I came here with some friends late at night and it was great. They have good prices and some seriously spicy options here. I personally went for a non spicy option and it was perfect for me. I'd highly recommend trying it out if you're at The Plant! Parking: Lots of plaza parking Service: The cashier was very kind.

So we've been discovering new spots, to get Uber Eats food delivered to us, and this one is definitely one our favorites. Definitely tastes better than Cane's and Chik Fila. I love the tenderness of their chicken and the sauce is smacking! Very simple, but delicious food!

Came by for lunch on Monday and it was pretty empty. Asked the worker a couple questions about the chicken and she didn't seem to know the answers... We all ordered the combo #1, a slider with fries. I got medium spice and I thought it would be much spicier. However, the chicken was really juicy and fried well. The fries were really good, hot and fresh, and a side of their sauce with it is perfect. The worker had offered me honey, disappeared, and when he finally came back, he seemed to have forgotten I wanted honey. For me, the touch of honey on the sandwich was the perfect addition.

I thought it was just ok. The restaurant was pretty slow when I came on a weekday. Only 2 workers. The place itself is very spacious and looked new. I wished the team worked with a sense of urgency tho. Probably about 4 people waiting on their order when I was there. Luckily the wait time was about 15 minutes. I got the loaded fries and it was decent. I wouldn't say it was amazing. The loaded fries consists of slaw, sliced pickles, secret sauce, fried chicken, and crinkle cut fries. I do wish the chicken was seasoned a little bit more? I got medium spice but felt it needed more seasoning. Wished the sauce had more flavor. I've had better elsewhere.

Large interior with tons of seats. Service was quick. No complaints at all The food is alright. I'm already not too impressed with Dave's, and this place is essentially another Dave's. Portion size is good. Spice level at medium isn't too spicy at all. Mac and cheese needed more cheese in my opinion I'd rate it a 5/10. Not much to be said, it's alright. The combo costed around $20

The interior is so clean and nice. I think this place opened like a few months ago to a year so it's great to see how great of an upkeep they've maintained. Alsooooo!!! Outside they have their own freaking Lambo! A lambo?! Yes, a lambo dripped out in Chikin Drip everything. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Lol. Chicken was pretty solid. The cashier Luis was pretty kind and took care of us. My BF got the second spicy because he's psycho. He actually just said that he'd come back to try the spiciest one next time. Yeahhh... he's psychotic. Anyway I liked my sandwich. The only thing for me is that I wish the fries were more crispy.

Huge! The portion on the loaded Mac n cheeese was massive. We shared and still took home leftovers. I didn't get any spices since my kid doesn't like it but I would have- it looks like it would be amazing. High quality chicken. For the tenders. Massive Mac n cheese portion and the fries did taste good even after reheating. Kids friendly but good comfort food. Or after a long night of fun.

I drove by Chikin Drip and noticed they were open late. The parking isn't that bad. Tons of outside seating and inside also. A lot of windows, so it can get bright during the day. They have house music and two restrooms; one unisex and one women. I ordered the Combo #1 (medium spicy): one slider + slaw, +pickles, secret sauce + fries. No drink included. The bread was soft and absorbed all the slaw and spices. Though, I agree with another reviewer as the spiciness wasn't as spicy as one would imagine. Still the white meat was juicy and tender. Their secret sauce is pretty darn good. It reminds me of a tangy remoulade. The fries were nice, hot (temperature hot), and crispy!

I really wanted to like this new chicken sando spot, but it fell short on many factors. For starters, tell me why an online order for pick up would take an additional 30 minutes on top of the 15 minutes heads up (ordering while we drove to the spot) and still not be ready? And isn't hot either?! The items were lukewarm. It also felt like the staff couldn't get the timing right for other people as well, since I saw everyone inside was also waiting for their orders... Anyways, after the long wait for food, I left and went straight to eat. I got a mild combo, which consisted of a tender, some fries, and a chicken sando. I understand mild isn't supposed to be spicy, but a little bit of heat. My sandwich, however, tasted sweet!! And no Cajun taste whatsoever. My partner had ordered a medium, and he felt his flavors were very off too... I don't know if I'll come back here. It took forever to get my food, food wasn't hot when I picked it up, and flavors were not there. It's a hard pass to come back and dine at Chikin Drip for now--especially when the Bay Area is littered with plenty of other chicken sando spots. Price point isn't bad, but if the flavors are weird and wait time is forever for an online pickup, I think I'll have to wait until they survive a year or something. A pro is how spacious and how many tables there are inside. Great for dine in! But if you had to wait as long as I did, you might just go elsewhere within The Plant for lunch.

I ordered to go. I ordered a number three combo. Huge portions and really tasty chicken. I asked for extra pickles because their pickles are really good. I showed up late at night so it was a bit busy and definitely a little rowdy but service was super fast. Definitely a fun spot to go after drinking. I also ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and it was really good! Tons of strawberries, tons of chocolate definitely worth it.

They definitely came through with the drip!! Chicken was juicy and the sweet sauce is a great combination with the medium spice rub. The crinkle fries were crispy and spicy in the inside. All fully coated with a sweet and spicy seasoning! Service was great! The person that took my order gave me a fair warning of ghost pepper in the hot flavor. Definitely saved me from heartburn lol. Unfortunately they don't take phone orders.. and parking is limited in the front. But it's worth the little walk.

It comes in your spicy level of choice. I had the x-spicy and it's very spicy. There's another spicy level higher too, HOLY... The service is fast and friendly. We got the #2 combo and it's enough to share for 2 people. We got the loaded fries for x-spicy too, and it's huge to share. The secret sauce tastes like thousand island dressing. Yummy Dessert! We got the Strawberry Dubai. It's so good! They don't skimp on the strawberries too. Must have!

