Literally the slowest chic-fil-a I've ever been to, unfortunately it's the one closest to my house. They consistently take 20-30 minutes to deliver food in the drive thru and it's nearly impossible to walk in and pick up food because you cannot park in the parking lot for to drive thru configuration. Must park in the strip mall and walks between cars. Food quality is not up to par either. They have teenagers running the drive thru who have no idea what's going on usually. read more

Had a really good lunch at this location and just want to give them a little credit. It was very busy when we visited but we waited less than 10 minutes total between ordering and getting our food. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, always yummy. Accidentally I ordered two side salads, one regular side salad, and one power salad. The regular side salad was crunchy and fresh, no dressing, just the way I like it. A good portion for a side salad. The power salad looked so healthy that it might put my body into immediate shock! It was dark leafy greens (kale maybe?) and something that looked like broccoli, also dried cherries or some sweet dried fruit. The power salad came in a much smaller container but mixed with the regular side salad it was perfect healthy lunch. The drive thru looked quite hectic and I'm not sure it was moving. We dined in. I parked outside the Chick-fil-A parking lot to avoid the congestion. I was very impressed with the food. Will return if I'm in the neighborhood. read more

This is the closest CFA location to my home and I'm disappointed I couldn't provide a better review. This location is extremely inconsistent with their product. Customer service and the employees are always A+ but that doesn't make up for orders being wrong. I literally game two days in a row last week and each time was a completely different experience. I came in on a Friday and stood in line inside for take-out. I was getting food for multiple people and couldn't risk waiting in the drive thru. The wait inside was actually faster than the drive thru line anyway and I'm glad I came in and got what I needed. The order was 100% perfect and fresh. This location is SUPER busy but I'd rather my food be freshly made. The next day on Saturday I needed something quick to eat on my way to work and really wanted a spicy chicken sandwich so I chose to wait in the long drive thru line and check my emails. When I got my food the fries were so soggy, not well done like I asked, and were extremely salty. I also asked for cheese, extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles and when I got my sandwich it was literally just a bun and chicken. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to wait in the long line all over again or spend another 20 minutes to go inside to deal with them in person. Incredibly disappointed. If you can't provide the same level of product for a customer waiting in the drive thru as a customer that comes inside then don't offer the option at all. I love CFA but I'm not sure I'd choose this location or any CFA location for that matter unless I can spend the appropriate amount of time to order and wait for my food inside their restaurant. read more

I love this place. It has some of the healthiest menu choices in fast food IF you ordered correctly. If you get the grilled chicken sandwich, no fries, no butter, and a whole wheat bun it has less than 6 grams of fat and I think even less than 300 calories. SAUCES can be tricky so stick with the buffalo or bbq, my all time favorite Polynesian packs a punch of fat and calories. Or you can just stick with the awesome over sized ketchup they give you! Their waffle fries are on point as well! They also have breakfast, I've yet to find anything that is healthy there, but if you are hungover it's like a magical medicine! They also will cater their fried duckets of love if you so desire! This one is pretty crowded, so the earlier you can get there, the better. read more

One of the better fast food locations, I like the fact that everything is pretty much chicken, why you ask, simply out it's better then red meat and healthier for you, especially if your watching what your eating and on the go. Breakfast lunch or dinner they have all the chicken you need. There biscuits in the morning are fantastic nice soft flaky biscuits covered in honey with a nice juicy tender piece of chicken fried to perfection. For lunch I like to order the grilled chicken sandwich, that Chick-fil-A sauce they have wow AAAAmazing!!!! I like the fact they also have waffle fries, beats those boring toothpick type fries everyone else has. Usually I substitute the fries for chicken tortilla soup when possible or coleslaw. I love the fries but I stay away for the greasy stuff as much as possible. The store can get really crowed during the lunch hours and it's best you arrive 11:50 to beat the 12:00pm flock of hungry people leaving this office district part of town. If not you might wait a bit in line. Staff is friendly and have great hospitality skills and always make you feel welcomed. Skip the cow, eat more chicken :) read more

I love this place. It gets really busy but moves quickly inside. The waffle fries are dynomite and I have yet to have a bad meal. I also like that they are closed on Sundays to give employees a day off. I wish they had more of tbese in New England. read more

Chick-fil-A should invest into car lines since the wait time at Chick-fil-A drive-thru can be 15 to 20 minute wait and as for the inside it's about the same they have to come up with a better system. as for parking I suggest people don't park by the drive-thru cuz it'd be very difficult to get out park by the local businesses read more

Went to a previous location and ordered breakfast I had the Susage,Egg & cheese w/ tator tots and I was in heaven,it tasted soooo good! why can't they serve it all day! OK so I have to say I never eat at fast food restaurants. But yesterday I had my one-year-old daughter in the car with me who was crying from being hungry and over the car seat. Can't say I blame her. I was simply amazed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. I am really big on customer service and was very impressed. One of the employees went out of her way to bring me a highchair and another lady to bring me a placemat for my daughter. I love how kid friendly the place is. I always go to this location and one day I decided to get a peppermint shake. Well, 30 minutes later I had to run because it made me so sick. (saving you the details exactly how sick I got). I called corporate and I told them everything that happened. Adding how I always get the shakes, I always eat there and maybe there's a bad batch they should be warned about. I was concerned that if it dehydrates an elderly that they could end up in the hospital. Corporate took all my information to send it to the branch operator. In his standard email he writes: "To date we have not received any reports; however we are truly concerned with your health"... and that was it. This Chik Fil A is great. The workers all do what they can dealing with the tremoendous volume of customers who are all too lazy to get up and go inside to get their food. I always go inside and I'm out in no more than 10 mins and the food is always phenominal and the customer service never short of excellent. I see so many people complain about the ait and drive thru when I promise you these people will see how long the lines are and will still go into the drive thru and contribute to the long lines. Hello! This Chick-fil-a has done amazing during the COVID-19! They have been so kind and everything. My first time going to that location a young girl named Hanna was on the register outside. Poor thing looked so red. However she did amazing at keeping a great attitude and was very efficient. She also was very interactive with my kids who said hi to her! Honestly best decision. I know this is pretty much a fast food place but I absolutely love the service at this location. It may even be the service more than the food. I always get to move through the drive through quickly, they always get my order right, and talk about service with a smile! I have never arrived at the window to anyone NOT smiling and wishing me a nice day. I love that. Stopped for lunch. The drive thru line wrapped around the building so I decided to park and go inside. The place was packed. The Line almost out the door. I hate lines so I reluctantly followed the person in front of me. It took 8 minutes not bad every register had a person taking orders. As far as a fast food restaurant Chick-Fil-A is one of the better choices. Their food is typical fresh and their customer service is on point. The only issue with this location is that because it is located across from the Sawgrass Mills Mall the drive thru gets really packed, even the inside too. read more
