WoW am I impressed with this operation. Curb service took about two minutes. Watching drive thru, order waiting when you reach window.

This is a difficult review because Chic-fil-a is usually impeccable. However, not this time. I honestly had to check to see if I was really in a Chi-Fil-a. First, when we walked in, there were at least 10 workers behind the counter and no one standing at the POS. A short young man was behind the counter acting a bit silly and not paying attention to the fact that we were standing there. BTW, the restaurant was not busy, at least inside. Once we got our food, we went into one of the dirtiest dining areas I have ever seen. Not typical of this chain. The restroom is as not clean as well. The place was gross, and it was obvious that the manger was either in the back or just not attentive to the operation as a whole. We will not go back to this location. read more

If I would give 0 stars I would, I went to chick fil a last night and I was in the drive thru 5 mins before they closed, instead of saying anything at the intercom they just shut it off and we waited behind this car that was taking forever because they new the works and were just sitting there talking... upon arriving to the drive thru they just closed the door on us, I thought they were going to at least take our oder after waiting ten mins when they were talking to their friend in the car in front, they didn't even have the decadence to open the window and say something... I knock on the window upset and they were very very very rude to me, I will never go to this chick fil a again, someone check the night crew and there manners/ethics... especially cause this company prides itself so much of having Christian values... So we've tried this restaurant several times. The first time they forgot me and instead of bringing my salad gave it to someone else. 20 minutes later I complained and they apologized and gave a couple free meal cards to say, "I'm sorry, please come back again". We did come back but they were breakfast Cards no not valid for dinner which we did buy. Today my wife drives thru coming back from the gym. They won't honor both cards because I'm not in the car!!! So she left without food and will give the cards to a homeless person instead. We will not be back...Ever! read more

OK when one goes for fast food, they generally expect fast food-type service.......most definitely not what happened at this restaurant. Our food was promptly brought to our table, and the person who brought it, Tina, came back later and asked us how everything was. The food was fantastic (which is generally the case with Chick-fil-A) but the service made us feel appreciated and valued. Wonderful experience I'd say. Dined in this morning. No waiting & chicken biscuit sandwich was good as always. Coffee was good & just what I needed for my journey ahead. Customer service was awesome friendly as can be. Makes you wonder what Chik-fil-a pay these people, sometimes. Cause it far exceeds any service you would receive at any other fast-food chain. Everyone that works here is SO genuinely friendly- I love it! There isn't any other fast food place out there that makes you feel like they truly care. I will come here and spend more money just because everyone is so kind (although I do wish the food was more affordable here). So this was an opposite experience than my previous. I again used the mobile app as I had in the past. The app was cool as it lets you order and pay at once so all you need to do is pick it up when you arrive. No need to bring your card. I pulled up and parked. I looked at my phone where I noticed the ChickFilet App asking me to push "I'm here." So I did and walked in. A girl found my order on the computer but wanted me to pay...again. I let her know I already paid on the app as I had in the past. She found me a manager. (There were two managers on the premises. Both men, one was a little older-early 40's and had a darker complexion. Other around 30 and Caucasian. I only state this for identification purposes as I don't remember names.). The older/darker manager was super friendly and looked up my order with his computer register. I explained to him my routine of ordering on app and he genuinely appeared to want to help. The confusion was obvious, but he never doubted me and kept trying to figure it out. He advised the girl to get my order ready while he was figuring it. He didn't want me to wait any longer than I needed to. The younger appearing manager then approached and started asking me 100 questions about how I placed my order. I, for the third time explained the story. He investigated my phone and blamed in on the stores wifi or other wireless technology. 15 minutes has gone by and I again remind him I already paid with my credit card on the app as I always have, and I didn't bring my wallet (not that I believe I should pay a second time). He said to me, and in a very condescending tone "today I will take care of this. But next time you come in, I am trusting you. Next time you come in, bring the receipt and you can take care of it." Say What?! Pay again? After getting over figuring out his tone, i remembered that I am not a little child and shouldn't be spoken to like one. I told him that I wasn't going to owe them and either they can figure out their app or I will just leave and go elsewhere. Had I known I'd be there this long, I'd have walked out a while ago. BUT I ALREADY PAID. And i am feeding 3 people who are waiting including an ill family member who hasn't eaten. Let's get this crap done already. He continued to fiddle with my phone and he entered my order back in on the app. I told him to just go ahead and put it in again if he wanted to. He did!! Added all the items back into the app and charged another order to my credit card. I stood there at the counter looking like a fool. all over their app or system being glitchy. I learned my lesson -- that their app ordering is still a work in progress. I would highly recommend staying clear of it until they work it out. It clearly confirmed my order and accepted my credit card (stored in the app) but the stores system failed to acknowledge this. And the younger manager should be checked on how he talks to his guests. He is not entitled, and i feel bad for any staff that has to listen to his condescending attitude. Left feeling like a criminal. Ima be pissed if my credit card ends up with multiple charges because of this dudes poor service. Date of visit: today 7/26/16 apx 5pm. WOW is this Chic-Fil-A amazing. I spend way too much money here, but it's absolutely worth it. The longest I've ever had to wait is 5 minutes (and that's being generous) and if that happens they always compensate me in some way. The food is delicious, the staff is so so helpful and friendly, and it's always super clean. My only complaint is that they close on Sundays. I'd buy food from here the entire week if I could read more