This was my 3rd time trying it Drove to a new location at the plant...Wasn't as good as the one by the airport My burger was 2/10 Too much seasoning,salty and my burger look dry.

We really enjoyed our experience here! The chicken was crispy, hot, and perfectly cooked. We especially appreciated that the seasoning wasn't overly sweet--unlike Dave's, which we find too sweet--so this was a refreshing change. They also offer a great deal: two chicken sliders and fries for $17.99, which is a solid value these days with how pricey chicken sandwiches have become. Overall, tasty food at a fair price. I tried this place back when it was just a food truck. At the time. I thought the food was great other than the long waits. Fast forward a couple years and now they have a brick and mortar. Very clean, simple menu, easy to read and the food came out relatively quick. Chicken was great. Plenty of seasoning and moist. The loaded chicken salad was pretty good other than coleslaw being somewhat bland. The fries are nothing to write home about, but we're also seasoned very well. I definitely will go back here over say Dave's Hot Chicken or scratch cookery read more

I visited and ordered takeout earlier today and after I took it home and started eating, I found a hair mid-bite in the crust/batter of the chicken. It looked like the hair was mixed in with the batter before it was fried because the hair was pretty stuck in there. Absolutely disgusting. Bruhh, I normally go to the location by PayPal park and I get the same order everytime. I decided to go to this location by Monterey highway and I ordered my usual. Tell me why I had 1 bite and threw the rest away?! Ok I lied...I had another bite just to be sure. Then I straight up tossed it. Only thing I ate were the fries. I'm sure these kids working there were trying to make everything extra spicy, but I'm trying to enjoy the food, not enter a spice challenge. I literally coughed powder because there was so much oil and powder all around. I'm sure a medium spice isn't as dark as my order. Came in on a Sunday night. Few hours before closing. Ordered 2 loaded fries, 1 mild and 1 medium. Been here a few times and usually the food is hot and feels fresh but unfortunately they let me down. They had about 5 people inside eating, looked pretty dead tbh, I ordered my 2 loaded fries and waited over 20 minutes for it. Fries were cold and old. Man the quality seems like it has gone down. The chicken was rubbery and fell out in clumps. Fries were too salty yet the chicken was under seasoned and drenched in oil. The honey packets they gave out tasted cheap as well! It's decent but not the best, if I'm going to be honest, just go to Dave's. read more

First time I tried to come in here I stood at the counter for a few minutes watching people talk way back in the kitchen, never being acknowledged, I left. I figured I give them one more chance, came in ordered at the counter, there was actually an attendant. Sat for 15 minutes and started to wonder. It was Friday evening so I figured they had a lot of online orders. So I asked about my order. They said it was coming up in a few minutes then I watched two different groups of customers walk in, order, pay, get their food and leave at which point I was no longer very happy and said, hey where the F is my food, I keep watching people come in order and leave what gives. Five minutes later I had my food so I guess it doesn't really take that long to make. But my question is, I was sitting very close to the front counter well within sight and did it not occur to them that customer after customer was getting served while I was just sitting there after already asking about it. I didn't order anything elaborate. There's so many chicken places now I think I'm gonna have to give this place a pass. They contacted me via Yelp and apologized and offered comps. I appreciate this and the food after all was good. read more

I went here last night around 9 and the food was amazing. Honestly the best fries I have ever had and the really good hot chicken. I got a loaded fries medium and it was really loved it. I really enjoyed the service as all their staff is nice as well. One thing that stood out to me was that there was a lot of animal noises coming from the kitchen which made it more fun LOL! read more

We decided on the Number #1 - sliders - Hot spice level cause I like it hot. When our food was ready, we were shocked, and I do mean, shocked, to find they had split the meal for us. Two different trays, two different plates of fries and one slider each. I'm not sure I've ever experienced that at a fast food restaurant, or even a semi casual dining place without specifically asking. Nice touch customer service wise! To be honest, I wasn't expecting much as far as the food goes. After all, it's chicken and it's semi-fast food chicken. I couldn't have been more wrong. The generous, all white meat tender on the slider was perfectly moist and delicious! The Hot level of seasoning was perfect for me, but a little much for my husband. I think they spell it out correctly on their menu board... Hot-feel the burn, Medium - perfect heat. The coleslaw and the pickles on the slider were a perfect cooling accompaniment. I'm pretty picky about my coleslaw and theirs was very good. The special sauce on the side also added some Yum factor. The fries were hot, crispy, and delicious. Overall, this was so much better than I was expecting. Besides the food being really good, the employee who was cleaning when we walked in and then helping us from behind the counter was absolutely delightful.

Kao Gai Sap (5/5) - The chicken was soft and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. It came with a chili dipping sauce, and I opted for white rice instead of chicken rice. This has to be by far the BEST chicken I've ever had. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. Cucumber was crisp and refreshing, although I do wish there were a few more slices. Would definitely order this again. Also, this Kao Gai Sap also came with a small portion of soup which was also equally as good! When you order this, make sure to ask for it LAAB STYLE! Crispy chicken skin (5/5) - I mean it's fried chicken skin, but I'm pretty sure they used the same salt/pepper seasoning on this as they did with the Kao Gai Sap, which gave it a nice flavor profile as opposed to being plain. I stopped by Chicken Dip in San Jose last weekend, and wow, I'm already craving another visit! I got their chicken burger, and it was hands-down one of the best I've ever had.
