    Chicken tenders and sauce
    Lauren S.

The chicken was decently tasty. However the food was VERY expensive for what it is. The mac n cheese was okay. It needs flavor beside the white cheese Elmer's glue taste. I recommend pouring the sauces in the mac n cheese to add flavor. Staff was friendly and answered questions regarding their menu despite the long lines. As for ambience, the condiment/napkin counter was messy and the tables to eat were sticky.

Airport food so you cant expect much. The service was kinda whack, they had me standing around waiting after they called my number and nobody was at the counter. The chicken was crispy but not much flavor other than the sauce flavor.

I have never eaten at a Chicken Guys before. I was told by the nice employee that it would be a 15-20 min wait but I was ok with that. And it came out in 5 mins anyways. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and the 3 tender combo. I got the hot honey sauce and sweet and sour sauce. The fries that came with the meal were delicious. The chicken tenders were super crunchy on the outside but tender inside. They were delicious. My husband really liked his sandwich and even had some of the hot honey sauce on it. He liked the fries too. The ambiance is nice but crowded but it's to be expected at the airport. We had a great experience with Chicken Guys and would definitely come here again.

HORRIBLE!!! How does this guy put his name on this restaurant? Worst food I have ever had. I could barely finish my wrap. Ready made chicken you can buy at grocery store. 2 wraps. Fries and 1 water $53!!! Rip o

Ambiance: it's located at the international terminal, and convenient to the gates, right next to a ramen place and a burger place Service: very efficient, you place the order at the beginning of the counter and then grab it near the end of it Food: classic chicken sandwiches and tenders, and they specialize in dipping sauces PEPPERONI CHICKEN PARM SANDWICH - *** Garlic Parmesan sauce, Marinara, pepperoni, Parmesan choose and provolone cheese, average taste HOT TENDERS - *** the guys original tenders dusted in a hot seasoning with heat, choices of two sauces, DONKEY SAUCE and BOURBON BROWN SUGAR BBQ, average Price: expected airport food, not too bad for the quality, expect $15~$20 per person

Gonna try chicken guy. Let's see what it's all about in flavortown.

Not bad for airport food. Spicy chicken strips and fries and they have some section of sauces too. It was either this or Burger King and I have not tried chicken guy so gave it a shot. Juicy flavorful chicken for me, fries were ok but not great. I would try this again as they have a selection of sauces that looked great. I did hot honey and donkey sauce. The hot honey took the win.

    Breakfast sandwich

Was pleasantly surprised they had gluten free buns which was nice. But the egg & sausage tasted very old, & the egg was slightly green.... the flavor is extremely bland. Also prices are ridiculous $5 for a side of tots... wouldn't come back.

I only went here cause I wanted a milkshake and Burger King didn't have any. Looked at the menu online for LAX location and it says Caesar chicken wrap $7.99 and I thought ya sounds good. Ended up charging me $17.99 for the wrap and when I asked nobody knows why????

Not bad for a quick bite, the tenders are our go to. You get 2 sauce choices. The special sauce is really good, and my second choice would be the Parmesan garlic. Nothing special though. The service is pretty fast, and they have a dining area to the side.

    Alfonso V.

The B.L.I.T. was just a mediocre sandwhich, nothing more. The chicken tasted like it was bought precoocked and warmed up. The best thing about this sandwhich was their sauce to try and cover up the poor quality of chicken. Especially for the price, this chicken isn't worth it and I would find something better

    Chicken strips

Absolutely the worst, most overpriced food EVER! Chicken was overcooked & they served it to us anyway, dry & over seasoned!

    Mary D.

Star for the service! The service was great but the pricing...steep for some 3 chicken tenders, a burger, fries, and a shake spent nearly $45 on two meals (very basic ones too) expected from airport food but with that money could probably eat somewhere better next time

Sandwich comes in a big box
    David M.

Had time before my flight departed and between the Satouka ramen, Burger King and Chicken Guy closest to my gate, I went with Guy! These are fast casual options but food was good and freshly made. The menu has a small font so you may need to get to the counter in order to read it. The chicken strips are a good size and the Southwestern Sandwich was big with a nice mix of toppings. Check out the food pics!

