My family and I went to this Chick-Fil-A a week ago and waited in line for a long time. Bottom line - it was worth the wait!! Service was good and food was excellent as usual. We got their normal basic sandwich with their sauce and a large frozen lemonade. The staff were friendly and talkative despite having to work outside in the cold. I appreciate having a new family orientated business that is committed to giving back to the community which was demonstrated when they gave 100 1st responders free meals for a year. Very classy and should inspire other businesses in the area. I am also impressed this one restaurant is providing over 150 jobs to an area that has been hit particularly hard by the Covid lock downs. read more

Recently we were in Spokane Washington and I convinced my husband to take me to Chick-fil-A. As it was almost noon I knew it would be busy which it was but love that they had 2 lines and people in the lines taking orders and the our payment,the we pulled around and within 2 minutes( if that) our order was delivered to our car. Drove all the way up there from the Valley for a Peppermint milkshake - we thought it would quick to buzz through the drive through.... they were out- so had to sit and wait for the drive through to move until we could get out!! Went to an ice cream store in the Valley and ordered one there and told her we had driven all the way up North- she said "oh no, were they out again?" While I understand it can be hard to know how much to stock- I was surprised that the drink you advertise and is seasonal wasn't kept stocked better- probably try again... but one more strike and it might be out for us- call and make sure before you drive that far! read more

I love chick-fil-a. Their food is always AMAZING! Today I bought two meals through the DoorDash app, and when they came they were wrong. Instead of two sandwiches, one had no bun and the second had no bun AND no chicken. Just lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and pickles...NOT what I ordered. The waffle fries and sauce came and was great, but I'm unhappy that I paid for my meal and got the wrong thing. I tried calling and got an automated answer, then left a message. I yet to find a Chick-Fil-A I don't like. This particular one is the only one in town, so get ready to be in line. I was in line for a block and a half. The staff got everyone in and out on a timely manner. I got my food correctly as always with a smile. I would probably say the sad part of this particular Chick-Fil-A are the restaurants surrounding it. They are all empty only one car or so. Chick-Fil-A keeps killing it. Why did we come here?? We waited in line forever only to recall why I dislike their food! They do not put any sauce or anything on the sandwiches! This was a complete disappointment! First off we had never been there and we were approached and ask to order without the benefit of a menu. Then when one was located weren't allowed to take it to the car so we could decide what we wanted. After finally be allowed to go the menu order broad we ordered. Wait out turn and eventually pulled up to pick up. Gave him our name and he came back and had us park and wait. After about 5 minutes they brought out our food. I new by the number of bags that they couldn't have had all of our order. I was correct. By the time the women went thru the bag outside in 35 degree weather. She handed us the bags and went back to get the rest. A 52.00dollar order served out cold incomplete and still had to wait on a young man to bring the drinks. What a waste of money. Literally every time we go here they forget something in our order without fail. This is the fourth time. This time it was the dressing to a salad. In the past whole sandwiches have been left out of the bag. It's good but really not worth the constant going back to ask for the missing items. Check your bags people! I love chick-fl-A. They have great food and good service. However, I'm not going back until they get the dining room open. I'm sick to death of being forced to eat in my car. Last time I went I waited fo 30 minutes, had to go to the bathroom and was told by the manager to walk to Home Depot and use theirs. Completely unacceptable at this point in the pandemic. TLDR: Standard CFA service and quality. Good food, long waits, courteous (but relatively new) staff. If you can catch them at the right time (with a short line), it's worth it. No big complaints! It's clear that Spokane has been waiting for CFA to come to town. Almost 3 months in and people STILL choose to wait 30-60 min in line. Like every other "brick and mortar" CFA I've been to, this one has a kind and courteous staff. They still seem to be somewhat new and are figuring everything out. Every time I drive by, the line is long and the poor staff seems to be slammed from the moment they open to the moment they close. The food here meets the standard Chick-fil-A quality and taste - no complaints in regard to that. Help me if I am missing something, and I am being serious...What is the big deal about Chick-Fil-A? The portions are smaller, cost more and they are less tasty than KFC. I thought Chick fil-A was different. I thought wrong. My first trip through the drive through a few weeks ago was pretty good. It was well past the grand opening mobs and line was not too long. The order was not too complicated but it included chicken strips that weren't ready. They asked me to pull forward to wait so I did. They rewarded my patience & understanding with a coupon for a free sandwich. SWEET, I thought... CfA knows how to serve. Well, that thought was misguided. I went to redeem the free sandwich today and they unapologetically told me that I was a couple minutes early so I could only order breakfast items that my free coupon didn't cover. Heck, by the time I actually got to the window it would have been after 10:30! It seemed that both of the employees I spoke with were only interested in being right so I let them win. The basic Chick-fil-A sandwich is so good, I hesitate to try the other versions (with lettuce, tomato and cheese, or spicy). Maybe that's my loss. I would guess that the lettuce, tomato and cheese would hide the wonderful goodness of the original. One night I wasn't in the mood for a sandwich and ordered a salad. And I get to the window I pay for my order and I go and I pull over to eat. And I'm still out my food I got a deluxe chicken sandwich and I'm like this is not a large mac & cheese! So I called them and the manager HOPE was no help. She seemed stoned. I don't care what you do on your own time but I think it's a very inappropriate thing to come into work and act like you're under the influence of drugs. They're always too busy to help their customers with anything besides their drive thru. I went in for a carry out order, got multiple items, when they gave me my food it was missing More than half the order. I went and asked for my missing items, they gave them too me but didn't check my receipt or anything. I got home to find two other items missing, and when I go to call them no one answers and I'm sent to voice mail. Hopefully they will resolve this. read more
