I waited in the drive-through line that was backed up all the way onto the back street past Brooklyn budding and there was nobody working outside. Then by the time I got up to the front they had my order completely wrong and we're missing a meal after I've been now in the drive-through line for 25 minutes. I am now parked out front, waiting for my food. I get things happen, but this is just one disaster on top of the next. read more

I love going here for breakfast since it is right in front of my work. Their crew are very friendly. I just bought a sandwich and when I was eating, one of the employees came up to me asking if I wanted a water cup. She went out of her way to grab me water and a straw. Also, they keep the place pretty clean. They are very family friendly. The restaurant has a playground inside for the kiddos, and their bathrooms has a changing station for babies AND - they provide diapers too! Like whaaaa? I don't have a kid, but I was in awe when I saw this. Those things are expensive! But yeah - I love them. read more

Saw a manager yell at an employee in front of the restaurant. Another manager embarrassed the employee when he tried to get around her when she was bent down doing something. Even tho I saw him try to get around her and he accidentally kneed her in the back and apologized, she them still embarrassed him in front of the other employees. Also, the absurd use of styrofoam and plastic straws is appalling. And you won't let people use their own cups and you waste instead. I usually eat here 2- 3 times a week. My mother and I went here for lunch, during my lunch break from work. We did drive thru since it usually only takes me about 10-15 minutes but today they told us to park at the front of the restaurant to wait for our food. We were told it would be a 2 - 3 minute wait. After about 5 minutes, someone came out and accidentally gave us the wrong order but we kindly corrected them with the right name. They only came back after 10 minutes to ask the name of our order again . And after another 10 they asked the same question. All this was happening while other cars around us parked, received their orders, and quickly left. After waiting nearly 20-25 minutes and telling multiple employees that we had not gotten our food still, I had no choice but to go back to work hungry. Nobody even so much as apologized for the inconvenience or offered a future accommodation. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Great experience today in the drive through. I had been at the hospital all day visiting a family member and didn't have a chance to eat until after 3. I was starving, tired and trying to get home before rush hour got out of control. Both employees I encountered were smiling, very nice and very fast. Food was great. This is a nice location. My only problem is that every time I come here they never give me sauce. Las Vegas is Chick-Fil-A deficient. It was guaranteed that when we visited Phoenix that we were going to catch Chick-Fil-A's act. When we had to park in the adjacent shopping center because the parking lot was full, it was an omen that we were going to eat in a four star fast food restaurant. Chick-Fil-A is a four star restaurant specializing in everything chicken. Their chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches are at the top of the fast food chicken totem pole. Unlike many McDonald's you can serve yourself to the chicken sauces. There is none of that "25 cents for a third sauce" stuff. It is not just the chicken. Chick-Fil-A also serves delicious waffle fries. Leaving Chick-Fil-A, the same thought hit me when I left their Chicago location, "Why don't they open a restaurant in Las Vegas?" read more

My issue & upset today with this location was that this store owner has his employees standing outside in 108 degree weather at 1pm taking orders. WHY?! Why is it that people have more concern and empathy for a dog left in heat/sun?! These are human beings. I said I felt at window with owner standing next to window. Guess he was TOO busy being busy. The girl at window, " it helps us speed up orders". I was going to give this 2 stars to be nice but they didn't even ask us what sauces we wanted. The first time at this location it was late at night & we were one of 3 cars there. The other cars were in and out of there just fine but we sat in the parking lot waiting for our food for a half hour. I felt so bad for the manager, he came out more than once apologizing that they'd burned our food. We just waited patiently since we weren't in a hurry but figured it was a fluke. He then gave us coupons with our food to return for 2 free meals. Then I come back to redeem my coupons. I go to chic fil a for their gluten free foods because it's one of very few places I can eat due to having celiac disease. They won't accept my coupon for gluten free food, I even offered to pay extra for the bun or whatever the difference would be. They wouldn't accept the coupon for anything I could eat, so pretty much they were garbage. After accepting I'd pay full price for a meal I was expecting to be at least discounted I went to order the frozen lemonade and they were out of ice cream. This will probably be the last time I visit this location. All the inconveniences have added up and it's not worth the hassle, I've never felt the need to post such a poor review but unfortunately this one really doesn't deserve more than one star. read more

I'm a fan of Chick-fl-a. They're good (better than McDonalds), cheap, and friendly. Be sure to tell them 'thank you' at the end of an order. I'm willing to bet they'll answer with a friendly, "My pleasure". (Try to see what happens at the McDonalds up the street if you try this!) If you dine inside at this location, they have an enclosed play area for the kids. If you come for lunch at this location come before 11:00am or after 1:00pm -- ESPECIALLY if you plan on using the drive through. By far my favorite "fast food"! Everything is fresh and tasty, the flavor combinations are tasty and the staff is friendly. My favorite meal is the grilled chicken cool wrap or the grilled chicken sandwich! My only complaint is many times they get my order wrong and on larger orders there's been many times they've left out items we've paid for.
