Good food. Fast and friendly service. Staff is very helpful. Always clean. The grab and go section is always nice when I'm in a rush of wanting to get something to pack away for lunch. Serving size for the sides are a bit smaller than I would like, but they aren't tiny. Definitely recommend the grape salad! read more

The Grape salad & chicken tortilla soup is great! I love the loaded potato soup as well. A pickle, crackers, & a free cookie is standard with the food. However, last time I went there they didn't give me anything (which was kind of annoying). Overall I enjoy the place & they are not too expensive. read more

I am newer to the area and was intrigued and excited to try out Chicken Salad Chick -so the hubby and I stopped by this afternoon. Imagine my disappointment when we went in only to find that EVERY chicken salad option contained celery. I was hoping for a fresh unique new dining option, but instead walked out with nothing but an offer to try the pimento cheese as it is the only thing in the restaurant without celery. With a dozen options for the chicken salad, you would think there would be at least one for those who cannot stand crunchy nasty vegetables. read more

Good concept for a different menu. Two strikes today. When placing our order I was told by the order taker that I did not want to eat the side that I was requesting. When I insisted I was told "OK, maybe YOU will like it." When order was delivered to our table it was wrong. Both issues are easily fixed with employee training. Food was so-so. You know I was hesitant to go here but Was I wrong! The customer service was amazing, the food and portions went beyond my expectations! I almost couldn't eat it all, that's rare! I fell in love with this place before they even opened because we sampled some of their product at the Seminole city center opening before this location officially opened. My fiance and I went there a few days ago as a late breakfast as we remembered how tasty their chicken salad was at the opening. He and I both agree that we are not huge fans of chicken salad but this place perfects it. We like that before ordering there is a lady that provide samples of the different flavors so that you can choose which one you like before ordering. My favorite was the Dixie flavor but the Buffalo is also really tasty. It's also nice that if you want to take some chicken salad to go for later they have that option available. The prices are decent but if you are taking some chicken salad to go it can be a little costly but nothing too horrible. Just tonight my fiance was he was saying for us to go there this weekend again and he can be a picky person so when he finds a favorite place it means something. The chicken salad comes in different varieties and can served in a scoop or with a toast or croissant. It is also served with a yummy side(I personally love the broccoli salad and my husband orders the fruit) a pickle and a delicious lemon cookie. There are a few soup options as well. If the Steel Magnolias chicks took over McDonalds, this is where we'd find Ronald after undergoing a southern gentleman makeover. I opted for a scoop of the Fancy Nancy chicken salad. Apples and pecans and grapes mixed with....chicken salad. It was good, but its kind of hard to blow chicken salad. The portion worked perfectly with the four wrapped packages of crackers I was given to accompany my CS bites. The mac n cheese side I was served, was; mac with cheese water. I went so far as to drown it with a sriracha knock-off to add some flavor. If you are into overpriced ($10 for a scoop of chicken salad and a small side plus a drink) chicken salad, then this is the spot. The lemon basil chicken salad itself was tasty, but there was so much rotten lettuce that it really spoiled the meal. Let me start by telling you that if it wasn't for the service, I would have scored them less. Chicken salad was mediocre. BLT chicken salad was served in a cold limp wheat toast. Since when is toast limp? Bacon was sub par and the lettuce leaves had black spots on them. Grape salad sounded innocent enough, well it is grapes with a whipped sweet cream and crunchy topping. It was strange and not a good strange. The cookie was half frozen.... not a good experience. But wonderful staff read more

I guess they don't qualify as fast food, but you do order from a counter. I think the chicken salad is pretty darn good. This place is so good. The "Chick" is a great deal. You get a large sandwich with a good portion of chicken salad, a side, a pickle, and a cookie for $7.99. The sides are so yummy, especially the grape salad. I like that you order at the counter, so there is no need to worry about tipping adding to the cost. The atmosphere is cute and casual. read more

I was wondering what all the fuss was about and finally decided to try it out for myself. Never knew chicken salad could be soo good! It was quite a nice touch to be able to try and small scoop of the flavors before buying. They have many flavors of chicken salad and to be honest it was quite hard to choose whick flavor to get.. I eventually went with the buffalo flavor on a sandwich and got the dixie scoop on the side. I'll be back to this place again for sure! read more

I love their dixie chic chicken salad. We no longer eat in but stop and pick up containers to bring home. I just like my bread unrefridgerated and I have ordered in and my sandwich on white bread as well as croissant and both were the breads were cold. But the variety of the chicken salads are many and all I have tried have been yummy. read more

Stopped by for lunch on a Friday....extremely busy and not enough tables. Had to wait to sit down. Ordered the croissant sandwich, was very good. Soup was very good, Potato with bacon/cheese. I liked how you can sample before you buy. Stopped by for dinner the same day...still crowded. I ordered a sandwich that came on regular Wonder bread type of bread with one side toasted, that barely toasted at that. The thinnest layer of chicken salad I've ever seen was on this non toasted wonder bread. How can you sell a $9.00 sandwich that has barely any filling? The Mac and cheese was all clumped together, like it's been sitting there awhile. I gave this three stars because the workers clearing off the tables were busting their butts. Wow ! I wondered about this place for about two months before actually making it in even though I live ten mins away! Well let's just say I'm addicted now! My first time going in I was pleasantly surprised when greeted with samples because 1. Who doesn't like samples ? Lol and 2. There's soooo many flavors and the one I had originally planned on getting when looking online was delicious but then I tried the jalapeño holly one and was sold !! So I was glad I got to try before I bought. Since my first visit I have been back many times , and every time I go I buy a second order of my sandwich with the bread in the side so I can eat it all over again the next day haha ! I always imagine that chicken salad is an ultimately healthy food. I was surprised, then, to read on the packaging of a 6 ounce to go package (at $6.99) that it contained 2 portions, and that each portion had between 300 and 400 calories, depending on the particular salad. Tasted good, but a LOT of calories for a tiny amount of food. read more
