From the exterior to the interior, this restaurant is uber clean. The staff is friendly providing quick order taking and table delivery. And of course, the food is d-d-d-delicious!!! Chick-fil-A sauce is a must w/everything! No grunts this time. But maybe a suggestion: maybe a "SLOW" sign at the exit of the drive thru to alert drivers to pedestrians leaving the restaurant. Every single time I have gone here for the last four months they have gotten my order wrong!!!!! I am about to take the drive and go to a different one and hope that it was just this place. I frequent this establishment as I love chickfilas food. The food speaks for itself and the people are always friendly. Private parking lot, double laned drive-thru, playground for the kids (or adults if you get down like that), and smiling employees. The woman that took our order in the drive thru was super rude.. we didn't know exactly what we wanted when we got up to order, so I was asking questions about the number of nuggets in the packs. She seemed really irritated, didn't ask if we wanted any sauce, and she ripped the receipt in half when she was pulling it off of the role, crumpled it even more and just handed it to me. The transaction was fast, it was also raining that day and a manger wiped down my (and everyone else's) driver side window--you know just inside the window that gets wet when it rains. Bad curbside mobile order experience! 1 star: I rolled down the window and was ready to take my order (based on my order size and normal speed of mobile order, and APP shows order was ready to be delivered). The delivery personnel looked me and gave that to the car next to me. I thought that was not my order and just kept waiting. Until 10 minutes later, that order was showing to be a historic order, I realized that was being delivered wrong. Not sure if it was on purpose or not. 2 stars: I called customer service and my order was delivered correctly in 5 minutes. ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! Please take my advice and check your food before you leave. I've been burned twice now. The first time I ordered two Spicy Chicken Deluxe meals (drive thru). I got home and I have one deluxe and one regular sandwich. I didn't think much of the mistake and moved on. I go there again about a month later. Order the same thing. Fool me once shame on me, so I decide to pull over and check my order before leaving to go home. Sure enough, two regular sandwiches. I go in and complain, they give me two deluxe sandwiches. I didn't think there could ever be a bad Chick-fil-A, but here we are and there's a first for everything. Chick-fil-A is known for outstanding customer service and fast, hot food. This location had poor customer service, wet paint had more personality than the young lady, Grace, taking our order. Then the food took forever to arrive when we were the second car waiting in the drive through and the food wasn't even warm! On top of it the young man running the drive through food was too clumsy for this job and dropped our bag of food on the floor along with the car in front of us and didn't even apologize nor offer new food that wasn't smashed. If you are used to the typical Grade A+ Chick-fil-A, avoid this location. read more

Terrible! 9:00 PM. Closing time is 10:00. Place was a wreck. 70 pct of dining room closed off, yet the other 30 pct was nearly full. Trash outside, food all over floor by end of cashier bar. No one at cashier's front desk. Several employees intermittently sitting in dining area taking up a table and chatting loudly with other employees behind the counter. After 20 secs, a young lady approaches, politely takes my order. Does NOT explain food delivery process...it has apparently changed since remodel. This will prove important a bit later. She asks me exactly 4 times "for here or to go?" Strange, but whatever. I stand there waiting for a few mins while everyone who is working seems to be tending to the drive thru customers. All I ordered was a chik-fil-a combo. They usually have those out in 15-30 secs. I waited while several employees saw me and said nothing. Not until a male manager finally approached me and asked if was it "for here or to go?" Yes. That was the fifth time I was asked the same question. Bizarre. Started to feel as if they really wanted us all to go! Lol. Really. When I told him it was for here, he said "when you're standing there I assume it is carry out because we bring the food to you." I looked at the young lady who took the order and told her she never told me the process. I had no idea. This is new (to me, anyway). I have been eating here for years! At first, she turned her back to me and began speaking with another employee sitting on the dining room. When I repeated myself, she turned around and looked at me sheepishly. The same Mgr. witnessed it, the young lady did not deny ----Neither one apologized. To make matters worse, I sat, ate and watched for 30 mins as a wonderful young employee (non-mgr) named "Tragdon" served table after table in the most pleasant and efficient manner. He even brought them refills, condiments, etc.! I told him what happened to me, and he apologized on behalf of the store. Of course I told him it wasn't his fault! I always visit this location after I get my hair done in the attached shopping center. I have never gone inside, but their drive through has the double lanes which is a big help! The line still wraps around the building though. The staff is always friendly and when I ask for extra sauce they don't just give me one packet like other locations. Worse Case of Food Poisoning I ever Experienced!! On Thursday, Oct 19th I went through the Chick-fil-A drive thru to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my appointment, I ordered a Breakfast Burrito meal because I knew I would not get a chance to eat later. After my appointment, I experience sharp pains shooting up my spine on the drive home. I got home and started vomiting and convulsing, I experienced the worse case of food poisoning I ever had. I had to call 911 to take me to the hospital. I was held several hours for dehydration. After I was released, I still had the Chick-Fil-A bag and its contents from that day, that's when I noticed that the Burrito wrapper had a yellow and white, sticker on it that read Tuesday, instead of Thursday! Someone gave me a two day old burrito! :-( No wonder I was sick. I felt like I was going to die on Thursday! That mistake could have literally killed me. I still have the receipt and the Burrito Wrapper with the sticker showing this unfortunate mistake. That Burrito was the only thing I had to eat the entire day to eat, and all I got was a Sorry you're not feeling well from the Manager And We would never sell you a two day old burrito. So, Warning!! If you decide to buy at this location, make sure you check the packaging! Because they will not own up to their Mistakes, they will just write off your experience as a minor loss!!
