The chicken is always great and they even have these amazing Fries that are criscut. One thing that I really enjoy is there's a play place. And I can see in there to make sure that my kids are doing OK. They love to get their food and then run in there and play for a little while. I honestly never go to Chick-fil-A. I think I've been to this location once, last night being my second time and I'm pretty sure I'll never be going back. I was in line at about 945 at the drive-through and by the time it was my turn to order it was already 1002. The person that took my order was clearly annoyed at the fact that they close at 10 and she was still taking orders at 10:02, but that's besides the fact, when I went to go pay for my order, the gentleman at the window again looked so annoyed taking my card. I made my payment for my chicken sandwich meal and another chicken sandwich. When he went to go grab my bag I noticed that he looked really confused and just stared at the bag for a while. He even looked in the second bag that was next to mine, but I didn't think much of it, he gave me my food and I started driving off and I wanted to make everything was there so I open the bag tell me why they gave me a completely different order. They gave me grilled nuggets and fries. The receipt even said white sedan, sir I was driving a silver sedan the fact that he knew that my order was wrong and proceeded to still give me the wrong order is wild. I drove back bcuz I just spent $16 on food that i did not ask for nor did I even eat it. When I told them they got my order wrong they just said they had no more food and gave me three free sandwich vouchers not even a free meal voucher, three free single sandwich vouchers lol they didn't even offer to refund me my money back. I order curb side pick up after a LONG day at work. I ask for a chicken sandwich with honey mustard. The lady looks me in the eyes and tells me the condiments are in the bag. Get home to warm up my sandwich (had gotten cold had to actually work a little longer Than I had thought, I'm a driver) so after a 13 hour day I come home to find no honey mustard. So my friend and I came here on 4th of July to get food for five or six people. The guy at the register was super friendly and enthusiastic and had a great attitude while we went through ordering individual meals and sandwiches and foods for everyone in our group (waiting at home). But since everyone wanted something different, and everything needed to be a little customized, things went awry half way through our order. Marc kept reading it back and it would have something wrong so we'd stop him and he'd re-do it. We weren't mad though, we knew our order was complicated and excessively long. It was so complicated that Marc got it wrong another four or five times! He kept up a positive attitude and in the end we were all laughing because it was completely ridiculous. When my friend asked if he had a tip jar, he laughed and said no, there was no tip jar for her to take tip money away from him. She laughed too because she only wanted to give him a tip for being so patient with our crazy order. In the end we got our food and only one thing was amiss - one sandwich had lettuce that we asked for with no lettuce. Thankfully lettuce is very easy to remove so no harm no foul there. Marc was a great help and either my friend or I would be happy to have him as our cashier next time we come here. PS the food was fine- just what you expect from Chik Fil-A. I am giving chick fil a 3 stars not 4 all due to their breakfast. I love the lunch sandwiches they are always good! I love the spicy chicken delux one of the best sandwiches for lunch. My main beef with this place is they don't use real eggs for their breakfast burritos or bagels- I simply can't get down with that- I haven't had breakfast here in years due to that. Very upset as I am a frequent visitor to Chic-Fil-A. This is how my LARGE fries came from my curbside pick-up. I think a size SMALL fries is more than this!!! The other day, work was not going the best so I decided to head over to my favorite restaurant Chick-fil-a. I love going to this location because the service and care is always top notch. Today however, two specific team members stood out in their amazing customer service. Jagger and Troy went above and beyond when taking my order, making sure I felt cared for, and making sure I received everything accurately and fast. On top of this FANTASTIC accuracy and speed, I have heard anyone say "my pleasure" with such genuine gusto and hospitality. Not only did I leave with an amazing meal, but I left a life long customer of Chick-fil-a, and knowing that a business really can care about it's customers. 10/10 customer service, congratulations for all of the amazing things that you do, and the amazing training of the team member. I've had a tough time getting back into routine and that was reflected in my travels today; who goes to the store, buys $70 worth of edible food, and only then decides she is much too hungry to attempt the journey home without sustenance? Yep. it's safe to say I haven't gotten my groove back yet. Enter into my stream of consciousness a pending decision- The C-F-A has a drive thru with traffic appearing to move quickly and food that doesn't drip if one goes deluxe-free. Realizing I was short tempered due to pending starvation I pulled into the drive just praying I could make it to the ultimate goal of biting into a chicken sammy and living another day (I'll end the suspense. I did live. You know this 'cause I'm writin' this here review.) I'm impressed with the drive-thru operation. Two people taking orders and a third person handling the transaction completions so, by the time you get to the window, your food is waiting and off you go. Not sure if they do this all the time now but it was getting on to be 2PM during my visit. The original chicken sandwich is decent. Good sized chicken breast, a fresh tasting bun, and some pickles is all you get. Fortunately, it was all I needed. I've always liked CFA. Not as much as my other favorite place at the other end of this particular shopping establishment but I like to keep you guessing where I'll end up when a chicken sacrifice is needed. read more

