My wife and I have really enjoyed getting take-out from here. The quality has always been outstanding and the price is extremely reasonable. The workers are always polite and professional. For under $25 - we can eat here. I have found their mobile app not to work sometimes with adding a past order for their rewards program. I cannot believe that I have been missing out on this chain all these years and only trying it for the first time earlier this week. A place dedicated to delicious chicken salad? Count me in! It was so fun to see the different flavored and uniquely named chicken salad items on the menu. I personally tried the barbie-que chicken salad melt sandwich with croissant in substitute for bread and nicely melted cheese in between alongside the BBQ flavored chicken salad. For my side, I asked for the pasta salad, and they gave a free sugar cookie and pickle with the meal. The sandwich and the cookie - absolutely amazing! However, the pasta salad felt a bit lacking in flavor and texture of the pasta. My friend who introduced me to the spot also made sure to note that the cake is also a bit on the dry side, thus the four stars. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this chain to try other flavors/items on the menu and the watermelon tea. I want to also give a shout-out to the humor in the signs pinned to the walls in the bathrooms. Love a business that can do more than serve food food. read more

I took a business associate here this past week. It's a comfortable, casual atmosphere. When a person first comes here it can be a little confusing. The lady at the counter did an excellent job in helping my associate make a choice. He was delighted with the meal and the environment or we could have a pleasant conversation. I've been wanting to try this spot for a long time now and I finally got to grab lunch here for me and my son (who's a big chicken salad sandwich lover). I got "The Chick" sandwich with classic chicken salad and a side of Caesar salad and my son got a kids size classic sandwich. It was 5 stars from us! So tasty and hit the spot! I wish I could give this place more stars but I think they could use some improvement. I got the classic carol on a croissant with broccoli salad. Let's start with the croissant.... I don't think it was fresh as in they make them homemade. I could be wrong but it didn't have that buttery deliciousness of a flakey croissant. It was just a cold bread. The classic chicken salad was extremely bland and dry. I asked the girl at the drive thru which one she recommended and she said classic. Wish I got the one with the nuts instead. The flavors weren't there for me and I felt it to be extremely dry for chicken salad. Now to the broccoli salad.... DRY DRY DRY!! Our food was brought to us in a to go bag and we were told we would have to leave the restaurant since it was 8:00 and they close at 8. The employee did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Decided to try this establishment as I pass by it many times after it opened. The menu was simple and clear. I decided to try the Jalapeño Holly croissant with mac & cheese on the side and a drink. It was spicy but to me it was to salty. It was not unbearable but was only able to eat half of the croissant when I got home. I did eat the other half later on in the afternoon. The mac and cheese was okay but I am cheese fan. I thought It was pricey but the helping was good on the croissant and I did get a large lemonade. Service was polite and good. I am going to try it again even for the price point. Hopefully the salty taste may be one off or was due to the jalapeños in the croissant. The side cookie was a nice touch and I liked it. read more

I ate here a couple of months ago but was not impressed. Chicken salad was nothing special. Since my sister loves this place we went back. Again not impressed. I ordered a scoop of the Fancy Nancy salad which is supposed to have apples, grapes and pecans. As far as I can tell the chicken salad had none of these ingredients. I think the issue is that they chop these add ins so finely that they are undetectable in the salad. The best chicken salad I ever ate had chunkier pieces of pecans and apples that you could taste and know you were eating a pecan or taste the sweetness of the grapes or apples. The result is all the salads (sweet ones) taste the same. Maybe the spicier or more savory salads fare better, I have not tried. The service and ambience is good. Think next time I will steer my sister to another restaurant. read more

Stupid. Waste. Not well thought out corporate I'd rate it with vending machine food or hospital food. For what it's worth, both Katy locations are nice. Very clean, courteous staff and well stocked accompaniments. The soup was good but nothing special and be aware a 'cup' means 6oz not 8oz or even a ladle full. The food tho is the problem. The chicken salad is pleasantly moist without mayo 'wet' but the chicken was so funky ground it was a paste. There were no chicken shreds, just paste. I ordered the Fancy Nancy club on croissant. The Fancy Nancy boasts Fiji Apple, grapes and pecans. Lies. I tasted no grapes, saw no grapes smelled no grapes. Neither did I taste or see pecans. I did get one chunk of Apple per half of my sandwich. Why?? Where is the sense in that? The croissant wasn't fresh. It wasn't toasted or warm. It didn't even look like a buttery flaky croissant but rather a crescent shaped roll. And it was small! Not like Costco look or size where they could buy in bulk or even H‑E‑B or Kroger size. The bacon was a good thickness and crunch but cold. Everything was cold! Only the chicken salad and lettuce should be cold! Seriously such a disappointment. Like I said I'd rate it with vending machine food or hospital food. What corporate could do better - not patê the chicken. No to chicken paste. Keep the chicken base then add tablespoons of extras for each recipe. At least that way there would be standard expectations for each recipe, consistency is key. What a delightful spot! Both restaurants in Katy, TX are as clean as a whistle, all workers are wearing masks. Their menu has a lot of options including 13 flavors of chicken salad. I have probably tasted about 6 by now and they are all delicious. I appreciate that their food is consistent at both locations. The owner is very friendly and truly interested in serving great food. They are all about customer service. I also love that they have started delivering to my neighborhood. I always look forward to my next visit and I have recommended them on our neighborhood FB page. I love this place! Every single time I go I have an amazing experience. I went in to get lunch for my sons school teachers to feed about 12-15. They said no problem and had everything ready in 20 minutes! They even gave serving utensils and a bag of ice for the lemonade! Such sweet ladies. They also respect your rights as to wearing a mask or if you cannot. So they got extra points! We need more businesses like this in the area! read more
