Waffle Potato chips
Janet T.

My friend catered from Chick-fil-A this past Wednesday for lunch as we had a lunch event. Every box was neatly packed with one chicken wrap or spicy crispy chicken, one waffle potato chip, one cookie, one mint, chick-Fil-A sauces, napkin, and mini purell hand wipes. I was so hungry and ate everything inside the box. I like it that everyone can just grab a box and get seated for our lunch event. The chicken was fresh, everything was good. I have been to many locations of Chick-fil-A, I am never disappointed. The chocolate chip cookie was a great way to end my lunch meal.

It's all standard affair for a Chick-fil-A. There's a small little playground here. The service is actually worse though than a normal Chick-fil-A. No one was at the mobile pickup area, and when they were, it seemed like they were talking to their friends first even with me waiting in line. Nothing too tragic for most fast food joints, just so for Chick-fil-A. The tables are clean and they have fresh carnations set up on all of the tables.

Service was pretty good per usual. I always try to avoid drive through bc the lines would get too long. I'd recommend to go in to order. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Huge fan of their waffle fries (but it's only good fresh, so eat them while it's still hot!) the sandwhich is pretty straightforward and had some lettuce and tomato. I feel like this location is particular needs an expansion or bigger parking lot to accommodate the incoming and outgoing traffic and it not affecting the drive through line with all of the cars. I've also tried their b fast items but the drawback is that it closes early @10:30. Wish it stayed open longer or had the option for al all day breakfast.

Best chicken nuggets ive ever tasted. Im a relatively decent eater but those nugs are so good i order the 30 count. Service is amazing. The restaurant is usually busy but you feel good being in there. 10/10.

Waffle fries fail.... All little bits and pieces.

I live in Santa Clara and I drive to Sunnyvale Chick fil A as this restaurant has been consistently clean, friendly and tasty. However this time, the waffle fries were a huge disappointment as they were collection of little bits and pieces...

Looks like someone ate some... what say you??

I do love the food at this location, customer service is good. In the past I've given the location 5* but I can't today which makes me sad. I'd LOVE it if you're reading this review, give me some feedback. How would you handle same situation in my place... See pictures. I understand prices increase as the whole nation feels and hit hard... But serving this, I don't know... Let's see if I get a call back.

Chick-fil-a never fails to satisfy my chicken sandwich cravings. The sauce goes so well with the fries and sandwich. I love to get the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a side of waffle fries. My favorite thing to do with my sandwich is to add Buffalo sauce on the chicken for added heat, fries on next, and chick-fil-sauce. After eating the sandwich this way, I have not gone back to a plain old spicy chicken sandwich. A lot of the workers are fairly young (probably high schoolers) but with good manners. They treat their customers really well. The lines can be pretty long when coming during busy hours but it goes by quick. Ordering inside is usually quicker for me. The window art are all so amazing! The artist did well on enhancing spring art on the windows and makes the drive through more enjoyable.

TLDR: Excellent Fried Chicken!…read more I was just chatting with my friend about picking up Chik-Fil-A for dinner one night, and he suggested Chicken G. There's one in Fremont, but also on in Mountain View, which isn't too far from me. So on a different night, I decided to give this place a try. Short answer: it's REALLY good! Long answer: It's a very very small place. It's got that 80's vibe to it... it's like Falafel Drive-In but with chicken! The staff was nice... although it seemed like there was only 1 front-of-the-house ( I couldn't see in the back). And he was doing EVERYTHING... preparing the food, packaging it up, taking orders.... And it wasn't like the place was super busy at 7:30p on a Thursday. In fact, no one was in front of me, but I still had to wait 5 minutes or so for him to take my order. But finally the order was fired up, and he immediately told me it will take about 15 minutes, because everything is made fresh. Nice! I kinda lost track doom-scrolling, so I peeked my head up every once in a while. I guess he thought I was being impatient, but he assured me, 5 more minutes... Eventually, he called me over, and I took the thing home. Keep in mind, with traffic... it took about 30 min to get home. So the food was getting a little cool. But it was still VERY crunchy, and tasty. My wife immediately took a bite and said it was SO GOOD. She had the 2 tenders and a side (french fries), while I had the chicken burger. The burger was HUUUUGE. I yielded and got a knife to cut the thing in half so I could eat it properly. Even though it was 30 min... the chicken was still super crispy and had a nice satisfying crunch. It blew CFA out of the water, tbh. Tho I still love CFA! Anyway, this place is really really good. It does 1 thing and does it super well. I'd like to try it again, but eat it there fresh and see if that makes a difference. As it stands, I'm struggling to think of a place better than this.

During the rush hour it is just more of a wait sometimes. I belive they are a little understaffed sometimes. Only 2 people working that I have seen. Their friend chicken is just soooo good. Just order ahead of time before you come because if you order at the restaurant you will have to wait because they cook it fresh. I love their fried chicken and will for sure be coming back for more! So happy I found this place. It is really hard to not love a good fried chicken!

If you like food with a slight kick of spice, then this place is for you. Chicken G's serves…read morechicken sandwiches, fried bone in chicken, and Chicken Tenders . I had their Chicken sandwich. It was one which did not have a "spice" warning logo... but underneath the deliciously crispy batter, there was a very noticeable spice (my tolerable spice level is hot Cheetos, and this was slightly spicier than that). Beyond the spice, the chicken itself was spectacularly cooked. The interior was quaint. They had two large posters with a few tv's one playing Ted Talks without sound. They also had a prayer area which i thought was nice and well maintained. The bathroom: A single person restroom tucked in the back of the storage hallway. (The same hallway the staff uses to go to the back of the kitchen). It is decently clean with a larger sink and a toilet that even has a bidet. Above the door, there is a sprayer nozzle that is a bit worrisome since anyone who enters the restroom walks directly underneath this. The kitchen had an obnoxiously loud mechanical squeaking noise... not sure what it was but we just tried to ignore it (which was very difficult to do). The order: The Big G (Chicken Sandwich) -Had a large, thick, and very juicy fried chicken. The batter is knurled with a great crunch! Even though it had some heat, it was delicious!!! If you want more heat, there are options on the menu. This could easily be the best chicken sandwiches I have had in the area... if it weren't spicy. Comes with a side, and I chose seasoned fries (the seasoning turns out to be very spicy). Combo 1 -This combo comes with 2pc bone in chicken and a side. This chicken comes with the same deliciously crunchy batter as the Big G, and it too has a spice level I was not expecting. As for the side, this time I went with regular fries, and it helped tremendously to cool down my mouth from all the hot spices/seasonings going on. Definitely worth a try if you can handle and enjoy hot Cheetos. But if you can't, then I recommend skipping this one. But the delicious chicken batter might be worth the spice pain.

The chicken was the best thing, fresh out the fryer and seasoned very well. I just wish it had a thicker coating of batter to make it crunchy. The banana pudding was tasty! Customer service was good, a few table inside and outside. Food was ready in 10-15 min. Next time, I'll try with chicken sandwich and fried fish! Overall, food is 3.75. Also came right when they opened with no one else in line but had to wait a good 20-30 minutes due to doordash orders so I would advise ordering ahead for pick up!

The husband and I ordered the Grilled Cheese Nashville Hot and Chicken Tenders. The Grilled Cheese was tasty with a nice balance of heat and tanginess from their slaw. The Chicken Tenders were appetizing, but it wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped for. It does come with sauce on the side, which helped. Staff were nice and service was efficient despite the growing line. Although a bit pricey, I think their chicken is good and worth trying out if you're in the area.
