THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Been here for an hour in line no one has taken order and we can't move.

You thought chick-fil-a was a Christian establishment? No. This one is the opposite. I walked in and ordered my usual, 5 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries, a milkshake, and a large dr pepper. After i gave my order, i could visibly see the worker judging me, and i can hear chatter in the back, talking about my size. This is not "gods chicken". When i got my order, there was EXTRA lettuce on my sandwiches (which of course i took off XD). If i could give this place a half star review, believe me, i would. This is a disgusting display of body shaming, and belittling someone to the point that they want to eat more. I am absolutely baffled at this restaurant. Review over. read more

What is the point of ordering ahead on the app...... when every time I have ordered thur the app the drive thru line is quicker..... I have had this happen like three times now and should know better..... but wait I do.... I say I'm there before I leave my house. Which is a 15 min drive away..... still not ready when I'm there. Chik Fil-A just opened up a year ago and it's been blossoming ever since. Located on Victory drive near Walgreens and Papa Johns it has plenty of parking with a two lane drive thru. Competitive against other fast food chain Mcdonald's, Taco Bell, and KFC near by. It offers quality chicken. The chicken here is real meat, not the ones that are yoga mats. Also, their waffle fries is quite good. I prefer these fried over mcd's. An entire meal would be less than 10 bucks, but still a bit more expensive compare to other fast food joints. The service is fast but the people who makes the sandwich don't have time to pay attention to your order. I ordered my sandwich without cheese, and ended up having melted cheese on it.. What happens if im lactose and tolerant? Servers need to understand being faster, is not always the best choice. Having quality food is better. We love Chick-fil-A! We eat there multiple times a week, but I will never return to this location. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for its outstanding customer service when you have an employee that yells at children that they need more sense and leaves them in tears they need to rethink their career choice. With a play place that is still closed because of "covid" which is always a head scratcher when none of the employees wear masks but Covid is still enough to keep that play place closed. I travel for work, and I always eat at Chick-fil-A whenever there is one available in whatever part of the country I'm in. Out of the many many locations I've been to - This one is the slowest by far. Not just for me, but for the whole line of customers. There were no napkins in the bag either, attacked the fries and then had to drive with grease fingers. First time being disappointed by a Chick Fil A experience. Ordered my food through drive-thru upon receiving my order I verified my name to them and got my drink and my bag. I trusted that the order was correct since I've always seen this business very professional, however they failed to deliver this time. I drove off to my place and find out that the only thing that was correct was my 8 count nuggets and drink everything else was incorrect. I ordered a large spicy sandwich meal an extra spicy sandwich and the 8 count nuggets. I received a regular chicken sandwich with American cheese, medium fries and the nuggets. I literally drove back to let them know but it was already closed. I walked to the drive-thru to speak to them. One girl tried to help me but everyone else told her to not open the window and I tried explaining the situation and she just said we can't do anything. I went 30.8 years before having my first ChickFilA and now I know what people have been talking about. I am allergic to peanuts and since they use peanut oil I thought I wasn't able to eat there. After talking with my allergist he assured me I could eat there as peanut oil is highly refined and the proteins im allergic to are refined out so it's safe for me to eat! Yay! I think they have the best fast food breakfast of anywhere. And if I'm gonna get a salad at a fast food place this is where I'll get it. Their friendly service is second to none. read more

I'm a huge Chick-fil-A fan! Just thinking about the nuggs, Chick-fil-A sauce, and waffle fries is making my mouth water. The staff here is always super friendly and you can always expect the signature, "my pleasure" line after receiving your food. This location can be disastrous though if you are in a hurry for some chicken. Although they have two drive-through lines, they become super backed up through the obstacle-course-like parking lot connected to the Walgreens. I usually just end up going inside for quicker service. Even then, it can be a little chaotic during peak hours. It doesn't steer me away though because the food is just that good. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. They had a trainee working outside in the drive thru and he totally screwed up my order. His name was Jackson. I don't know why Chick-fil-A thought it was a good idea to leave a trainee outside by himself. So I get to the window and asked who the heck that kid was screwing up orders and this lady with really long finger nails (I say that because I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to have long fingernails working at a fast-food place) had an attitude with me when I asked who it was. All she was I DONT KNOW with attitude. So I said we'll find out and she acted like I was being an inconvenience for asking who was screwing up the orders. Then she made us pull up because they were going to make my salad and MADE ME PAY FOR IT after the trainee screwed everything up. So then she walks up to drop off the food and says "your welcome" while rolling her eyes and walking away. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know here name. Another horribly run CFA. There's more staff eating and ignoring customers in the store than behind the counter. We had a pretty basic order that required multiple trips to the counter to get right. I ate here everyday for a year (excluding Sundays obviously) and was a VIP BEFORE rewards was a thing. The staff knew me by name and were always respectful. I think that's something unique to this location (the name) and I've definitely missed it. They're wait times can be a little longer, and parking areas have always been a little competitive so be aware of that. However, they're always quick to address customer needs even after you've ordered, so feel free to dine in regardless. By the way, they haven't gotten my order wrong yet read more

It's kind of weird that I'm writing a review for a fast- food chain. However, I'd never been into a Chick- fil-a unless you want to count the mall, and was really surprised by how they do things. There are fresh flowers on the tables, everything is clean, all the employees seem genuinely happy and there is a diversity of people working together. The guy that waited on us even came up to us when we were at the condiments counter to wipe the coke off on the top of my friends lid. I was shocked! I'm so not used to the friendly service. Tonight I had an experience with Chick-fil-A that I was not accustomed to. The staff was rude, and very unhelpful - which is usually not the case at other locations. I had ordered a catering order the night before, when I arrived to the Chick-fil-A at this location they told me it was not received. I spoke to multiple employees which all told me the same thing. I then placed a new order to then find out they actually did have my original order. Dealing with this situation is understandable but the treatment I received from the staff was not. I hope that in the future that they are able to communicate as a team as well as be helpful and caring to their customers. Would not recommend to a friend. read more

This location is so SLOW! I stop here first thing in the morning almost every day at 6:30. Several times the people in front of me have ordered large orders (over $100....I can hear the speaker). First of all, they should make it a policy to have large orders called in advance. Or, AT LEAST make them park and someone will bring their food out to them. I have been late to work because of this, waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Also, there is no way to turn around or leave because the way this location is set up.
