More than that, the service at this location is outstanding. They manage to be attentive and efficient without being overbearing. Mozzarella fontina and basil. The service was quick. I was glad to get to the front of the line, order my food, and sit at a table to wait. These types of stores are the ones where you place your order at a register, but wait for the employee to bring the food to your table. I think it's not a true full service restaurant, but a hybrid. Full service is where the employee checks on you, fills your water glass, and takes your card at the end of the meal. Quick service is the one where you fill your cup from the sofa dispensers and order ahead of finding a place to sit. We ordered our food and after 40 minutes, finally asked to get it to go because we lost all patience in the loud atmosphere. When we got home, we were missing items and our pasta had chicken in it. We are vegetarian. I tried calling to complain and no one answers the phone (for 2 days now) and no one returned my call after leaving a detailed message. Horrible service, for sure stay away on the weekends and busy times. Ordered the Beet and Arugula salad add salmon. There was very little quinoa, the apples were old and inedible, the salmon while it was tasty it was a very small piece. Good job using this piece of fish on a to go order because had we got that piece on a dine in order we would have complained. Very few pistachios and the goat cheese was almost nonexistent. You all missed the mark today. Had this been my first experience, it would also have been my last. You all are better than this. After ordering takeout at this restaurant for over a decade, we won't do this again. There is a separate sign hanging near registers for picking up takeout/online orders. Today, for the first time ever, one of the rude, female servers (Blonde with long ponytail), standing where orders come out ordered me to get in the line to order. I specified that I'm only picking up my online order. She interrupted and said it doesn't matter. You need to get in the ordering line. I pointed to the sign where I always pick up for takeout orders and she said "No. Get in the line with those who still need to order!