Fast food where they have table service? They refill your drinks? AND they bring you unlimited amounts of sauce without judging you? I think that counts as amazing in my books. This chick fil a exceeded my expectations. To get: They don't have an extensive menu so . . .the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I have to admit, we went because we had coupons for free sandwiches and we were prepared to write it off as an over-crowded, just-opened mess of a fast food joint. Boy, were we wrong!! The food was good and it was good quality. What impressed us the most, though, was the friendliness of the staff! They were so pleasant and efficient and - here's the big shocker - seemed actually happy to have us there! As you know, this is an EXTREMELY rare customer service experience nowadays. I came in yesterday, around 2pm and that was my last time...They microwaved my chicken sandwich!! Yuck! The lettuce was wilted and hot and the tomato was hot as well. Also, it had been heated so much that the cheese was running off into the container and what was visible, was melted into the chicken. Totally unacceptable. The fries weren't good either. I know it's fast food, but an obvious microwave job is just wrong. I can't return to this location. The meal costs way too much to be of such poor quality. First off i don't know why I came back here after my first bad experience here. Staff was rude when you asked for a couple more sauces. You ask for sauce and they'll give you one maybe two if you're lucky. They gave sparkling water instead of sprite/ coke. The manager here is rude, she told me and my friends to literally leave when we were waiting for our food at the patio away from people picking up their food. So much for social distancing right? If you order online the wait time is ridiculously long and the staff will confuse your order with others. Good luck trying to get their attention when they go back inside. I don't often give 5 stars. But as fast food places go, this place is as good as it gets. Every time I come here, the customer service is fantastic. I don't even go in, I just hit the drive thru on my lunch break. Whoever takes my order, always sounds happy to do so. When they give me my food, it is always with a smile. They are always super happy and cheerful. Its fast food but its good. Its not to greasy. The chicken tastes like chicken, not mystery meat you find when ordering chicken at other fast food establishments. I don't let myself have one often but the oreo shake is so delicious. I am updating my review because I decided to give a second chance after manager sent me a kind message saying they updated so you can see a menu before you reach all the way through the drive thru. It was so awesome to have a menu there and the girl taking our order was really awesome and had such great customer service. I believe in second chances for sure, this was a great experience. Ventura location cannot get an order right half the time! We were always missing something. Stopped going to the Ventura location for a long while. Kids wanted Chick-fil-A and we gave them a chance...and surprise...they got the order wrong. I had to drive all the way back because main items were missing. What good does service with a great attitude and smile do if they don't give you what you pay for? They remedy everything with a free item card, so we can come back to the same location and hope they get the order right??? read more

Each time I come Into the Chick-fil-A in Ventura I am satisfied with both the food and the friendly staff.

I am a huge fan of Chick Fil A. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is above and beyond any fast food join in the area. My only concern is something they have begun to do recently. The drive-thru process. I used to be able to pull up to the full menu board, take my time deciding what to get and then place my order. Now....there is a cover over the menu board, and there is an employee outside taking the orders. They hand you a laminated menu card and stare at you like "hurry up and order". Not only do I feel rushed to order, Im also concerned about how many hands have been on that menu!?! We are in the middle of a bad flu season, and I dont think handling a menu card too 400 people a day is a good idea. I will return to you restaurant when you remove that process. read more
