Saw this pop up on my Yelp home page and I am a fan of Nashville chicken so I gave this place a try. This place seems like it has just opened not long ago and I went around noon time on a weekday so there was no line. Not sure if weekends or evening time is the same. There is a lot of space with good amount of seating. I opted to order the loaded fries and wanted to try their highest spice level which was holy chick just to see how it compared to other places like Dave's and Angry Chickz but the staff told me I had to email them and then I would get a reply back. This is a new and weird concept. Most places will have an online form that you submit and just show the cashier or they will have a waiver ready at the front. Hopefully they will make this a much easier process. I ended going for the X tra Hot which was one level down since I didn't want to waste time with an email. The loaded fries looked really good and had a lot of toppings. The fries were nice and crisp and not soggy at all. The coleslaw and pickles were also good. The pickles were not overwhelmingly tangy and the coleslaw did not take away the taste where it was drenched in sauce. I was disappointed with the amount of chicken that came with the fries for the price. I recommend ordering more food if ur hungry or order something else on the menu. The chicken was very tender and juicy, I was very impressed. The breading was also good where it was light. Now to the reason why I came here, the spice level. This was a big let down. They had a lot of spice level and the X tra hot was nowhere near spicy. It had a little kick but nothing extra spicy about it. I had my coworker try a chicken piece who doesn't really like spicy food and he even said he was able to eat it and didn't taste much spice. I seen a review from someone else mentioning the spice level was no where near the spice that they mention. The X tra Hot I would say is more comparable to Medium/Hot at other locations that serve Nashville style chicken. So if u can't tolerate spice but like a little kick, try medium or higher since the spice level is really not what it's cracked up to be. Other than the spice level disappointment, the food was good but chicken portion for the fries is not great. I would advise skipping it and just get the sliders or the chicken tenders for that price and ask for their special sauce. I still recommend this place if u like ur Nashville chicken but without the crazy spiciness and just a hint of spice. read more

Very clean, simple menu, easy to read and the food came out relatively quick. Chicken was great. Plenty of seasoning and moist. First time I tried to come in here I stood at the counter for a few minutes watching people talk way back in the kitchen, never being acknowledged, I left. I figured I give them one more chance, came in ordered at the counter, there was actually an attendant. Sat for 15 minutes and started to wonder. It was Friday evening so I figured they had a lot of online orders. So I asked about my order. They said it was coming up in a few minutes then I watched two different groups of customers walk in, order, pay, get their food and leave at which point I was no longer very happy and said, hey where the F is my food, I keep watching people come in order and leave what gives. Five minutes later I had my food so I guess it doesn't really take that long to make. But my question is, I was sitting very close to the front counter well within sight and did it not occur to them that customer after customer was getting served while I was just sitting there after already asking about it.