Ahhhhh. This is such a sad day. Chick-fil-a is my absolute go to. This one in particular has garnered my business ever since it's grand opening. Today was one of the tougher experiences I've had at a fast food stop let alone my favorite one Chick-Fil-a. Don't get me wrong I'll still be stopping at chick-Fil-a restaurants just not this one. They talked me into doing online orders awhile back and I've been practicing this for the past several months. Today they were busy as usual and my order hit their screen and one of the workers looks at the order and becomes visibly stressed and becomes frantic with her team. Then they forced an extra order on me which I had to pay for on my own in addition to my large order with tough customer service on this as well. The forced order wasn't even the number 7 that I paid for. Out 10 bucks and more about the negative customer experience. I suppose as long as you don't have a large order like mine you'll be ok. The total order was 50 dollars. The order took 20 minutes so not too bad. Supposedly they were busy and things were crazy today. Continue to support CFA and what they are all about in terms of supporting local charities but be cautious about this one. read more

I always have had bad experiences with this location but i was having a craving and decided to give them another chance due to Rose Ave being closed. I was in the drive-thru for over an hour when they came up to the car and informed us they were not taking orders at the moment so they can give the cooks a break. At this point you're trapped in the line and have no other choice but to wait. I then had to pee so i let my friend get in the driver seat while i ran inside to pee, the bathrooms inside the restaurant were closed. So i had to run over to Burlington to use their bathrooms. When i returned to my car i was yelled at for switching drivers because it was a "safety hazard". After i pointed out that if the line was moving faster i wouldn't have had to get out of my vehicle, i was given a dirty look. No apology for the wait or for the fact that if i would've stayed in my car i would have peed my pants. So morale of the story, 1+ hour wait, poor costumer service and the food didn't even taste fresh. This restaurant is a disgrace to the chic-fil-a franchise. read more

Don't go to this location. The people are nice but they have poor management. They block off the entire parking lot for their drive thru which is pretty rude being that other businesses use the parking lot. They leave your food outside on the ground if you order through the app. And I just ordered a chicken breakfast burrito that i ended up biting into a bone on and broke my tooth. This is not a pleasant location to go to. I highly discourage it. I'm done with these guys. read more

Always excellent. Waffle fries are addictive. Employees friendly, refill your drinks, throw away you food for you and bring you your order. They stand out among fast food establishments and are always consistent nation-wide. *Have to drop them down a star at this point. Still excellent, but last several visits they have stopped picking up trays and asking about re-fills. Plus the tables are often not very cleaned off. This location also always seems a bit understaffed. Come on Eastman store! The attentive service is one of the main things that separates chick-fil-a from Wendy's, etc. It takes 1 min. to ask our guests if they want a re-fill or dispose of their tray for them. And that 1 min. returns via revenue when someone like me decides to go to your store and get my sandwich vs a "regular" fast-food chain. read more
