Finally got around to stopping in here after hearing such good things about it for so long! First impressions, the interior is super adorable and welcoming, especially decorated for Christmas. We were greeted before we got to the counter by a woman offering samples of all the different chicken salads which we thought was fantastic since we'd never been in before. I sampled a few and decided on the buffalo chicken option. I got the chicken on a melt and it was so yummy and light. The croissant was flaky and fell apart in the mouth. I opted for Mac & cheese as my side but my husband got fresh fruit and we split both. LOVED the fresh fruit option as it's such a contrast to the warm sandwich and the fruit given was cold and fresh. Also think it's super cute that they give sugar cookies on the side for free! This is such a nice little treat when you're done with your meal and it was also excellent. I'm sure we'll be back many times in the future.

Thin layer of chicken salad. No toppings. On Publix greenwise bread, or BOGO nature's own bread. Not impressed AT ALL.

This place used to be better. Larger portions and hearty sandwiches with lettuce tomato, etc... I guess they had to cut corners after the fire. This is not restaurant grade food. This is I have nothing to eat and I'm going to be late for school grade.

We've been coming here at least once a month or more since they opened in Palm Harbor. Last night (11/17/22), their Chicken Salad Chick with soup was the medicine we needed for nasty colds. Husband loves the barbecue scoop and Fruity Fran is my favorite. The chicken tortilla soup was good and comforting. This time we asked for celery instead of crackers. We thought it might be more healthy! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The young woman who took our order also offered us the GIVING CARD - $5 to help fight childhood cancer and feed the hungry while giving us the opportunity to get a special deal every month in 2023. We bought it. We are so thankful for this wonderful restaurant with good food and good people!!

Always stop by when in the area, multiple times a month. Still the best Chicken Salad sandwich in the world! Jalapeño this time. Fantastic!

A nice alternative to picking up a hamburger. A decent variety of chicken salad flavors and all pretty good. I like that they have samples to try to help you decide. For $12 you get a sandwich, cup of soup, and a drink. My only complaint is that they need to give you WAY more chicken salad especially for that price. My sandwich was almost all croissant which was really disappointing. The chicken salad should be the main attraction and is the core of the entire meal. It was like 1/8 - 1/4" spread of chicken salad like it was a condiment or something. If this was an 80's Wendy's commercial I would be saying "where's the beef?" Stop being so cheap! They need to put double what they do so you can actually see it and taste it. If it wasn't t for the soup, I would have left starving. This situation really needs to change for me to return but overall the food was decent so I'll keep 4 stars. I do want to say the bathrooms gave me a good laugh. Women's are chicks and men's are chick magnets ha ha

This was our first time at CSC, and myself, my husband, and our 4 boys absolutely loved it. The chciken salad was so fresh and flavorful. The workers were so helpful and patient with us while we decided. They gave us samples of everything so we could make sure we liked it. The pimento cheese is also not to be missed. We cant wait to return!

Taylor took amazing care of us. Honestly, his service stood out in a way you don't always expect at a more casual spot ~ he was attentive, friendly, and really on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. It made the whole experience feel elevated! The food was just as good. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken without potato salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I also had Endless Summer cocktail that was smooth, delicious, and perfectly balanced ~ not too strong, not too sweet Even though the place was busy and had a really lively, energetic vibe, the food came out quickly, which was impressive given how packed it was. You can tell it's a true scratch kitchen, and I absolutely love that everything feels thoughtfully prepared. I left impressed and already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes. It's a lively, welcoming spot with great food and standout service. Plenty of parking, too!

That said, what may be even more important to us is the service. The staff at Craft are phenomenal. We have grown to love so many of the folks who work here who greet you with a smile, remember your favorite drink and just make the experience so much more enjoyable than just dining out. You really can't go wrong but shout out to Alex, Matt, Tori, Des and Emma! P.S. Please bring back the yippie hippie chicken salad but make it the pecan crusted chicken, pleaseeeee!

They have something for everyone here and the reason I like it is, they include the local Greek fair in their breakfast with the Greek omelette, or you can get the gyro meat in a salad (add feta) or a straight up gyro. Service always good. (Think Dennys with a much better menu and freshness and great service. You might even hear a little Greek being spoken.) shout out to server Claudianna I give it five stars for delivering what they say not because it's a fancy dress up place. Got it?! Good.

Predatory worker compensation structure - Be aware…read more We recently dined here and noticed the tabletop signs explaining a mandatory 20% "commission" added to every single bill. When speaking with our server, she informed us that management classifies the waitstaff as 1099 independent contractors, meaning they receive a $0 hourly base rate from the restaurant and rely entirely on this mandatory guest fee for their paycheck.I have a physical copy of the check showing this automatic fee. While the sign claims this "supports our team," classifying standard restaurant servers as 1099 workers instead of W-2 employees is a massive red flag that contradicts federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines. Independent contractors set their own hours and operations; servers do not. Furthermore, a restaurant cannot legally leave a server's direct hourly base wage at zero by relying entirely on automatic service fees.We love supporting local staff, but we want our money going to businesses that respect basic labor laws and compensate their employees legally. Hopefully, public pressure will force management to fix their payroll structure. The server said the restaurant was on the verge of bankruptcy and had to make changes. Sadly they chose to break the law. On that note the service was lovely, the food very tasty. I asked to sub corn for flour tortias and she was able. We don't directly live in the area, and its been a while since we've been here. Its always good, with good portions and not a chain. Its so unfortunate.

This place is absolutely adorable…read more I think this street is the perfect place to hit up a couple restaurants for a progressive dinner. A lot of the restaurants are closed for lunch though, which is how we ended up here. It's a lot larger than it looks. There's a really cute covered outdoors area in the back with a stage for performances. There were only a few diners there for lunch on a Friday so it was easy to grab a spot. I got a skinny strawberry margarita, it made me happy to see a skinny version of a flavored margarita on the menu. It has a sugar rim and was delicious. It's on the sweet side and I'd definitely get it again. I requested it without soda water. For my main I got the salmon bowl. I wouldn't get this again, but it's because the base is mainly fried wontons. I thought it would be a scattering of fried wontons but nope, it was a hefty portion. I didn't eat most of the fried wontons because I'm trying to be healthy. It's a delicious dish, just not for me. Service was great, but we were an easy table because we were chatting the entire time. I enjoyed our meal here, so we will definitely be back!
