I had a chicken sandwich with the bacon and some sort of creamy sauce on it with a side of fries. Hubby had a roasted four piece with rice, beans, and plantains. My daughter got a six piece of nuggets meal with fries. For dessert, I ordered a caramel flan and churros. I ordered ahead of time online, my order was ready in less than 20 minutes. I was able to pick it up through the drive-through. The only issue I had was that they forgot my caramel flan. I went online and emailed to the address that they had on the bag if there were any ordering issues and to my surprise, I got a call in less than an hour. It was a lady named Katy and she told me that I could come and pick up the caramel flan or get a refund. I wanted a refund, but I needed to come back to the store to do it so I told her I'll just pass by again and get the flan since I needed to go out and run errands in the area. So I went back in to get the flan, the guy in the front ended up, giving me one that he had just removed from the freezer. No sweat because I was not gonna eat it immediately. As I was walking to the car, the girl Katy that called me ran me down in the parking lot as I was getting into my car and gave me a flan that they had thawed out for me when they spoke to me on the phone earlier. She also gave me some coupons for $5 off on our next visit. It was nice that they took accountability for their missing my flan and they remedied it right away. That for me speaks volumes in terms of customer service because they made it right and in fast timing. I was impressed and I would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends.

Chicken was dry, plantains were mushy and the empanada was not as good as others in the area. Restaurant itself was super clean and it was fast to get our food. I would stick with the bowl in the future.

Having tried many Korean fried…read morechicken spots in New York, we can honestly say they all were delicious, so when we heard this one was opening, we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant is inviting and spotless, with cozy booths on one side and tables for walk-in orders. The menu is straightforward: choose between half or whole fried chicken or wings, with options for bone-in or boneless, and spice levels ranging from mild to their special spicy sauces. The food truly impresses. The chicken is perfectly fried--crisp without being greasy, tender, and packed with flavor. It's a clear step above KFC, Popeyes, or any American fried chicken chain. If you're a fried chicken fan, I highly recommend giving this place a try--you won't be disappointed.

Who doesn't love Korean Fried Chicken?…read more We usually come here during the day, and end up ordering the lunch special of boneless chicken with fries. We are really surprised to learn that their boneless is not breast but pieces of thigh. The place is really spacious, the staff very friendly, and they bring the food to you if you are eating in, so it's a step above fast casual. There is also a lot of alcoholic drinks on the menu with daily specials. Our usual go to for fried chicken is CM in North Miami Beach, but my husband prefer this place for a cleaner, more comfortable space, and he loves not having to deal with bones. He really likes his chicken in soy garlic flavor with sweet potato fries. Me, I actually prefer gnawing on bones (guess I am a dog person alright). I also find CM's chicken has better flavor in the meat itself. Another problem I have with bb.q is that the quality is not quite consistent. One time the chicken barely have any coating it was almost like grilled chicken with sauce. Another time the coating was so thick it wasn't cooked through and the soft doughy bit wasn't exactly pleasant in the mouth.

As I waited for my meal I observed how they operated. They had maybe 3-4 cooks preparing the food. And 3 up front trying to fix the orders to go out. I did get helped through the line fairly quickly, but after that I think I waited at least 15 minutes or so before my to go order was ready. As I waited I noticed all three workers that were behind the counter were filling the orders, but not one of them took the time to notice not one, but two customers that were waiting in line to place their order for quite some time. I did notice them turn around and look at them after they had been waiting for a good 5 minutes or so, but even then no one stopped to take their orders. Finally from the back a young man comes over to help them, but only after he took his time changing out the receipt paper. Once I received my to go order and took it home I couldn't wait to see how it tasted because most of the reviews said the food was good. Well, that's where I disagree. My "spicy"chicken sandwich had no taste. Very bland and the meat was crunchy instead of juicy. The fries were very greasy and my husband's Mac and cheese and rice were un edible. We tried the mango pies and they were ok, but not good enough for us to ever return. I can easily cross them off my list of places to try

(2/5) -- Great concept, but this visit missed the mark…read more I really wanted to like this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location more than I did, because the concept is solid and, generally, Cane's food hits. But this visit? Frustrating from start to finish. First off, the setup is misleading. The inside looked empty, and even the drive-thru appeared manageable--until you actually commit. You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. No upsell, no real engagement--just hurry up and move along. To their credit, the pickup window redeemed things a little. Once I got there, the food was ready, and they even overdelivered on condiments (asked for two ketchups, got four). That part was efficient--but it came after a pretty long wait for only about seven cars ahead of me. Now, the food... This is where things really slipped. * The 4-piece tenders felt noticeably smaller--more like large nuggets than actual tenders * Fries were undercooked and skimpy for the price and I had to ask for ketchup * Sweet tea was mostly ice, barely any drink * Overall portions just didn't match the cost For a brand that usually delivers consistency, this felt off. Like corners were being cut. Final take: Started as a 3-star experience based on the process, but dropped to 2 stars once the food came into play. If I could split it, it'd be a 2.5--but Yelp doesn't do that. This place should be better. The foundation is there. But between the chaotic drive-thru, rushed service, and underwhelming portions, it's just not hitting right now. Hope they tighten things up--because Cane's can be really good when it's done right.

I had the chicken sandwich which is really the chicken fingers on a bun with sauce and a slide of lettuce. It was decent. Not out of this world. For the caloric intake and the level of sodium in the food.... I won't be coming back for a while. It's been 3 days and I'll still bloated - LOL

Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This particular location was great. There's plenty of parking, the ambiance is nice, and both the inside and outside areas were clean. The staff was also very friendly. We would definitely return anytime we're in the area!

Prices were reasonable, with options for kids' meals, large family portions, and individual servings. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a fountain soda machine with easy access to ketchup and utensils. The decor was chic. The chicken was served hot and fresh, but unfortunately it was completely flavorless. There was no noticeable seasoning at all. The Cane's sauce, however, was amazing and honestly the only thing that gave the chicken any flavor. The fries were my favorite part crinkle-cut, crispy, and hot. The Texas toast was excellent: buttery, perfectly toasted, and easily the standout item. I could eat a million pieces and be satisfied. Overall, the experience was okay, but the food itself is overrated. Without the sauce, the chicken just doesn't deliver. Worth a try!
