Second, is that the past 3 times that I've been there, I get the chicken deluxe meal, with no pickles. All 3 times, I HAVE GOTTEN PICKLES ON MY SANDWICH! Stamped right on the little sandwich box that the sandwich comes in, it says at the bottom "Deluxe w/Pepper Jack with NO PICKLES".... and what did I get, all 3 times???? The drive-thru is a mess. People blocking the parking area to be in the 2nd line. They should put cones up not allowing the 2nd lane start where it is not marked. Traffic today was backed up to Peachtree Industrial. The employees that were taking orders outside should wait on the customers closer to the tent instead of walking all the way to the start of the line. That backs up the traffic. Today one of the girls was just standing there holding onto the iPad with her arms crossed. She should be helping at least taking the payments. It took me 20 minutes to get my order. This drive-thru is so bad you may want to go in! Even checking the order before driving away is a tough ask because they love to fill the bag to overflowing so there is no shifting items to see what's in the bag without taking everything out, a total mess for the car. We've used this Chick-fil-A since it opened and the last 5 drive-thru experiences have been so wrong. This location isn't up to the chains standards at all! They forget items, replace items with others and the "help" after isn't much better. Tonight was the final straw for us at this drive-thru, they completely left out a sandwich, paid for on the receipt, and we had to go in for it...after waiting, all the other food was cold, no offer to help with that. I always come to this Chick-fil-A every other day before school, and they've never completely failed me once! I go in, place a to go order and usually get it within 5 minutes or less. Even when ordering normal lunch/dinner time foods, I usually get it in a timely manner as well. The food here is great, and the workers are friendly. I've had a couple slip ups here and there - like not getting my coffee. But nothing too bad that I couldn't just ask for. They are very quick to fix their mistakes which I highly appreciate. This location the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I work close by and I have a choice to go to this one or the one off Sugarloaf Pkwy, this one is usually my last resort. Today for lunch my fries have been oversalted and thin and greasy. Not cut as delicately as the hundreds of other CFA's I've visited. Their lemonade is the WORST. Have been there twice. First time no problems. Second time, dining in, we waited over 20 minutes. They served all the people in cars and several dine-in customers who arrived later than us. When we asked to see the manager, she said the delay was because the kid's meal we ordered had nuggets and they had to prepare them. I pointed out that a man at the next table had arrived later, received his order of NUGGETS, finished, and left by then. The manager said nothing and FINALLY came up with the order, and very insincerely said she was sorry. Other Chick-fil-A's treat their customers better. They don't try to cover up inefficiency by lying. If they ever make a mistake or take to long, they will offer something extra for free. I went to go by the local Chick-fil-A at my residence and buford and they were closed for remodeling. I was really set on Chick-fil-A breakfast so knowing I was headed to Marietta I said my bearings for this Chick-fil-A off Peachtree industrial Boulevard and more Road. As I got closer I realized I was not gonna make it I called the restaurant and although it did take two calls to get through a nice lady answered took my order and made sure it would be prepared when I was there around 1035 or so. I arrived at 10:35 and made it to the drive-through window at 10:39. She said they were cooking fresh eggs for me and it would be out in a moment. Everything was oh so tasty. Introduction Chick fil a is a great restaurant if you are looking for great food with awesome service at the same time. This restaurant excels in service because the employees are always so generous, energetic, and caring for all of their customers. Because of the great employees they hire, Chick fil a is at the top of the list for the overall service in the fast-food industry. There are so many reasons that come into play on why chick fil a is at the top of the list in the fast-food industry. Approach and wait time For all the times at Chick fil a I have not had to wait that long. However, due to how popular chick fil a is, there can be little wait holding you up from time to time. Luckily the wonderful drive thru they have has 3 lanes so it can accommodate everyone quick and easy. As soon as you pull in, a drive thru member is right at your car window before you even have a chance to roll the window down. With this system, it is easy to pick up and get on with your day. It can be very annoying to wait in a drive thru for 10 minutes. At that point it is not even worth stopping if. You're going to have to wait for 10 minutes. Chick fil a usually gets you through the process in about 3 minutes while taking care of 30 other people at the same time. No other restaurant has this kind of fast-food service. Food choices Chick fil a's choice of food varies. They offer the signature classic chicken sandwich. Another option they offer is a salad. The salad here at this restaurant is my personal favorite because it offers lots of different tastes. Lots of chicken, lettuce, and a variation of vegetables makes the salad one item hard to miss out on. Some people get grilled nuggets or sandwiches because they are considered to be the healthier choice. Recently, they just added a new addition to the menu which is mac and cheese. Lots people are extremely surprised with the new menu choice because they thought chick fil a was strictly just a chicken fast food restaurant. Chick fil a is great at changing things up. During the holiday season they serve a peppermint milkshake, and, in the spring, they serve a peach milkshake. At this point I really do not know what to expect from them next. Service and pricing Before the coronavirus spiked in our area, the restaurant had an open dining room. Chick fil a's service inside the restaurant is just as on par as the drive thru team. Every