I first had Chick-fil-a back in 2012 before they started branching out to MA. It blew my mind how wonderful and simple it was. When I heard they were opening a restaurant locally, I was ecstatic. Since the opening, I've been to this location more times than I can count. Service at this location is always reliable and always consistent. I go back and forth between the spicy and the original chicken sandwiches. Unless you're a fan of fried chicken, then you should stay away. This is a fried chicken heaven. Surely this isn't the best fried chicken on the planet, but for a fast food chain that delivers consistently awesome fried chicken for a low price, you can't beat it. read more

I had heard that Chic-Fil-A really cares about customer satisfaction. they really didn't seem to give a care when I informed them there was a problem at the drive thru yesterday when I received my order both drinks had lids not firmly placed on the top resulting in spilling all over the lunch I just paid for and never got to it. I called the store manager which automatically went to voice mail and Never got a response... called the corporate office and they told me someone would get back to me, well they didn't and I never got to try what others have been raving about due to their incompetence I. Doing something as routine as Insuring the lid is on the soda at the drive thru. All I was looking for was a call back or acknowledgment that I spent 22$ on a lunch I never got to try. They clearly don't value customer satisfaction and I will not ever go to one of their restaurants again. The market salad would be really good if the chicken wasn't pre seasoned, way too much pepper. This is a spice that can be added to a salad should someone want this much pepper in it. Less is better! read more

Nice quality fast food. This place is freaking packed, but the built up hunger appreciates the food even more after the wait. It's pricier than other fast food joints, but you get a lot more for those extra bucks. The chicken is moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, yum! The waffle fries aren't crispy, which is why I took away a star. I also got a milkshake, which I was very happy with. The decor is nice and there's tons of seating (though - usually all occupied come lunch). One of the go-to places on Route 9 for food. read more

Just stopped in today, place was packed but the line was fast. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, not too spicy, thick piece of chicken, very good! My wife ordered the tenders also tasty, but the hidden gem is the chocolate chip cookies! I was very impressed by one of the managers coming to our table, asking us if we liked the food and refilling my drink for me! Can't wait to go back again! read more

Do you ever go to fast food restaurants and when your done eating you feel lazy, tired, burping constantly and just not satisfied......yeah well not here!!! I don't know anywhere else where you can get a jucier, crisper more flavorful sandwich anywhere!! Every one that works here is very nice, friendly and pleasant which is unlike any other fast food place first off. It's very clean in this resturaunt and that have a play section for kids which is awsome! There food I would give a a million stars if I could because every time I've been there my food has been hott!! ( can't tell you how many times I've gone to burger King or mcdonalds and that was not the case) and my order has been complete and delicious. They serve waffle fries insted of reg fries, love that idea. I also love that they only specialize in chicken. All of the other fast food places try and come up with these rediculous ideas for food that is far from healthy or even good. They have such good alternatives and a healthy selection. There food is amazing and if you haven't gone there then go and I promis you won't be disappointed. It has been a long wait but so worth it. The food is fabulous - lots of options for healthy choices. The best part is the customer service - it is outstanding! They actually have people that come around to the tables and offer to refill your drinks! If they see you are done they offer to take your trash away! Great restaurant! Three stars is all I could muster for the club sandwich. The chicken was marinated in something that on first bite immediately triggered the gag reflex . I was able to finish it but with labor involved . Well, first off, I was put off quite quickly when for the third time I heard "It's a great day at Chick-fil-a!". This supposedly catchy saying for the restaurant comes off as overbearing, scripted, and illegitimate. Then when i got my fries, there was no chick fil a sauce which i specifically asked for. "great customer service", yeah right! On top of that, the fries themselves looked nothing like the advertised picture. I expected large, uniform fries and what I received was exactly the opposite: small and undercooked. Appalled. The bag was dripping with grease and looked like it had been previously used. Furthermore, I wasn't the least bit surprised to discover that the CEO of Chick-fil-a is openly against equal rights involving gay and lesbian rights. You should never push your beliefs through your restaurant, thats just poor taste. Overall, I was rather disappointed in my costumer experience at chick-fil-a and I will stay away from this establishment until they clean up their act. read more
