This was our first time visiting the location in Pembroke Pines. It's near to our house. The store…read morewas clean. The food was decent. I had a chicken sandwich with the bacon and some sort of creamy sauce on it with a side of fries. Hubby had a roasted four piece with rice, beans, and plantains. My daughter got a six piece of nuggets meal with fries. For dessert, I ordered a caramel flan and churros. I ordered ahead of time online, my order was ready in less than 20 minutes. I was able to pick it up through the drive-through. The only issue I had was that they forgot my caramel flan. I went online and emailed to the address that they had on the bag if there were any ordering issues and to my surprise, I got a call in less than an hour. It was a lady named Katy and she told me that I could come and pick up the caramel flan or get a refund. I wanted a refund, but I needed to come back to the store to do it so I told her I'll just pass by again and get the flan since I needed to go out and run errands in the area. So I went back in to get the flan, the guy in the front ended up, giving me one that he had just removed from the freezer. No sweat because I was not gonna eat it immediately. As I was walking to the car, the girl Katy that called me ran me down in the parking lot as I was getting into my car and gave me a flan that they had thawed out for me when they spoke to me on the phone earlier. She also gave me some coupons for $5 off on our next visit. It was nice that they took accountability for their missing my flan and they remedied it right away. That for me speaks volumes in terms of customer service because they made it right and in fast timing. I was impressed and I would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends.

This time around the chicken was fatty and soggy to the point the breading/skin itself was sliding off. I ordered the $12 box for reference which also included 4 nuggets, fries, drink and 3 pieces of chicken. I also ordered yuca fries on the side which they forgot and I had to turn around and go back. Thankfully I checked before making it home. The yuca fries were perfection! The Jamaica drink didn't really taste like anything. Despite all of the that, the lady who answered the drive thru speaker was so nice. The guy at the window who gave me my food was so nice as well! The only problem was literally the soggy, batter/skin coming off fried 3 piece chicken.

The restaurant is inviting and spotless, with cozy booths on one side and tables for walk-in orders. The menu is straightforward: choose between half or whole fried chicken or wings, with options for bone-in or boneless, and spice levels ranging from mild to their special spicy sauces. The food truly impresses. The chicken is perfectly fried--crisp without being greasy, tender, and packed with flavor. It's a clear step above KFC, Popeyes, or any American fried chicken chain. If you're a fried chicken fan, I highly recommend giving this place a try--you won't be disappointed.

Parking can be tricky in that plaza. Everything was clean and the server was chill. He gave me some recommendations that I enjoyed. As for the food. This is some crispyyy chicken. The wings I got were steaming hot when they came out and they tasted as if they were freshly made rather than just reheated. The flavors to me were just right. I also got the kimchi fried rice and it added a nice level of comfort to the food. Initially it seems like this may not be enough but it was more than plenty. Serving size and flavors were there. I'll have to come back to try a different flavor of wings and see if they're still made nice and fresh or if it was a coincidence for my first time.

When I first went in. I was a little skeptical however, the dining room and restrooms both were extremely clean and everyone that we encountered was really nice. It wasn't your typical fast food establishment. I opted to try the two piece spicy chicken with the Palabok fiesta which is something I had never had before, so I wanted to give it a try. The chicken was super crunchy and juicy and packed full of spicy nuts and flavor. The palabok was actually really delicious. I definitely never had anything like that before and I'm actually not even sure how to describe it but it was worth a try and it definitely has a little bit of an Indian flair to. It is about the best way I can describe it. I do know that it is Filipino food. My hubby opted for the two piece spicy chicken with the jollie spaghetti which is definitely not a combination that I would typically think of however, the spaghetti was flavorful. It had a little bit of a sweetness to it and somehow oddly paired well with the fried chicken I would absolutely come back here again, the mashed potatoes and gravy, however was just OK. I don't think I would order that again but if you're in the area, I'm most definitely recommend checking them out. And of course, we had to get our picture with the bee

(2/5) -- Great concept, but this visit missed the mark…read more I really wanted to like this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location more than I did, because the concept is solid and, generally, Cane's food hits. But this visit? Frustrating from start to finish. First off, the setup is misleading. The inside looked empty, and even the drive-thru appeared manageable--until you actually commit. You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. No upsell, no real engagement--just hurry up and move along. To their credit, the pickup window redeemed things a little. Once I got there, the food was ready, and they even overdelivered on condiments (asked for two ketchups, got four). That part was efficient--but it came after a pretty long wait for only about seven cars ahead of me. Now, the food... This is where things really slipped. * The 4-piece tenders felt noticeably smaller--more like large nuggets than actual tenders * Fries were undercooked and skimpy for the price and I had to ask for ketchup * Sweet tea was mostly ice, barely any drink * Overall portions just didn't match the cost For a brand that usually delivers consistency, this felt off. Like corners were being cut. Final take: Started as a 3-star experience based on the process, but dropped to 2 stars once the food came into play. If I could split it, it'd be a 2.5--but Yelp doesn't do that. This place should be better. The foundation is there. But between the chaotic drive-thru, rushed service, and underwhelming portions, it's just not hitting right now. Hope they tighten things up--because Cane's can be really good when it's done right.

I finally ate a proper meal here today. The two guys at the register were so nice. Plus, they were playing great music the whole time I was there. Sounds funny, but it is a heartwarming atmosphere. Everything was super clean. I ordered "The Box" which includes four tenders, Texas toast, 1 Cane's sauce and some fries. I left over a chicken tender for later in the day. I was thinking I might not like the Texas toast, but it was so good. I should have ordered a slice to take home. The fries were good but the portion was small. The chicken tenders are off the charts. They were served hot and fresh. The flavor is awesome. The Cane's sauce is delicious. It is a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise and secret spices. I like it a lot. It is a dilemma whether to use a little of it because then it takes away from the flavor of the chicken. I liked the lemonade. I went back for a refill. It is not free but the nice guy told me if I fill out the receipt survey, he will give me it for free. I do think they should give the free refill, but hey, I am very happy to eat here and look forward to coming back here. They have the best chicken tenders I have ever had.