There not many gluten-free options at the airport so this is a winner for me. I enjoyed my burger.

I ordered the Blood In, Blood Out and my wife ordered the Hispanic! At the Disco. Both drinks were amazing. We also ordered an appetizer of their Smoked Hatch Chili Queso which was delicious in every conceivable way. Additionally, the hostess we first talked to and our waiter were both outstanding. A++ service here. We're definitely going to come back next time we're in the area.

There were several employees that saw us just standing there, but we still waited there for 5 mins before someone told the girl from outside to take us to our table. We were finally seated. Then guy who told the girl to seat us was just standing around d chit chatting with another employees for about 15 minutes before he even came to our table. He never even introduce himself. He just took our order. Another 20 mins came by before our food was served. OUR FOOD WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE. Short Rib was ok. The macaroni was stale and OLD! It was dry and not fresh! We asked for extra BBQ sauce and that didn't arrive for another 15 mins. We had to wave down another employee to try to get the sauce to us. I wouldn't recommend this place! Horrible service. Didn't even come around to see if we needed anything or if everything was good or not. We came here around 1:30pm on 3/16. The restroom was also out of paper towels and soap from the soda dispenser. Poor quality food! Glad I tried it, so I know to not come back again!

Wednesday worker plate Pork ribs…read moreBrisket Cornbread To preface this review, I ordered takeout and ate the food roughly 1 hour after and was slightly cold. The Wednesday worker plate had an assortment of meats and a chunk of cornbread, which I thought was a good way to try some of their various offerings. The barbecue chicken consisted of a leg and a wing piece, which i thought was overall fine. The shredded pork was well seasoned and moist, and the hot link pieces were very flavorful. The beef adobo was my favorite as it had a very deep and rich coconut flavor that complimented the meat. The pork ribs were very tender and juicy and had a good meaty pork flavor. The brisket was also good too. Both these meats reheated well later in the day and was still tasty! The cornbread was also exceptional and eating it, I felt it was more like a dessert but also worked well between bites. The cornbread was moist more cakey, and had a very deep sweet coconut flavor. This is the standout. Overall delicious and recommend!

We ordered four of the most ordered and highly revered items: tri tip, coconut beef adobo, smoked gouda mac, and the cornbread bibingka. * Tri tip: Ours was cold and not tender.. wasn't very flavorful either. Kinda tasted like the forgotten order that's been left drying on the counter for some time. The price is decent for an entree of tri tip though. Comes with a horseradish sauce + vinegar and bbq sauce on the side, but I didn't think any of these accompaniments were strong on their own. Made the tri tip better but not by much. * Coconut beef adobo: One of the better items. Beef chunks were melt in your mouth and the sauce was a good middle between savory and vinegary - balanced out by sweetness from the coconut. * Smoked gouda mac: Would not order again. The big shell macaroni noodles were soggy; the cheese sauce was mild in flavor, clumpy and not satisfying melty; lastly, the panko crust was just there and didn't add anything imo. * Cornbread bibingka: The other better dish of the night - very moist, muffin like crumb, and not too sweet or heavy. Portion is on the smaller side though. My bf who normally isn't a fan of cornbread enjoyed this!

I usually go with the Angus beef rib (soy tare) and toro beef (soy tare), and the combo comes with rice, salad, and miso soup. At $15.95 (before tax), it's a great value for two meat options. Another thing I like -- though it might not be for everyone -- is that you get to cook your own meat. I prefer my meat done a certain way, so it's nice having that control, and everyone can cook it to their own preference. One downside is that service can be slow during lunch hours, as they often seem understaffed.

The place is somewhat small but does still fit a good number of people inbetween various booth and table sizes filled with grills in them. The staff were very quick and efficient and the food was pretty good overall. I got the beyond beef bowl as a combo. I do wish they let us know about the included miso soup wasn't vegetarian at first because I had to switch it for the seaweed salad later but at least the staff were very accommodating. I guess the negative would be is it felt like a "rushed" experience and the food didn't blow me away. But compared to everything with roast costs, I still think it's pretty decent and they have a good "happy hour".
