It was good but not great. I've only eaten at a Chickie's & Pete's one other time and it was at the Philly airport. The fries came in a box drenched with cheese and were delicious! I dragged my wife to this location when I found out it had opened and was instantly disappointed in the fries. They just weren't as good as they were at PHL and we got 2 little cups of cheese for all the fries, so of course we ran out of cheese with fries left over. The sandwich we split was really tasty, and was totally worth the price IF it had came with some kind of side. A sandwich with no side? I've seen that before, but I still don't get it. I usually get offered at least chips. Your business model seems to be working so take my words with a grain of salt, but if you want to charge that price for a lone sandwich it better not be really tasty, it better be the whole reason someone writes a review. Anywho, our server was prompt and friendly, the place was pretty clean, and the food was good overall. Just attempted to go there for lunch. After sitting at the bar for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally was acknowledged by the bartender, Angela , she refused to take my order unless I paid in cash up front. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me don't you see I'm busy and refused. Needless to say I was the only one in the establishment that looked like me. read more

We tried C&P again as this new location opened near our home. Ended up being WORSE that we remembered. Fries were cooked well, and were a fries. We are done with the good. Now the bad: Wait staff: They seemed inconvenienced by having to work, Not a smile among them. Asked for a moment to look over the menu and the waitress decided to disappear and then come back to then clean the table next to us instead of taking our order, walked away, came back to wiped the table down next to us and then finally asked if we were ready. Food: EVERYTHING is a la carte. Beside the fries, the food was some of the worst we have had in some time. The boneless wings with buffalo tasted like the Tyson Any'tizers and my BBQ burger was tasteless with a completely unseasoned beef patty that was way over cooked. Cost: Fries cost $7 each and we can't share as old bay is disgusting. Snack size boneless wings $10 and the worst of all, $13.50 for the BBQ burger add to soda (Pepsi, ewwww) and you get a $50+ lunch that was horrible. You have been warned, eater beware. read more

Never wrote a review on a restaurant before but I felt like this needed to be said. Amazing service! Me and my husband came in on Saturday with our 2 kids. Our youngest 6 years old has Down syndrome which makes us hesitant to go out to eat but our server at Chickies and Pete's Andrew was the best server we have had at a restaurant. He noticed our son had a superhero shirt on and had a full conversation with him about superheroes and which ones were his favorite. As a mother it made me extremely happy to see that some people were still raised right. Andrew also did a great job with his job giving us recommendations and making sure we had a good eating experience. Chickies and Pete's 10/10 Definitely will be going back! read more

Not a good experience. The waitress was great, but every other aspect sucked. The place is extremely loud, and after we were seated we found food crumbs and HAIRS on the table left over from a subpar cleaning. The fries were good as always, and the chicken parm was as well. The smallish burger was cooked correctly but extremely flavorless and bland. Biggest problem here is that it's a stone-cold ripoff. The $13-$17 dollar burgers/sandwiches are al-a-cart, no fries, no chips, no pickle, no anything. The plate actually looks stupid being so empty. I know prices are up all around, but that is just bad restaurant form. You'd get a lot of goodwill by putting 5 cents worth of chips on the quarter-full plate. Plain dumb. Order of fries, a chicken parm, and a burger cost us $42 with tip (we got water). No reason to return. read more

I was at Chickie's and Pete's on Saturday with my son's hockey team (about 50 people) and had a great experience, even with the entire restaurant being packed the service was great. Our party was being taken care of by twin brothers Andrew and Kevin, they did a great job handling all of our food and drink orders and managing screaming kids. Both of the brothers had a great personality making the kids and adults laugh. They made sure everyone was taken care of and everyone got all their food and drinks. read more

We ate here today for a late lunch and we had a great young server, Alex! We met with friends that we hadn't seen for a while and we were busy catching up. She checked on us numerous times and was very accommodating. We never felt rushed and Alex was very attentive to our needs. We had a variety of food choices and all was satisfactory.