so often a member on staff would come offer to refill drinks and take trash out of the way so you can get on your way throughout your day. The only thing chick fil a could do to improve is offer free seconds. This would keep my wallet from screaming at me all the time. When Chick fil a was open for inside dining, the dining room atmosphere was very live. There was peaceful music with happy employee walking around, taking care of their employees. The workers would always offer you a mint after you had your meal and refilled your drink without having to even as them. Chick fil a is Christian built and they play Christian music throughout the restaurant giving it a great vibe followed with a happy mood. The overall pricing here honestly is way too expensive. Majority of the items on the menu are upwards of $10.00 Me as a broke college student, this is quite the price to pay for just for a quick fast-food meal when on the go. I understand why they decide to price their menu a little high. Since the service is so good, they have the right to charge these high dollars for their food. Chick fil a also does this cool trade in option for your children. If your child gets a kid's meal it comes with a toy. In exchange, your child can give up the toy for a free ice cream when they get done eating. This option demonstrates that chick fil a is here to make everyone happy. Location The location of this specific chick fil a is perfect. It is right in the heart of Suwanee which allows many people to get to it very easily. This location was built around 2010 and has been filled with people ever since then. Every time I pass this chick fil a, the drive through is always wrapped around the building with 3 lines of cars. Concluding factors In the end, chick fil a is a top tier restaurant that offers great food and service. No other place is on chick fil a's level on these two things. They stand out tremendously from the rest of the fast-food competition by excelling in quality and service. Chick fil a is turning things up so fast they might need to open some more local locations so everyone is not packed at the Moore road location all at once. Argh! Usually I WOULD give ALL CFA's a 5 star no question, but I'm sitting in my bed early Saturday morning just thinking of the horrible experiences at this location so I decided to write about it. I know this location is super busy and I figured out the times to avoid. Last night I went at a time that wasn't busy, so I "figured" easy breezy. Nope, not the case. I went through drive thru and there were two cars ahead of me. Both lanes were open, I went to the lane with no cars of course, the kid was waiting at the lane and as soon as I pulled up for him to take my order he RAN to the car in the other lane, but there was someone on that side to take their order already which was weird to me. Needless to say, 5 mins later the girl on the other side of the lane runs over to me and said "you can pull up ma'am to complete your order". I'm like "I didn't even Place my order yet". She was confused too like okay why wouldn't he take your order. So unorganized. Anyway, I drive to window to pick up my order, the girls at the window are talking about going to Lake Lanier on the weekend and one girl just gives me my order doesn't greet meet and hands me my change while telling her friend inside "I'm like so excited to go to Lake Lanier", ummm little girl, do you realize I'm here, hellllllo! This was very odd for CFA. When she gave me my change and food I just sat there because I didn't know if I was done as they normally say SOMETHING like "have a good day" but this young lady said NOTHING. Like literally nothing. I had to ask her if I was all set, and she acted as if I was interrupting her conversation about Lake Lanier with her BFF and proceeded with "ah ya". Wow. Usually they're so attentive and happy and cheery but that evening was not busy and they apparently didn't have a manager on duty the way they were acting. I mean the entire staff I dealt with. Especially the kids at window when I was picking up my order. No "hello", "have a nice day", "thank you", my pleasure" you know the typical verbiage you're used to at CFA. Plus my food was COLD!!!! Okay, I can't even finish this review. Because that really ticked me off. I get to the red light and want to turn around so they can get me some hot or even warm food, but I just didn't even want to deal with it. I love me some Chick-Fil-A but this location disappoints every single time. Every time i go here, whether it's inside or thru the drive thru, my order is missing something. It's really difficult when this happens because i have two small children in tow with me at all times. Also, the staff here is not quite as friendly as other Chick Fil A's i have visited. I pulled up to the window in the drive thru one day and i noticed none of the dipping sauces i asked for were in the bag so I politely asked for them and the girl working the drive thru rolled her eyes and turned to the other worker, asked for them then handed them to me. I then said thanks and she said nothing. Also, the drive thru takes way too much time for them to have the system they have in place. I visit this location 4 to 5 times a week, sometimes twice a day if I am meeting a client here. Staff is wonderful. Orders are taken correctly and brought to my table quite quickly. I have become one of the "community" followers of a special lady "A.J" who is the hostess and delivers top of the shelf service that you rarely see at a quick-serve restaurant. She has a regular crowd and always greets with a smile and welcome, and knows exactly what you are drinking when she visits the table with the words "Good morning, may I refresh your beverage". This location is clean like all the others I visit, and the employees are friendly. The food quality is always good too. The issue with this location is that it's consistently the slowest of all, the drive through can be maddening at times, but not always. I have also been here right at the 6am opening several times, and had to wait until past 6am for it to actually open, then wait for 5-10 minutes for the food. Ive been to at least 12 different location since relocating to GA and to be fair I went to each location 3 times and its all the same.
