I've been to different Panera around the area for many years and this is the BEST one. Staff is nice and helpful. Adan at the cashier is friendly, very helpful and provides great service. Nohemy always has the biggest smile and makes things right for customers. They keep the place clean and have great outdoor seating area as well. I order catering from this location quite a bit and it's really helpful. Most orders are complete and on time with only the occasional mishap. The staff is very nice, and you can always just pick up in person if needed. Parking is ample. I try not to give them less than 24 hours notice for any catering but they have always come through in a bind. I really like that they have decent vegetarian/vegan options as well. I've tried a number of items and my favorites are the yogurt parfait, green goddess cobb salad, tuna salad sandwich, mediterranean veggie and the new signature take chicken sandwich. Traveling with a relative who has celiac disease (no gluten) and we were looking for a grab and go breakfast. Saw on the Panera website they have GF options so we called to make sure. Nobody answered the phone even though we let it ring for a long time. So we thought we'd chance it. We get to the store, ask the cashier, he had no idea if they had GF items, so he had to go ask. He comes back and says they don't (even though the website said they did). That was disappointing for sure. But we at least thought we'd get coffee. I used to like this location when they leave their cups outside so we can just grab and go. Much easier and quicker. Now they hide their cups inside and it's takes forever to get someone to give you your rapid pick up. It's not rapid anymore when there is nobody helping you. This is very bad for business. Love the You Pick Two option, which means I can go half sandwich and half soup! The menu has such great choices that it usually takes me like 3 minutes to make a decision. This time around, I decided to get the Roasted Turkey, Apple and Cheddar sandwich and the French Onion Soup, with a side of chips. It was super quick, by the time I went to the bathroom to wash my hands (PSA: always wash your hands before eating), I found a table and searched for the outlet to recharge my phone. The server brought the meal to me. I see that it's not very loud, so it may be another good place to work away from home. I am sure lunch is busy, but you can always order ahead and pick up. Since the pandemic started I've always had my ordered brought out to me in a timely manner. The employee is wearing a mask and my items are neatly packed. The customer service is good and efficient. The app really helps notify the store you are outside and what type of vehicle you are in so they can find you (use the app for efficiency)! You can also call the store to let them know you are outside to bring your order out. Super convenient that they offer curbside pickup. I've ordered their iced coffee, different types of bagels, different pastries, teas, salads, soups, and sandwiches. I like the iced coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee has a bold taste. My favorite bagels are the chocolate chip and the plain. The bagels are soft and delicious. If you order them sliced and toasted make sure to eat them right away because they get hard after being toasted. This location runs out of popular bagels early in the morning so it's difficult to find the ones I like. Cookies are delicious. The chocolate croissant is flaky and has an interesting taste with the chocolate flavored cream cheese. The passion papaya green tea is delicious! Fuji Apple is a delicious fresh salad. Chicken noodle is soothing on a cold or sick day. The roasted turkey & avocado BLT sandwich is good.
