreed that it shouldn't take that long to get my food. But oh well, it happens! At this point I want to punch him in the throat but I don't, I'm actually staying calm and polite (so much restraint). I finally get my food and once I'm in the car I go to get a waffle fry and they are COLD! The sandwiches are also not fresh so what was I waiting for?? read more

I ordered catering in advance for pick up and was told once I came to the chickfila at 2111 E Victory Dr, Savannah GA that the order was not received. I then asked multiple staff at this location if the order was received and they said it was not. I then ordered at least $50 worth of food through the chickfila app, and was then told they actually did have the catering order. The staff at this location was very unhelpful and did not make this experience enjoyable. I had ordered this food for a friends bachelorette party and trusted chickfila to be professional, quick, and easy to work with. This was not what I encountered tonight. I hope in the future that this will not happen again. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-a in savannah. I come here for lunch or when I'm in a hurry and I always seem to get to where I need to be on time. Great customer service, but the drive thru can be a super long wait. If the line gets too long it blocks in people parked on either side, and also blocks traffic through the parking lot. Everything else is run as smoothly as possible. read more

Ordered at 11:50 had to wait till 12:30 and talk to three different people. But i ended up with nothing every time, till i had to talk to the manager. You think for a 40min wait they would through in a couple extra fries or nuggets for wasting my time but nothing. Very poor hospitality on their part. read more

I have only been to this location a few times and both times I was not Overly Impressed. The chicken sandwich comes with no toppings (1 Pickle Slice) and they do not add toppings. The chicken itself is OK but chewy in spots. The waffle fries were the best part of my visit. The inside service is OK but the Drive-Thru is a nightmare, The Dual drive thru lanes are always backed up and they block traffic from getting to the other stores in the shopping plaza. Every time I go to here I wait longer than 20 minutes for my food. I am a college kid so it's not like I order more than one meal, or my meal is difficult. I have always loved Chick-fil-A, but this store is a constant disappointment. The most recent example happened this morning. Around 10:10 I placed a mobile order for breakfast as I got in line. When I reached the place to take the order or tell them that I already ordered, it was 10:35, which I realise is now past breakfast time. I did however confirmed that the order was still available and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes in line. When I got to the window, I was then informed that they had run out of all breakfast food. Without an apology, they told me that I could get something from the lunch menu, or I could choose nothing and wouldn't be charged. In frustration after the long wait and being told false information, I chose nothing. However I was charged for the food that I did not receive as the app informed me that the food was ready and available. Thank you Chick-fil-a for the false information, waste of time, and stealing my money. read more

Thought using the app to order ahead would speed up the usually slow process that is fairly typical of this location. 20 mins later, we finally have our order. Drive off to find no straws for the drinks and no napkins. I guess ordering ahead does not mean they will prepare your food ahead of time. Lesson learned. Avoid this location if possible. read more

I ordered a #1 meal for me and my girlfriend got a spicy southwest salad. We were asked to pull forward to wait on the salad. They gave me the wrong order. (We were asked to pull forward and wait) They did not bring my drink out when they asked me to pull into a parking space and turn my flashers on as they would bring everything out correct. I waited for :45minutes!! Mistake after mistake; it was unacceptable! ALSO the salad dressing was incorrect. I ordered extra pickles; NO EXTRA PICKLES! I asked for my fries well done; they were cold. I asked for Chicfila sauce and Polynesian sauce and I got RANCH! Terrible experience; the store needs help; unfortunately I won't be eating here again! read more

Officially the worst service I've ever received at a chic filet... we went through the drive through. Ordered two sandwiches with a lemonade and a sweet tea and a chic filet sauce. Opened my bag and had no sauce..no straws.. and unsweetened tea. I guess I am surprised. The chic filet in Anderson SC has never let me down once. read more

The absolute slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. There's always a confusing line with one register open maybe two if you are lucky. There always seems to be ten people behind the counter but none seem care about the line. There is certainly no sign or management, surprising considering lunchtime is when you think they would be most present. If it weren't for the convenient location I would never go here. There are two other locations in town that are ALWAYS on top of it. I'm usually still paying and I've already received my food. This location I've waited 10mins numerous times for a salad to be placed in a tray. I'm not sure why this location is lacking but I wish someone would figure it out. My favorite fast food by far!! All the employees are super friendly & the restaurant is always clean. The only issue I have is how slow the drive thru is. If you go during busy times be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. I always start a timer to see how long it takes, today was 18 minutes. I have waited over 30 before. I'm sure it's quicker to run in, but with 3 small kids, that is not an option for me. They have a play area inside too. read more
